"Probably I heard stories about them having winged turtles, giant falling blocks, and living bullets." She said. "You still think you're up for this?" She asked with a smile. "As long as you stick with Sakura's team you should be alright."

"Hey, I'm a lot tougher than I look nowadays", she said, smiling. "I'm not as strong as Natsu-kun in a fight, but I could hold my own against him in sparring sessions. He said that at this rate, I'd be able to punch through brick with ease in a couple weeks, hehehe.♥ But seriously, yeah, I am. I wouldn't be here if I didn't think I was... I've trained so hard, I want my training to mean something."
She nodded.
"...If there's a lot of flyers, I'll go more the sniper route, though. I'll keep C.Q.C training for if the enemies get to me past the others, otherwise I'll shower them with lead."
"Spoken like a true trooper!" Soldier said enthusiastically behind them.

Sure enough, the group made it to the portal with ease, but they didn't encounter any foe this time. The way was clear, and the Guild began making its way through. Interestingly enough, the portal made itself larger for the larger members of the Guild; allowing the Cybertronians to pass through with relative ease.
Soon, the large group of mages/fighters had made it through into the peaceful forest from before; the only difference being that soldiers from the Mushroom kingdom sttod guard at the portal and patrolled the area.
"...Greetings", one of them said. "The princess informed us of your arrival... welcome back to the Mushroom Kingdom."

"Welcome. Do you have a plan in particular?" She asked.

"For now I have been assigned to escort you to our princess' castle where we are assembling our army", the toad said bowing down. "If you would be so kind as to follow me?"

Greenie cried out happily, 'trotting' by her side, and turning around and back when he was goin a bit too fast. Snowball on the other hand, was walking exactly at Lucy's pace.
"...This will be the first war for me", the tiger said. "...What will be my use on the battlefield?" the distinguished and gentlemanly big cat wondered out loud as he, and the rest of Lucy's assembled forces, marched onwards to the capital.

"I honestly don't know." She admitted. "You will be in charge of sniffing and listening for potential hostiles and mauling any who insist on fighting with deadly force." She said petting Greenie. "And that goes for you too, boy." She said smiling.

"Sounds like a job I can handle", Snowball said simply, nodding in a very humanlike manner... while Greenie proceeded to lick its leader's face repeatedly like an over-affectionate... and very large... puppy.
Soon enough, they arrived in sight of the Castle, outside of which a fairly large army was assembled. Mostly toads... and a large number of soldiers in metallic armor and other individuals looking like elf-like humans with pointy hair, fair skin and generally handsome/beauiful features. They were led by a blonde young man in a green tunic over a chainmail suit, white pants and wearing brown leather gloves and boots, along with a long, green hat on his head, a beautifully crafted shield and sheathed sword in his back. A bit further were two mustachioed men, one wearing blue and red with a cap with a 'M' on it, and the other, younger and thinner, was wearing green and white, along with a cap with an 'L' on it, both of them discussing with Princess Peach.
Lucy and her companions were soon welcomed by Toad himself, who was wearing somewhat nobler clothes more befitting his station as servant of the Royal Family and a hero of the kingdom.
"...Ah, Guild Master. It is good to see you back so early. As you can see, the Hyrulean forces have already joined us, as well."

"I can see, so what is the first maneuver?" She asked looking at the elf in green, he looked suspiciously familiar.

Toad nodded.
"Ah yes, about that... the princess requested that you would speak with her about it, if you please." He noticed how she was observing the elf, looking at her. "...That young man would be Link, commander of the Hyrulean forces. He's young, but I'm told he is very talented and capable."

"I see. He's also part of our Guild... Or rather another him is, please spread the word that there is a second Link around so no one gets confused." She said following him to the Princess.

"Truly so?" he said, surprised. "I heard rumors that others like him existed in alterned universes. I guess this seems to prove it." (OOC: You might have already guessed it from the title I originally gave to 'your' Link, but he is the one from A Link to the Past, Link's Awakening, Oracle of Seasons, and Oracle of Ages. This here new Link is the Hero of Time from Ocarina of Time, back in his adult form. ^_^) The two arrived by the princess' side. "Your highness, if I may?" Toad said, drawing Peach's attention. "Ah, Toad. Thank you very much, I'll take it from here", she said with a smile. "Of course milady", he said, bowing down, before leaving to inform the others about the two Links. The blonde woman led her inside the castle to speak in a calmer environment. "Guildmaster... from our previous discussion, I understand that you have a certain degree of strategic and tactical experience, is that correct?"

"Of course, I have had nearly a century of experience in battle." She said. "Planning was something I had to pick up along the way."
