I'm thinking of a God facinated with the machinations of his creation. His world is a mix of steam-punk and sorcery (think arcanum) where each is mutually exclusive to the other. He is fascinated by experimentation and bestows great powers and abilities on those that take risks. His world is filled with demi-gods and pantheons of of all kinds with real, physical manifestations behind them. All, good... evil... neutral... ultimately show reverence and bow down to their maker.
A thirty second idea I will expand upon more... but that would be the base I think.
