I think I'm going to submit a backup submission (redundancy for the win) based on the concept I snarked earlier; a super jock whose powers are directly based on activating his adrenaline reflex through caffeine and/or sugar. Probably a pretty standard brawler type

In the end, I indeed chose seven players. Actually, there were so many great submissions this time around I was sorely tempted to take everyone, but that would be a disservice to all involved, which led to a gradual process whittling down 14 good sheets down to 7 great ones, and I think I picked the best of the bunch (or at least the ones I felt would be the best part of a team yet drive some good stories). Here are my choices: Benjamin McKenna - ( WildKnight) Charlotte Mountain Horse – Ghost Dancer ( OurLadyWar) Gabrielle Worthington - ( Gris) Jake Bishop - Bunyip ( Janus) Lacey Sofen – Singularity ( Dionon) Sam Guthrie Jr. - Southpaw ( Goats) Sasha Monroe – Calamity ( Lady Belladonna) The rest of you guys, I appreciate your submissions so much! cosmicstoryteller, thanos, RidiculousNinja, lilithsboy, leska, Dhark, Black Sam, all great stuff. I'm thinking about doing a sort of "Shadow School" that Cyclops is running. If I do decide I can dedicate the time and mentally energy to this (which right now is probably closer to maybe-not than maybe, but stranger things have happened) I'll probably set up a sub-thread for you guys. Will ruminate about it for at least a week before definitively saying what I'm doing... (Don't get your hopes up, though.) The game thread is up here and I should have something up later today! |
