... with the exact same hand-wavy BS that they used in Thor. They didn't even bother to explain HOW his hammer let him fly or controlled weather, they just said "Oh, that? Don't be silly, it's SCIENCE!" There's no reason they can't do the same stupid thing all over again. JANE: But Thor said that you guys call Magic... Science.... ODIN: Science? Whatever gave you that idea silly mortal. It's magic. JANE: But, Thor said... ODIN: <laughs> Hah, yeah. He was eight, asking all sorts of questions about Seiðr that his mother did NOT want me answering. So, I opted to attribute it instead to something quantifiable that I knew my brash son was never likely to pursue or question. What can I say- the boy was horrible at math, and hated science. FREYA: Just like that, no more questions about sorcery and sex from an eight year old godling. Loki on the other hand... JANE: Wow. And he never stopped to ask... ODIN: He's a simple lad, but he does hit things quite hard when they need swatting. Hells, when he started getting all uppity I told him we weren't even Gods! FREYA: He certainly wasn't acting like one... the ungrateful little prat. ODIN: Not like he's got an army of worshipers anymore either, so he bought it. Pretty sure he thinks he's an alien or something now too. Just wait until he meets Red and Bill! That'll really f*ck with his hubris. What then? It's all the Hammer? FREYA: <snorts> ODIN: Had the Svaralfar make it for him when he was four, he needed an incentive to behave.

LOL
To be fair, Thor was putting the moves on Jane when he said that magic and technology are the same thing. I would probably say something equally stupid as an excuse to get to know Natalie Portman better.
"Well, uhm, you see, Natalie.. where I come from, playing roleplaying games on an internet message board and being a Academy Award-winning actress are, like, basically the same thing. We have so much in common..? *COUGH*"

I'm trying to decide if that's intended to be the Eye or not. It's worn differently, and has the Anomaly Rue on the outside (which is awesome to see beyond just his window)... It'd be cool if they mention the Anomaly Rue, and not just let it be a nameless nod to the comics or be caught-up/merged into the Eye of Agamotto.

Yep, that looks pretty close to the CG acid trip I expect and hope this movie will be.

Matrix + Inception + magic? ~TWF YAY that too as soon as the city started doin that inception came to mind. Also your math is wrong. Matrix - Ted + Inception - Matt Damon + Benedict Cumberbatch + Magic x Marvel logo = Doctor Strange
