Ok, so how exactly does this work? You could stick it on any power. Like, invisibility, copy ability, transform self, duplicate self. These are the ones i think would be broken of they were allowed to be used the way i believe it is worded to work.

yes any power yes team gets it in end all up to gm tho. growth with Other s could be all touching grow with you or u all grow no mater where u are when the "leader" activates the power. again it all up to talking the the gm and letting gm know what u want to do then if he will let you do it (as some are game breaking or annoying like copy action to mod)

I made a Bard-style character and it functioned basically like this; it's a cool support kind of role, but incredibly expensive and not necessarily worthwhile. They're not incredibly broken, though. The Option says that others benefit, not that others acquire the power. So you could turn your friends invisible, but you'd have to pay stones to maintain their invisibility. You could grant an ally duplicates, but that ally wouldn't be able to control/use the duplicates unless you're maintaining it. At the end of the day, you're limited by the stones you can put into it.
As a matter of interpretation, I also think that, if you're going to apply it to Modifiers, the player needs to still use an Action to grant the Modifier to allies. I'd also rule that it can only affect one ally unless you take the AoE Advantage in addition to Others Benefit.

You only have the direct wording to go after.. Lets say you have Toughness with this option; there is nothing in the rules to guide the GM or the player on the details of the power.. Like, how long range is there on the effect? Do you have to touch the person first? How many people can benefit from your toughness? How long does it last?` That is generally one of the problems with the old rules, especially Advantages.. No real explanation on how they work But I agree with Brainstem. If you want it to work like and AoE, you should also buy the Area Effect option.
