Can you pay for advantages, specialties, or the options for actions with lines of experience after character creation? I don't think i ever saw if this was even mentioned in the books.

I'm far for being the best at rules around but the books tend to leave a lot of things unsaid or poorly explained. I think that the most usual rule used is: Specialties should be gained as normally by raising the Action Number, the options I think is 10 lines for each +1 to the Cost Level, the same as the advantages.
