"For now, let's focus on the essentials. We need buildings and equipment to treat our wounded, to sleep in, to gather our general resoures, and to take care of our personal needs, such bathing, eating and other bodily functions. Those are our most urgent priorities; as soon as those are taken care of for the moment being, we will move on to more individual settlements and homes for all as soon as possible. Please bear with us until then, and let's work hard together."
She looked at the assembled group.
"All of those with powers to build, please get into teams and get to work. If any of the others have powers which can help with our aforementioned current needs, please go ahead and help on those matters. Anyone else, we need to scavenge everything we can get from the ruins all around us. Let us rebuild this nation into an even better one, and make it as close as can be as an utopia for mutants!"

I'm going to use stones from my Terrakinesis, Yin Release jutsu, Six Path Technique, Metallic Liquification, Space-Time portals (to access basically infinite building materials) and of course my Intuitive Aptitude actions, for as long as it takes, to build facilities of high quality and temporary lodgings for everyone, before moving on to more permanent homes of various kinds.
...Though with the powers, it's probably going to take no more than a few days, lol.

It takes days, but you manage to rebuild Genosha to it's former glory, or at least on the steady road to complete recovery.

Sylar looked at the rebuilding Genosha with satisfaction. She certainly had not planned to take over an entire city of mutants anytime soon, but this was better than the alternative. She was helping a lot of people and providing safe haven for a lot of people who would otherwise be living in a troubled world that had obviously lost its grip on peace and mutual respect over greed and the desire of control over those evolved individuals. Peter Petrelli would have been proud of her.
She was currently going through a list of people interested in becoming advisors and direct allies of hers that she had encouraged people to apply for if they were interested, so she could delegate and more effectively help her new Genoshan people when the need arise.

OOC: Basically, I made an announcement earlier that I was looking for people interested in becoming my 'assistants/allies/companions/people I can rely on', and had them fill up files about them so I could pick a team of closer, more trusted allies I can use to help govern Genosha as necessary. My own 'Acolytes' so to speak, although I'm not planning on calling them that. ^_^
Using a total of 10 in Intuitive Aptitude to pick the best and brightest, and seemingly most loyal out of that list to serve as my 'lieutenants', so to speak.

Amelia Voght a former nurse, and Acolyte who could transform into Mist and teleport.
Pipeline a former Magistrate with the ability to digitize people into packets of data and transfer them over long distances.
Tempo a mutant with abilities to twist time for other people.
and Skids a mutant who can generate a force field.
