I have been here for a bit and would like to see about storytelling a MURPG game. I am looking for players who believe they can commit to at least one post a day. I am looking for 4-8 people house rules to follow:
1. Health Energy and Energy Regen are going to be separate and bought as separate actions.
2. Healing factors and other options/modifiers can and will give extra energy regen.
3. I do not give lines of EXP but rather stones. Any stones saved as well as any obtained through exp or other means go into the same pool. (This system does allow for purchase, and improvement of modifiers after character creation as well as super powers to be added) I will be monitoring purchases to ensure they make sense, and if they are interesting enough we can make them make sense.
4. 40+Challenges I do not care how many challenges you have I will however bring them into play.
5. All character sheets must be submitted with backstory that accounts for the challenges you have and possibly powers you have obtained, mutant is a prime example of some challenges and powers not needing to be put in backstory.
6. Interesting characters will be given preference though I doubt I will have more than 8 submissions.
7. Challenges do not have to come from book give me a new challenge and I will see what I think it is worth. Very interesting concepts may have more flex lets see what you can come up with
8. While I prefer characters be original I will approve characters that are already established such characters however must still follow the guidelines for creation (40+challenges ect) and will not be given anything extra for creative writing.
Please be a bit patient with me as I am new to Storytelling online and will be happy to discuss any aspect you wish of a character to talk about. If you have a concept you think there is no way would ever work on paper maybe we can come up with something... Anyway we are here to have fun so be creative. Please PM me with sheets and questions.
