What you may have picked up about Sindor's opinions
Team mates
Naijix - Likes him, considers him a brother in arms. Shares his interest in learning more about the force though seems to prefer less risky approaches to attaining it.
Zara - Tends to be a bit reserved around her, doesn't completely trust her
Zorto - Seems to like him, has shown a genuine, if poorly informed interest in his movie collection
Wray - Frustrated respect, tries to get on with him but only tolerates the military chain of command. Seems to be amused by Wray referring to the Force as ''Magic'.
Others
Vader - Gives all the appearance of having absolute respect for him, even if his opinions differ he always differs to Vader point of view.
Emperor Palpatine - Publicly he would show absolute respect andfor the Emperor. He would equally never refer to himself as Vader apprentice going so far as to deny it, referring to himself as an agent of Lord Vader.
Other military officers - treated with a curtious professionalism treating them as equals rather than superiors. Basically unless Lord Vader assigns him a military rank he considers himself to be outside the military chain of command.
The Force - Refers to it as an entity. Seems to hold the opinion that the 'Will of the Force' is the opinion of said entity that whilst it should always be taken into consideration isn't necessarily the be all and end all of any argument. Doesn't seem to necessarily trust the force any more than he would any other entity with an agenda.
Droids & Technology - Seems to like these. When not training he is tinkering with some bit of technology or another.
Combat - Has a very pragmatic approach. His view point seems to be typified by the phrase 'if you ever find yourself in a fair fight something has gone badly wrong.'
Aliens - Doesn't seem to have a bias against them.
Jedi - Seems to dislike them on principle rather than for any personal reason.

Naijix Thoughts
Sindor - Likes him, think he is a trusty partner, a brother in arms if not better. Only realy close friend, ally he has. Like to train with him as they can push each other forward.
Zara - Unsure on how to approach her, tough tends to give a ''not caring about'' feeling. Can get easily irritated by her. Thinks she talk too much.
Zorto - Unsure why he was chosen by Vader, there must be a reason. Naijix has not so much interest in movies or holocron comics. He never really had the luxury to enjoy them and so hasn't develop any interest in them. They take away training time.
Wray - He is an officer, got a ship, perhaps. A due respect for him making it this far in the Empire, but is as much as he will get from him. Naijix believe that grade means nothing if youre useless. But Naijix know that Wray wouldn't have made it to the team if he wasn't good enough. He just won't tell it outloud.
Others
Vader - As the greatest respect for his master and follow his will. It is not unknown that Naijix consider him in the top priority of his life.
Jedi - Hates them...like...a lot...enough said.

Wray and what may have been gleaned. Stole format from Janus
Team mates- in general believes they need discipline and guidance
Naijix - Powerful Warrior, Prideful in his abilities, the fact that he is not human is the reason he cannot be trusted.
Zara - She's Crazy, not to be fully trusted.
Zorto - Amusing... also a good warrior, unlike most hutts he's a Mandalorian Wray has shown interest in how this came to be.
Sindor - Human good, warrior good, Few dislikes but they seem to but heads.
Vader - Wray may have shown disdain in his famous choking but respects vader to no end, He is quite confused why he was wanted on the team if not for his ship and crew sure hes a great pilot but they are doing more that here. and he wasn't put in charge.
The Force - Refers to it as magic some type of sorcery and knows little about besides vaders cryptic explainations
Droids & Technology - keen on them. Technology is awesome!!!!
Combat - Enjoys large scale engagements the most and flying in the midst of those the best.
Aliens - untrusting towards

Zorto's thoughts on his teammates.
Wray: A military man, and a kindred spirit of sorts. Zorto respects him for his authority, and skills as an officer.
The Others: Views them as strong enough due to using the Force, about on par with the Jedi of the past era. Otherwise he's mostly too focused on his hobbies to know much else about any of them personally.
Vader: He's pretty much terrified of the guy, and follows his orders out of a mix of fear and respect.
Jabba: A distant cousin. Zorto pretty much loves the guy like an older brother.
Boba Fett: F***! This! Guy!
Droids: Loves them. So cool like all the robots in his comics.
Aliens: Well he is an alien so he likes them well enough.

Zara's perspective:
The Team Sindor - He's human, he's arrogant and uptight. Arrogant is cool, uptight is borring. Well, he sure 's gonne be useful as he was "competent enough" to get chosen for the team. ..
Naijix - Somehow more approachable then Sindor. He's an alien, and a funky (strange) one at that. He's usefull and less uptight then Sindor, but she doesn't really get him. Maybe like a younger Brother to her that she never got to know ?
Zorto - Awesome. He's squishy, he's nerdy, he's tough AND strong. He has odd interests no one around him really seems to share, which is awesome. Only downside is he's so focused on his hobbies. Zara's increadibly jealous of him having "aquired" such an awesome and sexy pilot chick for his ride. Also, as practical as him having his own ship is, it also means less chance for her to have him on board of her own. Which is sad. So, maybe like a bigger brother that's already kicked some serious ass in the galaxy ?
Wray - Funny guy, even if he doesn't know it. He's a human supremacist, which is awesome. He's a great pilot, which is.. wasted on an officer ? Strangely HIS arrogance she doesn't like much. So like a brother in law, who is married to that "black sheep" a*hole sister of her that no one likes ? At least that's how "close" he feels to her. Skin cancer would be more fun to carrie around. However he got a pretty big ship, lots of "disposable" troops at his disposal, and a sexy bridge assistant. Which again for her is a reason for unvoiced envy. Why does a Vice Admiral fly around in a "Super Tie" ? Doesn't make sense. Well, he can boss around the Imps when that'd be needed.
Others
The Emperor - He's old, he's evil, he's awesome. Having the galaxy believe he's just a successful politician while at the same time some "dark Lord" ? Utter respect for that. Sadly that old man isn't as impressed with her then she was with him. She GOT to prove him otherwise. Hopefully he's just shy. Just why does he value so many people higher then her ? That's something she needs to change over the course of the next few years. Also, he is a fun "gaming competition" in this "corporate warfare" game she's playing. He GOT to be playing it right ? Just too damn got at hiding to get noticed.
Lord Vader - Full of Anger and a whole bunch of other negative emotions. Constant threat of dying in his proximity. "dark emotions" are fine, but this one seems to channel them in an unhealthy way. And that comes from someone with a crew with plenty of masochists, so she knows what she's talking about. Seems to be a little short on the attention span. + that short fuse ? Only reason for him to be in that position he is in is his sheer amount of power. But that IS a pretty damn good reason. Better having him between the enemies and oneself, must be what the emperor felt as well. There's GOT to be more to him then meets the eye, but it'd be .. unhealthy to ask. Anyone who stands up to him, or dares to ask him any questions deserves her utter respect. The Emperor bossing him around ? Priceless !
Thorn - A non human "more human then human" elitist, and therefore highly deserving of her respect. A brilliant strategist and in many ways the opposite to Vader. Only reason he's not higher in the chain of command is that he's not "realy" human. Which SHOULD be something he'll hopefully (fully) overcome. Does he have an inferiority complex ? Doesn't seem to be "gifted" in the force, so again something that in the end.. cements his possision as "puppet" to the true puppet master (the emperor).
The Rebellion - Respect for managing to destroy that Death Star, but in the end they're just juvenile delinquents. Not willing to actually get to work "inside" the system, and rambling around the "injustice". Grow up kids, and open your eyes ! Or die, crying and flailing like the kids you are. Problem is that angry kids are quite good at causing havoc and destruction. Instead of desperately trying to "teach them a lesson" and "chatch 'em alive" they should be rooted out and "reeducated".
The Black Sun and other Criminal Groups - Great opportunities there. Not always a safe bet for a trading partner, but they take the "risky way" to profit. And the "risky way" is usually both more fun and better payed. Sadly some of those loose sight of the "real game" and cloud their eyes with "idealism" joining or cooperating with the rebellion. For those you can only hope they notice their mistake in time. Others put themselves in their very top of the food chain. As long as those delusions don't conflict with her own all is cool, but when they do.. things get nasty.
The Mad Rancor and it's crew - Basically .. like her kids. Running around, without a care in the world. Trying to find their niche in the world. They're cute in a way like that, but also .. lacking in ambition and focus. At some point they'll grow out of it and leave the warm cozy nest. Hopefully on good terms with her and the rest of the "family". Till then, let them have fun and allow them to contribute a little. That way they'll have earned themself a nice starting package once they are ready to leave.
The Empire - Big, Prideful and Arrogant. In short, why live anywhere else ? Yeah, they got their faults, but they are basicly your own. Instead of "complaining" about them, learn to live with them or correct them. Plenty of "good" that comes with it. The "corruption" is Zara's favourite boon of the empire, the "legal" obsession the biggest flaw. Thankfully with enough "power" you can get your way, and laws are always handy to oppress the masses.
