Hey, everybody! For the past few months, I've been getting together with three of my close friends to design a brand new tabletop roleplaying game called Post Replica, a science fiction adventure placing the players in control of androids hiding among their human hunters. For now, we're posting information about the setting in the form of chapters from a larger story about a handful of android heroes and art designed for the game. The big picture is to build a game that is fully functional both on and offline, with a focus on collaborative storytelling across tables playing the game. We're also developing a new set of rules that should help emphasize tactical play while encouraging roleplaying and developing a deep, living world. So check it out! We update the website every Tuesday and Thursday and will be launching a Kickstarter in a few months. We all hope you enjoy!

The first bit of fiction that I've written has gone up. It's about an agricultural 'droid that has decided to return to the cities to help refugee androids live comfortably and escape persecution. Check it out!

Anthony (our man-in-charge) is going to be taking part in a Google Hangout podcast... thing this evening with Space Tavern Games at 10pm EST. I'll post a link to the hangout once it goes live; it'd be great if some of you all could make it there!

Oof, rough I think they save the video from the hangout, so you'll be able to watch it later, if you feel so inclined.

After much development on our end and work towards this big goal, we've finally launched our Kickstarter! Please go check it out if you get a chance and, if you're willing/able, throw some money our way. If you have any questions about the product, shoot them my way and I'll fill in the details!

We've hit our first stretch goal!
Next one ($6500) will be our first writer and artist residency. We'll pair up a writer and an artist to put together a story in whatever format they'd like (illustrated novella; comic book; series of short stores; etc.) that we'll turn into a series of modules for the players to work through on their own in additional to releasing for people to read and enjoy.
This first story will be based on the framework of an android going undercover in politics in order to champion policies that will benefit androids.

We're in the final days an just under $200 away from our second stretch goal, which will bring in a new artist and writer to put together a short story and illustrations to be used both within the game and as a standalone work. This is going to jumpstart Rational Basis Media (the company we created to publish Post Replica) to actually begin publishing and not just to put out our own game.
If you haven't had a chance to see what we're putting together, definitely go check it out and, if you can and are willing, toss some money our way!
