Mildred & Cerberus
You both move up toward the house, Cerberus directly and Mildred off to the side. For Mildred the sunlight gets more uncomfortable the closer she gets so staying out of the way seems like a good idea.
The shadow demons seem particularly interested in Mildred, making a couple of futile attempts to murder her before slinking off.
Arriving at the house both of you get to witness what happens outside, Cerberus however manages to touch the wall of the house and his abilities pick up on several things. First of all there is the energy of several people here, the most immediate and obvious is Christopher's (you can copy any appropriate action from his CAD), there is a butler, a cook and some cleaning staff but there is also something older and more powerful.
You instinctively shy away from that energy, just looking at that makes your head hurt. It is from a number of years ago for a start and there are things there that feel overwhelming. Trying to connect to it would be like connecting yourself up to a high pressure hose. You'd certainly absorb something, what shape you'd be in afterwards however is an entirely different question.
Christopher & Jon
Inside the house Lt. McPhierson grins as she hears the discussion pointing her gun toward the window and taking up a firing stance. The two other cops follow suit then Jon vanishes and appears about ten yards away on the front lawn.
Three precise blows later which quite evidently connect with something and one of the three invisible people become visible and the rest of you have a fairly solid idea of where the other two are.

It wasn't an illusion or some other trick, it was real sunlight and Mildred felt real fear for the first time in a while. "I'm here" she answered, mist reforming in her injured self. "But won't- can't get any closer" she added. There was always the chance of using the captain's gift to withstand the sunlight, providing it did work as instructed, but it was the kind of thing she wanted to save up for another time when there was no other choice. Sure, just standing on the verge while hoping the shadow demons wouldn't approach wasn't exactly her idea of a safe spot, but it would have to do for the time being.

Christopher waits for Jon to attack before he inacts his own brand of magic, circle magic is sensitive and as one person breaks down it takes a moment for the others to recover, which means for a brief moment anyone trying to use the spell to be undetectable may be exposed. Christopher rides the wave of magic using his own senses to detect any other groups or individuals using magic as the recover from one of their own having his concentration broken.

And then the chaos erupted.
"POLICE OFFICER, FREEZE!!! GCPD, GET DOWN, GET DOWN, GET DOWN!"
Lt. McPhierson and the two officers in the living room start yelling at guy through the window, on the floor and he makes a run for it off toward the side of the house, away from Mildred and Cerberus.
Jon aims two shots at the legs of the of the two invisible magic users, hitting one squarely and skimming the other before vanishing and reappearing inside. Another Mage appears collapsing to the floor, sporting a leg wound but as he does so he points at the living room and suddenly Christophers daylight spell ends, plunging everything into total darkness.
Gunshots ring out, horrible tearing sounds and screams are heard, in the midst of which Christophers spell goes off. Now there is no hiding from him. He sees the final mage as he erects a barrier spell using the circle they were hiding in. He sees the two shadow demons as they attack the cop in the room with them, huge bloody gashes appearing in him as they tear into him on their way into the room. He sees the other two shadow demons outside following the fleeing mage, seemingly guarding him. He sees the bullets strike the falling Mage and knows without question that he won't be getting back up.
John's senses give him a pretty good idea of all of these things too, though from variety of non visual sensations.
The shadow demons next target could be anyone in the room though it looks like they are aiming at Christopher.

Cerberus
With everything going on and the sudden starting of fire shooting, the young police officer couldn't do much but try to access the situation. Getting his hand on his own gun, ready to defend himself as the scene unfold. He could only hear the screaming of people and not much else as he quickly made his way toward the house, hoping to find out what was going on.

No more sun meant no limits to the shadow demons, but also meant no boundaries for her. Mildred was smiling in the dark, as her own eyes could pierce the darkness. Deep down she knew she should be careful, protect her own immortality, but most of all she wanted to tear down some shadow demons and protect her partner. He may be a chatty, somewhat arrogant young man, but he was also her generous and friendly comrade that didn't judge her for what she was. Mildred got ready to help, after all if something happened she should be able to heal easier than a mortal, provided she could get someone to make a blood donation.

Ignore the demons and go for the mage! Christopher yells out. The demons cannot remain on the mortal plane unless there is a channel for the original summons he is the only one left, his lifeforce can continue the channel even if his mind is shut down lethal force is necessary, if we do not put him down these things will continue on a murderous rampage, they are easy to summon but complex to get rid of.
Christopher takes his own advice ignoring the shadow demons who very well may attempt to kill him he goes after where he knows the mage is summoning up a ball of swirling chaotic energy as he does. He hurls it at the mage attempting to raise a mystical barrier.

Shit. John thought as everything went to.. well you guessed it. He was having a rough go of it. His own teleportation catching up with him making him sick to his stomach, his job however wasn’t over. Original he wanted these bastards alive thinking that they might learn something. The cops death showed he had made the wrong decisions. He took aim and once more disappeared into the darkness.

Everything happens at once, gunshots, magic, swarming demons. Mildred's sudden brand of violence destroys a demon, Jon aiming for the nearest patch of violence destroys the other. Christophers spell and barked instructions precedes a cacophony of gunshots from the Lieutenant and the remaining police officer and the rest is silence.
One wizard is clearly dead, another incapacitated and in critical condition the third, Cerberus was able to see flee off into the tree line at the edge of the estate. Christopher's front window hasn't fared too well with the bullets passing through it and Mildred's blouse is covered in blood, probably her own, but other than that it seems to be a win.

Christoper surveys the damage not seeming too troubled about the window. With that one still alive the demons can continue coming through and attacking... unless someone wants to get that filth over there to try and reverse it. Christopher says about the one still alive while pulling out his cell phone and dialing a number from memory. John unless you want to end up on charges I would suggest you come to my home, I believe you know the way.
Speaking in calm measured tones, Officer down requesting immediate emergency medical crews for 3 dead or critically injured as well as for the less wounded at the house of Detective Christopher Bradley also requesting that Captain Dyre make a personal appearance.
Hanging up the phone he addresses his butler, please make tea and offer refreshments to those here and the people comming, we would not want our manners questioned. He turns to go into his house an then thinks for a moment before turning back. I do not know if this is a thing or the stuff of myths but Detective Buckley will you please come into my home? The rest of you may come in as well. Christopher begins to walk up the stairs towards the library once again, noting his crystal ball is not where he thought he left it and getting ready to scry the past.... again apparently.

As brutally as it erupted, the mayhem died quickly like the demon Mildred herself reduced to wisps. "Who knows? I'll accept the invitation either way" were the first words Mildred uttered answering Christopher, wanting to keep the mystery of what her kind could and couldn't do out of habit. "I don't think you'll have available the sort of 'refreshment' me and my injure would enjoy right now, but tea will still be welcome" she added, even if it just due to the aroma and warmth, tea would indeed be nice, even if what she craved was of course thicker than water.
"Okay, what the hell happened here?" Mildred finally asked, a bit distant with her partner and benefactor. That he could seemingly summon the light of the sun, a force so threatening, really unnerved her. Then again, that was how normal people felt around her? Around a predator?

Calling back down. I keep various types of blood for ritual purposes, and in case one of the staff need medical attention while we wait for EMS. I simply do not want to waste my stores on the murderous filth there. Tell Adthorpe your preference and he will heat it to the proper temperature, just excuse the preservative chemicals. As for what is going on I do not recall, I can recall every word of every book I have ever read. Today someone, or something is taking chunks out of my memory so excuse me if I seem slightly upset.
Christopher beelines it to his study looking for his crystal ball.

Mildred just nodded and let her partner do his thing, even if she had no intention to comply. It wasn't like she couldn't feed from a bag, hell, she usually did so, but some habits are hard to break. Bags were fine for the Mildred trapped in routine, the one that prolonged her life in the safety of a predator turned tame, boredom her only enemy. But after having such an invigorating drink the day before and all that excitement, even if Mildred could still drink stale blood, she just didn't want to. All that supernatural action, the chasing of an age encompassing mystery, being injured for the first time in a long while...
Oh, to feel young again, not by the act of drinking blood or even the fact that she needed it.
No, the excitement that made her eyes sparkle was that she wanted it. She wanted it bad. Fortunately Mildred had survived for so long without being hunted because she was able to control herself, away from behaving like the monster that maybe Madeline didn't as much create but brought out to the surface. Mildred restlessly waited it, hoping the urge died down and failing to avoid looking at the rest of the house guests with hunger. Of course, averting her eyes from the police officers could as well mean to look at the dead and injured intruders, their ruby red life spilling on the floor...
(actions as above, slowly failing at keeping her composure)

Cerberus
After witnessing the house internal struggle and the powers that dwelled within, he could see that the ruckus was quieting down and saw the someone running off into the woods. There was little that he could do about it and going on a wild chase into the woods against a mage could very well be his death, but he did take the time to remember whatever he could see of the man. So he just went in to join with the others. Entering the room, his expression became darker at the sight of his fallen comrades.
-I'll take this was probably a targeted attacked...by what I can sense of this house... it got one hell of history...-
He said slowly, looking at Christopher. He then looked at Mildred, which had been injured.
-Are you ok? -
He asked, a bit worried. He had already lost one comrade, he didn't want to lose another.
