How would one write up this character? Tony Stark found that Cain isn't just seeing the future but he is in fact creating "probabilities of things to come." I assume this would be some form of Mastery of Time or Chronomancy but I can't quite wrap my mind around it. If anyone has any concepts that might fit here, I'd love to know

Regardless of how he does it, the end result only seems to be essentially 'Precognitive Flashes' with a 'not 100% success rate', which he's able to pause to get more details out of it and which may be triggered by some strong emotions and such (Power out of control?). Just because he is 'creating probabilities of things to come' doesn't mean his powers are of such a scale, it's simply another explanation of where his power comes from, IMO. Nowhere does it suggests he would be able to do anything other than perceive a possible future outcome, so I believe making it a Mastery is greatly over-stretching things. It's basically the same as 'Oh, he doesn't fly per se, he just pushes against gravity with kinetic energy to project himself at Flight speed'. It's the same action/modifier, only with a different flavor. Just my 2 cents.

At the end of the day what MURPG handles well is "stones vs. stones = effect" Whatever "source" your stones come from is flavor, and up to the GM and players to make "feel right."
