ASSAULT ON GALACTUS! At the fortress called Doombase, Hawkeye, Human Torch, Spider-Man and Deadpool return to their large unique flying device (Difficulty to Operate: 3, Resistance to Operate: 3, Defense Modifier: 6, Vehicle Damage: 70, Maneuver Modifier: 8, Speed: 5, Weight: 9, Weapons: None) with the captive Lizard because Galactus has begun to devour the planet! We need to persuade, stop, interfere with or otherwise pummel Galactus into stopping what he's doing.. .and the last time I checked none of us could make a dent in his hide! "Oh god we need to get out of here" Hawkeye said getting into the ship. He puts his bow on his back for the moment. He dose have some flying experience but not sure if he can fly this ship

Deadpool answers Spider-Man as he rushes to get on-board the alien aircraft. "It's from some sort of super-science sewing machine that creates any duds you can imagine. Guessed I could use a little makeover. Maybe look like you Spidey...only cooler!"The Human Torch takes off into a sky that soon gathers menacing storm clouds! Hawkeye may need to help co-pilot the craft through tornado-force winds. Hawkeye Health: 3/3

OOC Johnny figures the best way forward is to ask Reeds' advice. Not quite sure Mr Stretchy Pants can cook up an 'ultimate nullifier' in time to save us though... (From FF#50) When he gets chance (back at the base?) he'll seek reed out.

Clint said aloud as he was helping to get the ship going for support. "Its a long shot but hey if it means we keep earth around, Its at least worth that right?" Hawkeye added throwing a hail Mary of ideas

HUMAN TORCH
Johnny thinks about that for a moment. Then he thinks about all of his friends, family, everyone on Earth who loved and cared for them. All those people on Earth who relied on those heroes present to keep them safe, and all those in future whose lives may be affected by their absence. He even thought of the villains. Someone must care whether they lived or died. And of course the natives of this planet... they deserved to live.
"Hawkeye... you've got a point. It's worth a try... Get back to the base, tell the others we need a group effort if this doesn't work!" he exclaimed.
"FLAME ON!"
He bursts into flames, then takes off, hovering in the air. "Spidey, Hawk... tell the others... Reed, Sue, Ben... well... let's see what happens."
With that the Human Torch flies off at top speed towards galactus, intending to petition the cosmic giant for the lives of everyone on this planet in exchange for his own, to serve as the space going herald that the Giant needed to find other, lifeless, worlds to devour and thus sate his hunger!
ACTIONS
Fly at top speed towards Galactus. When he gets there he will sign write in the sky 'GALACTUS! I, the HUMAN TORCH, will serve you as Herald IF YOU SPARE THIS WORLD!'

When the Human Torch steps away from the pilot's seat to flame on... Everyone on-board is thrown from their seats. (The aliens who built this plane never gave it safety belts.) Unless the heroes act fast they are going to crash-land! Hawkeye Health: 3/3

"Typical! I step away from the controls and you clowns try n trash the ship!" shouts the Torch as he lunges for the controls once more to take control of the crashing ship. "Though... I don't think that was us! felt like... like we have been hit by something!"
ACTIONS
Attempt to land the craft as safe as possible!
3 Stones into Vehicles to try to bring 'er down in one piece! He'll 'flame off' while doing so in order not to fry the controls and the ships innards!

Ranged combat 4? to web shoot anything dangerous I.E. Holes, Electrical wires, etc.
General knowledge: 5 to help to guide the ship.

"Hey to be fair it was an idea, I didn't say volunteer yourself willingly now did I web head. Besides It is what I call a hail mary idea since were pretty much up a creek, no paddle, and were going off a waterfall. Trying to be more helpful then you are web head!" Clint replied trying to get the ship to land without doing anymore damage to it then whatever did hit them is making them crash!
(2 stone in skymobile to get it ethier under control or prevent a crash landing)

Johnny activates the auto-stabilizers and Clint the retros, but Peter knows they are too low! So Spider-Man uses his webbing to brace the ship for crash landing! It's Colossus! He buffered their landing! But it looks like he aggravated his injuries in the process! Meanwhile, atop a nearby mountain, Galactus's machine is sending out power-tendrils to rip the planet apart before reducing it to basic bio-spheric energy! One of the tendrils nicked the heroes' ship and now they only have seconds before the world-burn starts! Hawkeye Health: 3/3

I could go nova, try to blast the ground away so big G has nothing to stand on... Or... I don't think I can hurt him but... maybe target his machines... guys... I'm reaching here!"

Fly over (3 stones) to where Galactus is and (next round) absorb heat/fire from the process Galactus is using to try and slow/nullify his world gobbling exploits.
