As she awoke after relaxing and resting comfortably for hours, Tracy realized she was no longer in the Fortress/Base, but rather... in other spacious, incredibly beautifully and richly decorated personal quarters. She was sitting atop a magnificent and massive throne seemingly carved in pure gold and gemstones, and was wearing a large, no less richly and expertly crafted powered armor, with a very high quality red cape.
Memories flooded her mind the moment she witnessed all of that... she was known as The Princess of Mankind... an immortal, and the one and only female Primarch, daughter of the Emperor of Mankind... great and divine leader of the Imperium of Man, who still guided His people across the Universe to expand the Empire and battle the forces of Chaos, even after his sacrifice to defeat Horus, her brother. The bedroom/personal quarters/throne room she was in was her personal chambers aboard The Crusader, her flagship, a large and powerful battleship armed to the teeth and 25,000 men strong.
And right now, said ship was escorted by a fleet comprising four more battleships, several other smaller warships... and all of them... were under her command.

Tracy quickly assessed the situation wanting to know how bad the Empire was off in this verse, and how fanataical certain religious segments of the Empire were.
"Medea, Gillian, anyone, where are you currently?" She asked via telepathy.

From what she could tell, while the Empire was still heavily challenged by other human factions, multiple non-human enemies and the unholy forces of Chaos, it still stood strong as the largest and most powerful faction in the known Universe, and stood a bit more united namely thanks to her very own alter-ego, since basically all other Primarchs were either dead, missing or traitors... whereas the Princess had led Mankind over and over again to victory against powerful Daemon Lords without ever succumbing to the energies of the Warp. For this reason, she held considerable influence and loyalty among the Empire. Of course, that didn't mean the Imperium of Man was out of the woods just yet, as Tyrannids Hive Fleets and Necron Tomb Worlds posed an ever-growing threat in addition to the corruption and Daemons of the Warp.
As usual, some factions and segments were much more fanatical than others, but many remained reasonable. The forces directly under Tracy's leadership were pretty fanatical, but mostly towards her, hailing her as a new Goddess and Savior of Mankind. Her men would have followed her straight into Hell if she asked them to. Other forces were a bit crazier, or more 'devoted', so to speak.
"Medea, Gillian, anyone, where are you currently?"
'...Some sort of jungle planet, apparently', Medea responded. 'Our immediate surroundings seem calm, at least so far', she reported.

"Hang on... I'm going to try and head to your location as soon as possible." She said. "If anything even remotely hostile looking shows up, put the whole fort on Lockdown."
using her powers to locate the world, she then issued orders. "Everyone there has been a new change of plans, set a course for (location of my friends)."

'Got it... don't worry', Medea thought back.
She located them in the Galt system, a relatively peaceful area of space controlled by humans, which was once the target of an attack by Greenskins, but has since remained untouched. They were probably safe, but it would take a good two hours to get there at best speed.
"Everyone there has been a new change of plans, set a course for the Third planet of the Galt system."
"Yes, your Majesty!" her ship's captain, a blonde woman warrior named Rowan said immediately and without an ounce of hesitation.
Captain Colm Fortes, a brown-haired, battle-hardened man with a straight scar going from his forehead to his right cheek (but had luckily not touched his eye when it was inflicted; the man still looked fairly handsome despite it, and could see just fine), walked up to Tracy, bowing down respectfully. He was the Chapter Master of the Adeptus Custodes chapters sent to accompany the Princess in her travels to protect her, and was essentially her second-in-command, most loyal warrior, and first officer.
"Milady... there is much in what you're showing me that I find puzzling, but if such is your command, then I will follow you... and make sure everyone else does, as well. Rest assured that our fleet is thoroughly loyal to you", he said with a smile.

"Hah..." he said, smirking. "...Now that is an unexpected development. Interdimensional travel not involving the Warp, a group of people including some whose power exceeds that of most Alpha Psykers... and all this about you...? It only makes you more of a Goddess if you ask me", he added with a nod. "I understand. This is unexpected, but it doesn't change my mission orders. I am to follow you and obey you to the darkest reaches of space, wherever you go and whatever you might face."

He bowed down respectfully anew.
"I am most grateful, your Majesty. I shall serve your will with the same honor and bravery as I always have", he said, before standing back up straight. "...Shall we inform our forces of this turn of events?"

"Yes please." She said as she began making some plans before she left. She was determined to get her hands on some more advanced Xeno technology before departing... namely Tau Battlesuits, and most importantly Necron Gauss weapons.

"As you command, your Majesty", Colm said with a nod, before leaving to, so to speak, spread the word.
Upon searching her memories, she realized that the 'closest' Tau forces were quite far from her fleet's current position, as their previous course was taking them far away from Tau Space. However, as for the Necrons...
"Princess", the blonde pilot known as Rowan said, seemingly troubled. "...It's very faint, but we are detecting multiple readings of varying types of energy... we have a lot of trouble getting a lock on any of them... and we don't get any readings of Warp energy, either. I don't like this..."
The moment the woman finished speaking, the I.D.A.M.A heard a voice in her mind: 'Tracy... is that you? You're on that ship?'

'I did, but I had to make sure of something first', Jessie responded. 'I got new friends... but I wanted to make sure they were obedient before doing anything. I sort of woke up in a Necron Tomb World, of the Komekh Dynasty. I was Malekith, Phaeron of Komekh... whose body was once possessed by the C'Tan Og'driada, the Arisen. So yeah... turns out I have a pretty huge Necron army at my beck and call. How about you?'
Rowan seemed confused, looking at Tracy.
"...Is something the matter, your Majesty?"

"At ease men... The being I am communicating with is an ally." She said. "Say, as long as you have the ability to travel, and your own army to dispatch, would you mind making a quick detour to try and obtain some Tau drones, and battlesuits?" She asked. "Just some projected copies will do." She said. "I will be rendezvousing with the fortress." She said.

"That's a relief", Rowan said, sighing. "I thought it was Necrons."
"Say, as long as you have the ability to travel, and your own army to dispatch, would you mind making a quick detour to try and obtain some Tau drones, and battlesuits? Just some projected copies will do. I will be rendezvousing with the fortress."
'Tau drones and battlesuits... sure, can do. You'd be surprised at how fast the Necron ships can be... We'll be back in no time.'
Mere moments later...
"...The... readings all vanished all of a sudden. No sign of them anywhere", Rowan reported. "What sort of being is that ally of yours, if I may ask?", she said, curious.
