Relatively self-explanatory. If you're curious as to why there are no Avengers options available, I've decided that what I'd like to do for the 313 Avengers is to have them show up in-game only as ad hoc teams for major events. I don't know if I'll stick to that, but that is what I'm thinking right now.

When you say Guardians of the Galaxy, do you mean the modern version or the original 90's version?

When you say Guardians of the Galaxy, do you mean the modern version or the original 90's version? Well, for starters, Guardians of the Galaxy goes back to the late 1960's, so I have no idea what the "original 90's version" entails, but I was thinking of something more in line with the current incarnation, though probably not that exact team.

Sorry, picked them all up in the 90's... I meant the Original Series regardless of era. You know, with the alternate universe Vance Astro? Cause I'd play that. But, regardless it's the most appealing option I see on your list, so I think that's where my vote is.

My thinking was something along the lines of the general concept of the new/current team, a group of outcast/ne'er do well sorts wrapped up in heroics because the rest of the Galaxy is somehow even worse. I didn't have a specific lineup in mind, though. Marvel's "space" is a fertile ground for the creative process.

I could get behind Marvel's Space, its an area of the universe that doesn't necessarily get as much love as the standard universe.

The exiles and no heroes parts are interesting, but maybe too disjointed, as well as the 70's theme. They all look promising, but I don't think they are the first things that could come to head when thinking the first expansion of the universe. Empire State is cool as well, but maybe it has too much in common with the X-Men game. So I think I'd lean towards Guardians of the Galaxy (it touches the misfit theme that you could find on the Heroes for Hire or the No Heroes parts) and it expands the universe quite literally. If asked for an unlisted option, I think that some kind of Midnight Sons could be appropriate (once again the misfit theme, and instead on the unexplored "space" angle there is the unexplored "magic" angle). For vote tallying reasons, I voted "Other".

Mmmm. Midnight Sons would ALWAYS have my vote, 313 or not!

I'm voting other accordingly... But GoG or Sliders would still totally see CADs from me.

Mmmm. Midnight Sons would ALWAYS have my vote, 313 or not! The only reason its not on the list is because my multiple previous attempts have been really shoddy. I want to capture a feel more like the "personal horror" games/settings, and less like a super hero game with a thin horror facade, and I'm just not sure how to make that happen. After the 70's era detective chopsocky game, Midnight Sons would be easily my second choice of games I'd love to run.

Dunno, I liked the last attempt where we made more or less normal people (I played Alice?, the photographer) and you dropped the characters into a horrible situation where they ended with a curse and powers (Alice? ended being a too powerful mage, and we had at least a vampire and a ghost rider). Anyways, all the options sound tempting, but as I said (and discarding Midnight Sons it seems) probably Guardians of the Galaxy is the most appropriate one.

What I really want to do is avoid running another straight up super hero game. That's what my X-Men game is. I want the setting to be open to multiple genres and retain continuity. All of the ideas I posted would (hopefully) expand the setting into another area.

I have an Other vote: That being said, I'd be super down for a Guardians of the Galaxy game.
