So while I was working on my submission for Goats random power game, I had the thought that this in itself would be an interesting power; someone who randomly expressed different powers at different times. I was wondering what you guys would use as an approach to this?
Personally I would place it as an action with no cost modifier to take, cost a set amount of energy to activate and a stone to maintain much like Invisibility. When activated you roll either a number variable based on a premade chart of compiled of murpg actions, or use the same page Goats is using. Your 'random power' box becomes the action box for whichever power you rolled, and your AN in that power is equal to your AN in random power minus the Cost adjustment of the random power. So if you have a Random Power AN of 6 and got Flight, your Flight AN would be 4 (AN+2 for flight)
What's the forum think on the subject?

Metamorphosis with some custom tweaks could work equally well, like I had a character once that had a different power on a 7 day period, so each day of the week was a different power. When his little watch would beep he knew his powers where about to switch. I think the build was something like
Metamorphosis -Action to modifier -Changes every 24 Hours

I don't know how well your random power action would work in practice (e.g. balance), but it certainly looks fine on paper.
