We never see Thanos take any prisoners of any kind, and Thor makes no mention of any survivors, nor makes any effort to contact or liberate them. He doesn't even ask the Guardians to search the wreckage for other Asgardians when they find him. I think it was strongly implied that Thor is last Asgardian. I wonder if Sif is out there somewhere. She wasn't in Ragnarok - only for contract purposes, mind you, but they opted not to re-cast her. In theory she could be alive somewhere, but I strongly doubt it. It's probably safer to assume she died off-screen somewhere during Ragnarok. Sure we do. On Gamora’s homeworld. The survivors/prisoners were segregated before the official culling/execution— only the one side was executed, the others were left alive. Thanos even goes on to claim her homeworld has never been so well off as it is “now”.
Nor did Thor list that on his list of grievances. He didn’t bemoan the Asgardian race. He cited his brother and best friend, but no other specifics. I do find his lack of concern there odd, but... movies *shrug*
Aside from that...
Russo brothers revealed in an interview that he’s not the last. In addition to Asgardians that were off world prior to Ragnorak... Escape Pods were utilized reportedly, though they could always redact that if they choose later... it’s what they are quoted as saying as of this past weekend (I think the article was titled “Top 18 Questions About Infinity War Answered”. Valkyrie is confirmed as among the survivors...

Yeah, I considered Asgardians on other planets, but we were sorta talking about the ones on the ship, the ones he rescued from actual Asgard.
Weird that Valkyrie is among the survivors. Feels like a plot hole that she wasn't seen or mentioned, as you'd expect her to try to help out if she could. Maybe just badly injured? Eh. Plot holes like that are to be expected in such a busy film.
And the people Thanos didn't kill on Gamora's planet aren't prisoners. Presumably he left them alone after the culling.

Odds are she was in an escape pod, conscious or not. Thor likely concluded that it was better to let his people fun/hide/recover than drag them into the fight. Or... my wish is that she went looking for Beta Ray Bill. *shrug*
True. But they WERE prisoners for th culling, then set free. The Asgardians likewise could have been taken prisoner for the duration of the culling/execution, and then set free. It’s confirmed that only half of the, were killed now, so... however it played out, it’s a win!

My wish is that she went looking for Beta Ray Bill. Oh, yours too? I'm not sure if he's been established in Asgard just yet, but that'd be neat if he was. Although it would have to be stormbreaker-less Beta Ray Bill, as, you know, Thor has it. Still fine with me.

Tomorrow morning during Good Morning America we'll get the title and a trailer (I'm guessing a brief teaser, but I could be wrong) for Avengers 4.
