Hello there! Rules to this Sub-Board and the House Rules within will be added sometime tonight or tomorrow, as I'm going to work in not too long. In the meantime, please know that this is the only thread I would like anyone else, other than me, to post in! The reason for this is clarity and consistency; I'd like for people to be able to find what they are looking for without having to go through pages of back and forth discussion in-between. Your cooperation is much appreciated, expect more details soon, and a big thanks to takewithfood for letting me get this Sub-board.
Cheers!

Excellent questions, all of them, Neros. Actually, the plan is to use this sub-board to post house rules for all the universes from the comics, movies, videogames, anime/mangas, books and whatnot that I like, and either have created, or will create, content for. For example, I have made MURPG rules for the Matrix in the past. I would update them and post them here, so if anyone needs MURPG rules for a Matrix game, they can come here, read'em, see if they like them, and use them. I made rules for a truckload of universes already, just ask Hoots Rowlet. I statted up all the magic of the Fairy Tail guild, made rules for Star Wars, the Matrix, statted the DC Power Rings, statted Transformers, Power Rangers, TMNT, the FATE series, Legend of Zelda, One Piece, Naruto, Doctor Who, Star Trek, Gundam, Pokemon, Buffy/Angel, etc, etc. And I have plans for many more. I would update everything that I feel isn't up to date or isn't as spot-on as I once thought it was, and I will post it here for people to see, and use. Also I will post my house rules, and a few 'corrections' to the main books from my viewpoint ('cause I know not everyone sees eye to eye with how MURPG should be played, so obviously the Manah-tan Project will be made from my viewpoint. People do not have to use my house rules, obviously, but they will know where I'm coming from with it.) I hope I answered your question?

I believe that you have answered the question But sounds like a great idea to try and gather up some of the special house rules for various settings.

My thoughts exactly. Of course, they are essentially 'my take' on MURPG in general, so not everyone will like them, but I don't mind if they change them as long as I get credit for what I did do.

Four months later... The board sits collecting dust unused.
Just saying, you were making a big deal about wanting to do this, and now that it's here you just kinda forgot about it.

I agree that it is taking more time than I hoped, but I didn't forget anything.
I'm just working all the time, paying off debts, taking several major steps in my Transgender transitioning process, and had to deal with a grade-A asshole at my job until he was finally fired. I've been mentally and emotionally exhausted, so yeah, when I do get days off, I like to relax a bit so I can recover and keep going to work.
I did say the Manah-Tan project was going to be a long term project. I do recognize the fact that it's taking longer for it to start than expected, even by me, but hey, typing rules don't pay the debts or help me through life, so... yeah, when I have more time, and energy.

Finally made it to that point!
Anyone interested in this, expect updates on this project in the near future! My life is going well, I have a lot of energy on average, my team at work is amazing, making great steps in making my life better, so I can finally manage to put some more work on the table for this.

Actually, you know what? I keep wanting to add more info as I write them up... I think I'm going to give it a try, and make them more detailed as per the books. In retrospect, Neros, I'd say you were right... Sorry for arguing. In the end... I love me some additional details as well.

Hello there, 77odinson77! While I appreciate any feedback, I would appreciate it greatly if you removed your post in my Star Wars rules thread and re-posted it here. The rules threads are meant solely for the posting of rules; this here thread is meant for discussion of said rules. So please erase your post there, if you would be so kind. Thanks!

I'm at a loss, impressive does not even begin to describe this. It all looks great. My only thought is that Midi-chlorians could also be called Force Sensitivity for thematic purposes, like how Mesmerism is magical Telepathy. I don't want to spark a big debate here or whatever, but I prefer to disregard midi-chlorians when I run SW games because to me the force is more magic than science, like how it worked in the original trilogy. But as it is actually written rules-wise I like it, and I especially like that you did the lightsaber forms. Very cool, thank you.

Thanks, much appreciated. ^_^ As to answer your point about Midi-Chlorians, while I understand and respect the viewpoint - which I know is likely shared by the majority of Star Wars fans, lol - I personally like the concept of Midi-Chlorians, and I don't think including them takes anything away from the mystical nature of the Force. To me, Midi-Chlorians are not the cause of Force sensitivity, as opposed to a consequence of it. As such, while there is indeed a scientifical method of measuring one's potential in the Force, I do not think it detrimental per se. It's not that different from TV shows saying an EMF meter being used to detect ghosts due to them messing with electromagnetic energy. Doesn't make ghosts any less supernatural, it's just that science found a way to sense them. I feel the same applies here. Also, I love when things are quantifiable. I like being able to count how much 'strong in the Force' someone might be. I like having Power Levels in DBZ. In other words, at the end of the day, it's just a matter of personal preference for the same results. Since it's in the prequels, I will consider it part of my canon, even though my canon is not the 'offical' Disney one, lol.

That being said, keep your eyes peeled, for I have yet to write more rules for SW. Still a lot more to go, namely starships, hopefully more actions and modifiers to valorize non-force users more, alien species packages, and so on.
