The Doctor
"This is bad... really bad", the Doctor let out, troubled, but she kept reading, searching for ways to stop this catastrophe from happening. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 24 (Ef.) in Technology, +5 from Genius, +6 from the TARDIS: all 35 into figuring out how to stop it.

The easiest, and perhaps only real way was to save Dio.

(OOC: With Dio being dead, did she find out how best to do that without further destroying the timeline? Like... would it work to go back in time and warn herself to not finish it off once it's defeated?)

The Doctor
"It is potentially catastrophic on a Multiversal level", she noted to Minako rather nonchalantly considering the gravity of the problem. "But we can fix it. We have to go back to the past and let my former self know about the massive threat that will happen if she kills the vampire for good. We save the Vampire, we save the Multiverse", she explained, proceeding to work the controls to head back to the past, and a location, where and when they could intercept her past self and talk with her! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 12 (Ef.) into Technology/Vehicle operations to get the TARDIS to bring us back to said time/location!

"What if those other two won't let Dio live?" Minako asked.

The Doctor
"Had we not been there in the first place, Dio would have escaped on his own. If the Doctor does not intervene, the timeline should proceed mostly uninterrupted, and Dio will somehow managed to escape with his life. But the Joestars and their friends are heroes, I highly doubt they will kill him if they know it would cause the deaths of countless of decillions people and hundreds of Universes", she pointed out. "Worst comes to worst, I am willing to put my life on the line to protect the Multiverse. I really don't think it will come to that, however." --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Repeating my stones to complete the trip back.

"So you are going to let Jonathan, Zeppelli, and Jonathan's son all die just to save a greater number of people?" Minako asked. "You'd really throw them to the wolves to save the rest of the ship?"

The Doctor
"You do realize it was meant to happen, right?" she asked. "Saving them brought a paradox into existence which if left alone could destroy, not just a few lives, but countless universes."
She observed her, troubled.
"...You'd rather let things as they are now and kill who knows how many bazillions of lives, erase countless of worlds and destroy everything inside of them for those three lives that were supposed to be taken in the first place had we not been here in the first place?" she asked. "If you have an alternate solution, I'm all ears, but according to what I sensed and found out, there are but two choices. We save those three and doom immeasurable numbers, or we let those three die as they were supposed to and *not* kill said immeasurable numbers. So what do you suggest?"

"I guess not." She said dejected and depressed.

The Doctor
"I'm sorry, I really am..." the Doctor said, genuinely sad as well at that point. She gently hugged her close to try to comfort her. "I know that sometimes space and time can be a harsh place. I do wish things were different as well. But short of divine intervention within the next minutes, I don't see how else we can save all those people." ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 7 in Social Skills (Compassionate, Pacifist) to try and comfort her.

"...Very well. Again... I'm sorry. I never wanted to hurt you", the redhead said somewhat sadly, before heading out to intercept 'herself' to keep her from facing Dio. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 into Speed to run at Speed 4 to make it to my past self before the fight happens.

The Doctor
The Doctor frowned, realizing she had only a short time to intervene. Remaining out of sight, she contacted her past self telepathically.
"Kill the vampire and you'll kill entire realities", she warned, sending her all of her previous feelings, vision and understanding of the future created by the action in question. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 19 in Telepathy (Project thoughts, Telepathic communications) +5 from Genius, to contact the past Doctor and warn her.
