-Whether it is due to his great sorcerous powers or just from him being incredibly hard to kill, Bowser will usually 'come back to life' after being apparently killed, as long as his body is roughly in one piece. He might have scarring, lost or damaged body parts (which he'll probably use magic to heal) or such traces of his 'demise' but otherwise, he will be fine. Of course, if he is blown to pieces or sliced and diced and crushed into a liquid state, there is no coming back on his own.
Wealth: 9
-Gains $1,000,000,000 per issue/month
-Currently has $19,500,000,000
-From being King of the Koopa Kingdom and the leader of the Three Kingdoms Alliance
Civilization (Koopa Kingdom): 5
-Monarchy (The Koopa Kingdom is ruled over by King Bowser Koopa I, who originally freed it from the previous tyrant ruler.)
-Industrial Era
-Civilization Size (the Koopa Kingdom is a medium-sized country.)
-Military Might (+1; the Koopa Kingdom, while peaceful, has strong militaristic policies.)
-2x Unique Warfare Unit (Magikoopas, Koopa Airships)
-High Loyalty
CHALLENGES
-Looking non-human (-4; Bowser's appearance is that of a huge, bipedal, humanoid dragon turtle with horns, a lizard like tail, claw-like nails and a spikey shell. Very much stands out in a crowd.)
-Psychological (-2; prideful. While this Bowser is actually a good guy, he retains his alter ego's vanity and ego, although he will usually react with more dignity and disdain than hatred and violence when met with disrespect.)
-Psychological (-2; warrior's instincts. King or not, good or evil, Bowser is still a warrior at heart, and he often considers whether a battle would be a good way to handle a problem, before most other options. He's usually wise enough to make the right call, but he doesn't consider the options in the same way or order. Additionally, Bowser has sort of a thirst for battle and loves fighting strong foes.)
-Honorable (-2; Bowser does not lie, cheat, and keeps his words. He will do his best to keep any promise he makes, and prefers a fair fight to a one-sided massacre. As such he usually tries discouraging opponents who are too weak to fight him.)
-C.T.S.U.F.U (-3; Bowser is a hero, fighting for those weaker who can't fight for themselves, and supporting the helpless and the poor. He is a true, noble king, but before that, he is a great 'man'. Well, turtle.)
-Unjustly feared (-2; it happens fairly frequently that King Bowser is feared due to his monstrous appearance, a fact he is quite understanding of. It is rarely a problem for long as he is fairly good at making his true nature known, but has been a thorn in his side for as long as he can remember.)
-Hatred/prejudice (-; against tyrants, bullies, and others who abuse their power.)
-Deadly enemies (-3; Mario 'Jumpman' Mario from her homeworld, a schizophrenic psychopath seeing himself as some sort of 'hero' fighting the 'tyrant' Bowser, and murdering all in his path with little distinction to friend or foe. The cold-hearted man has killed his brother who had tried to talk some sense into him, and kidnapped Peach Toadstool, who vanished never to be seen again.)
EQUIPMENT
-Currently worn: Nothing
-Stormbringer (A wickedly powerful, large, cursed black sword with red, glowing runes carved alongside its blade, set with a mystical gem in its hilt. It is in fact a demon forged into a blade, and is a eapon of pure chaos (and surprisingly enough, not pure evil), meant to ensure that perfect balance or Order is never fully attained. It acts as a +10, 3x damage, AP, Normal and Stun damage melee weapon, which also unleashes an Atk VS Durability+Magical Defense of its Wpn.modifier which steals the soul of a victim with the smallest of scratches, killing them instantly and preventing them from being resurrected unless through use of a Cosmic/Divine power beating the sword's Wpn.modifier to free the soul. The sword emits a Fear AN 10 aura arounds itself when drawn which affects all foes within area 3 around the sword, and makes even allies uncomfortable if they'd normally be affected by the action were they foes. It grants +3 to Str and Dur when held in hands, provides +3 to Magical defense (+6 when only blocking with it), and it is Exclusive, only possible to wield by the Chosen user of the blade. It lowers its user's Healing Factor by one step, up to making a normal person heal only 1w per two days of rest if they don't have such a Factor, as it drains on its wielder's lifeforce. It requires a Strength of 6 at least to wield with only one hand, and if its wielder has less than a total of Int+Mental Defense of 12, they are affected by the sword's demonic nature and gain a challenge (-2; bloodthirst) every time they hold it in hands, making them crave battle and desire to kill their enemies. If a user has less than 8, they might even turn on friends and family. The sword is indestructible.)

STORY: Bowser Koopa was one of the many Koopas suffering under the rule of the former ruler of the Koopa Kingdom, Lazarus Koopa III, a tyrant bent on world domination and on conquest. The despot worked his people to the ground, spent all the Kingdom's resources on war machines and the army, ignoring the pleas of his people for help and mercy, punishing any who resisted. The Koopa Kingdom was in constant war with its closest neighboring countries, the Mushroom Kingdom and Hyrule, who defended themselves as best as possible against the Koopa onslaught. However, the victory of good over evil would come from inside the Kingdom, not outside.
Young Bowser decided his people had endured enough suffering under King Lazarus, and that the old man wasn't worthy of his throne. A giant dragon turtle of the rarest breed, the young warrior rose a force of rebels and trained and fought, becoming a fearsome warrior on the battlefield, and studied magic and the occult arts, in order to hold his own against the sorcery of the Kingdom's ruler. Eventually, Bowser fought his way with his freedom fighters across the castle, and managed to corner the king atop the highest tower. The two battled for what seemed to be days, and victory seemed uncertain, but the cheers of the people for his rebels and their young commander fired up Bowser's resolve, and he managed to overcome his opponent, wound him fatally and throw him off the tower to the ground below, putting an end to his tyranny.
Bowser was named as 'King Bowser, the King of the Koopa Kingdom', and became the new leader of the scarred realm. The new king took his duties very seriously, and demonstrated unparalleled skill at diplomacy, leadership and management of the kingdom, putting it back on it feet in a mere decade. He then forged alliances with his neighboring countries, forming with the Mushroom Kingdom and Hyrule 'the Three Kingdoms Alliance', and bringing peace to the land, while restoring the glory of his own homeland. He gained the admiration of Princess Peach Toadstool, the young new ruler of the Mushroom Kingdom after her father passed away at the end of the war, and the friendship of Princess Zelda of Hyrule, Link the young hero of Light, and Luigi Mario, a brave young man from the Mushroom Kingdom.
Unfortunately, Luigi wasn't an only child. He had an older brother, Mario, who had more than his share of psychological problems, including severe schizophrenia, an inability to care about others, severe cruelty and severe denial of his own state, seeing himself as perfectly fine and normal. Learning of the man's condition, Bowser hired the best medical help to try and find a way to cure him, but to no avail. Luigi reassured his new friend, claiming he could handle this and take care of his brother like he always had.
However, one stormy night, Mario declared to his brother that he, 'the brave hero', was going to free the world of the 'evil tyrant' Bowser, by killing him and all who assisted him. Fearing for his brother and others' safety, Luigi tried to reason him, but his older brother killed him in cold blood, beginning a long series of murder as he made his way to the castle of the Mushroom Kingdom to capture princess Peach as bait, knowing of Bowser's affection for her. Bowser sent some of his best agents, but the madman murdered them with ease as well. Sensing the imminent crisis, the Koopa King joined forces with the Hero of Light and with Toad, best warrior of the Mushroom Kingdom, to hunt down Mario. Cornering him, they fought, and eventually forced him to escape... only to realize he had successfully managed to kidnap the Princess, who was nowhere to be found.
One year later, the search still turned up fruitless. Peach was gone and presumed dead, and Mario kept eluding his pursuers, fighting Bowser several times over the year, but always defeated by the King, who in turn never managed to capture him alive, to make him tell the truth about Peach, in the hope that she might, perhaps, be still alive.
In order to get his claws on the murderous fugitive, the King hired the services of one legendary bounty huntress, a power armor-clad adventuress known as Samus Aran, who accepted to hunt down the murderer and bring him back...
....dead or alive.
