NEW ACTIONS
Ramen Kenpo: AN
(Int.bonus)
-A sort of mix between a martial art, Noodle mastery and cooking skill, Ramen Kenpo allows its user to instantly cook noodles without any cooking utensils provided they have access to flour, some form of water, and heat; and then fight using said noodles in various manners. Its abilities include the following:

-A sort of mix between a martial art, Noodle mastery and cooking skill, Ramen Kenpo allows its user to instantly cook noodles without any cooking utensils provided they have access to flour, some form of water, and heat; and then fight using said noodles in various manners. Its abilities include the following:
- Instant Noodles (Stones VS Resistance to make and cook noodles without any need for cooking utensils and instruments. Requires flour, access to water in some form, and heat/fire. Alternately, a user might be able to circumvent such requirements using other abilities, at GM's discretion. NOTE: Despite the name of the Action, any type of noodles may be created as long as the ingredients are available. For example, cheese or meat tortellini could be made, if the user also has access to cheese or meat on top of the other requirements.)
- Noodles Control (As Mastery of Noodles, Manipulate, Requires physical contact with the noodles to use)
- Noodle Beam (As Force Blast, 2x damage, Normal or Stun damage; Requires noodles to use. The user hardens and sharpens noodles and fires them at their target.)
- Ramen Kenpo Ogi (Stones VS Effect up to AN, and Duration in panels; where Effect acts as Ablative Force Field at Stones played, up to 2x AN at maximum, add Half AN, rounded up to Strength, and add a Stones played up to AN effect which causes people either striking the user or is hit with a noodle attack to be caught between the noodles, making them vulnerable and less able to dodge until they either free themselves or are freed. Requires a large amount of noodles to use. This technique effectively allows the user to craft themselves a large noodle armor which makes them stronger and much harder to take down.)
- Senmen Muchi (As Tendril Whip w/Wpn.modifier, Range 2. Requires Ramen Kenpo Ogi to be active to use.)
Fighting King: 10
-Efficient
-May combine with Close Combat, but only with Punching attacks/weapons
-Light Version: King Punch: Adds the stones normally, but the attack becomes AP and Automatically causes Collateral Damage. Requires one panel to charge.
-King Punch: As Light Version: King Punch, but must 'accumulate' for a whole hour (which will add five times this action's AN to the attack rather than the normal stones), making it 3x damage, AP (Ignores 3 Toughness even when No AP), Area attack, Causes Massive collateral damage. If interrupted before the end of the hour, the punch can still be thrown, but its effects will be of a simple Lesser King Punch, making it far weaker. Once charged, the King Punch can be 'held' for up to AN minutes before it is launched. This attack is said to be able to overpower a Yonko if successfully launched.
-Lightning-fast Punches (This action makes the user's punches very fast, making her use this action's AN as Initiative as opposed to her Agility.

Haki: 6
-As Iron Will
-Accumulate Energy as M.o.M
-Kenbunshoku Haki (Allows to use as Sense Power/Sonar Sense at AN and as an action rather than a modifier; often combined with another action to dodge attacks more efficiently. At GM's call, this may also work as Precognitive Flashes warning the owner of danger, sometimes; especially if there is a strong killing intent directed at the user)
-Busoshoku Haki (This Haki has many uses. First, it can be used to project one's own energy and will in the form of a semi-visible, pure Haki blast, acting as a Range attack at a range of Half this action's AN rounded up (or 4 in this case). It grants no Wpn.modifier to the attack, but as normal, the user can combine stones fro mthis action with Ranged Combat as per the normal Iron Will rules. May also be used as Skintight Force Field (Defensive stones are doubled) all by itself, and/or to add to physical/Devil fruit/weapon attacks, causing said attacks to deal considerably more damage than they should (2x damage. If attack already was 2x damage, add +3 to the attack instead). Finally, may overcome a body altering Devil Fruit user's normal defenses/invulnerabilities, such as the intangible body of Logia fruit users. Attacking with a Busoshoku Haki attack against such a foe with a lower Haki AN (or no Haki whatsoever) means the victim takes the damage normally (if it would have done any in the first place, of course), and cannot recover from it instantly, rather having to heal as though their Instant Healing Factor was just a regular Healing Factor instead.)
-Haoshoku Haki (Works as Mental Bolt and Improved Fear, with Intelligence bonus, and the following options: Area Effect of half this action's AN, rounded up (in this case 4), which may be increased by spending stones; May spare specific targets within the area (up to 1/AN); Deals 2x damage for Mental Bolt effect. Victims of Haoshuku Haki frequently report feeling shivers going down their spines for a while afterwards, but this feeling eventually stops with time. At GM's call, a Haki user with this option may develop other 'options' when using this, which could make this person very dangerous by itself.)
-As Iron Will
-Accumulate Energy as M.o.M

At GM's call, a Haki user with this option may develop other 'options' when using this, which could make this person very dangerous by itself.)
Giro Giro no Mi: 9
(Int.bonus; only to Read Minds and to use Eye Whale technique)
-Efficient
-Insightful Stare (Can use this action to duplicate the Effects of Enhanced Vision at stones played (See in Darkness, Phased Objects, Microscopic, Telescopic, X-Ray vision (not blocked by materials such as lead), See auras and magical forces, See energy patterns and forces, See through lies))
-Peeping Mind (Allows user to make use of this action like Telepathy's options Read Minds, Empathy, Psychometry, and Read memories by touching subject.)
-Hot Iron Tear: Eye Whale (Makes this action usable as Force Blast, Range 4, 2x damage, Area effect, Automatically causes collateral damage; as the user transforms several of her tears into massive whales which she then unleashes against opponents in front of her.)
-Senringan (The user can project her sight in all directions, granting her 360 degrees-vision at a Range of 10. When active, this ability does not allow other actions, as it takes some serious mental acuity and focus to make sense of so much information. To utilize it as such, the user simply puts stones in this action to see what they want to see in the given range, and if it can be so detected (along with the regular Insightful stare bonuses), the GM tells her what she sees.)
-Repeated uses of Peeping Mind (more than once per five minutes) will cause -1 to all Mental Actions, up to -3, due to the disorientation and effort needed to do so
(Int.bonus; only to Read Minds and to use Eye Whale technique)

Buki Buki no Mi: 9
(Int.bonus)
-Efficient
-Buki-morphose (Allows user to transform any part of their body, a larger part of it, or their whole body - in which case they must be used by someone else - into most any type of weapon, or weapons, they can think of or imagine. Basically, the user pays for the Weapon modifier, its Advantages (1 stone per +1 to CL), and any special effects the weapon might have by spending 1 stone per creation stone for it (exemple: A weapon with special lenses which grant Enhanced Vision 3 (Infrared & See in darkness) would cost 2 more Energy to create). The weapon form costs 1 stone less per -1 Disadvantage added to the weapon form, if any. Usually, the user must transform a hand or a foot at the very least, but sometimes, only finger-sized parts are necessary depending on the weapon.)
-Automatic bonuses (If transforming into any time of firearms, 2x damage is added for free. If transformed into an explosive, it gains Area 2 for free and must be increased by paying 1 stone for each +2. If transformed into a flamethrower or similar weapon, it gains Area Effect for free. Finally, regardless of the type, if turned into a Ranged Combat, base Range is 3, increasing it costs 1 Energy per +1.)
-Larger Buki-Morph (Transforming a larger part of the body into a weapon than necessary - ex: a whole arm for a normally +1 kitchen knife - will produce a larger weapon, with a higher modifier. For example, using one arm when one hand would have sufficed will add +1 to the Weapon's mod. Using two arms for the same one-hand weapon would yield +2. The whole torso or lower body turned into a weapon supposed to be smaller will grant a +3 bonus, and turning entirely into a massive weapon will make it +4. NOTE: The wielder does not need to become a larger weapon. She can turn her whole body into a normal-sized sword if she so wants.)
-No need to pay stones to maintain this power, but of course, cannot use the morphed body part for other uses than its weapon-intended ones (for example, can't use a hand morphed into a gun to hold another object at the same time)
-If the user is destroyed due to the use of one of her weapon forms, such as blowing oneself up as a bomb, the user can Reconstitute Self Instantly to reform in no time at as much Health and Energy she would normally have at that point had she not blown herself up. However, this effect does not work for the user if not transformed or partially transformed.

Goro Goro no Mi: 9
(Int.bonus)
-As Mastery of Electricity; acquired from copying Enel with the Devil Eye
-Efficient
-Create/Manipulate (including creating massive Storm Clouds)
-Immune to Effects
-Transform into Element (As Metamorphosis; Needs not maintain. Technically, body is made of electricity, but this reflects her ability to manipulate and alter it to suit her needs.)
-Force Blast (Adds half this action's AN, rounded up, as a Wpn.modifier to Ranged Combat, with any of the following advantages: 2x damage, AP, Normal and/or Stun Damage, Atk VS Durability Against machines/robots, Area Effect of 5 (May increase to up to twice that much with stones), either around impact or basic)
-May combine with Close/Ranged Combat
-Accumulate Energy for greater Effect (May accumulate for one panel prior unleashing a much more powerful effect afterwards. If it's a blast, must accumulate Ranged Combat instead.)
-Regenerates 3 more stones if in contact with a source of electrical energy (cannot be her own)
-Intangibility (As Free Force field; for every stone played in this action, gains 1 stone of free defense up to the AN. May also use to Phase shift at an AN equal to 1/3 this action's, rounded up (in this case, 3). NOTE: This additional defense is negated, as is any defense from putting stones in this action, if one attacks Jessie with the powers of the Gomu Gomu no Mi.)
-Melt and manipulate conductive materials such as Gold
-Sense Electrical sound waves (As Enhanced Vision 7, with "Sense Electrical Sound Waves" option, and Sonar Sense at AN)
-Lightning Beasts (As Summoning; all summons are made of/able to use and manipulate electricity, all summons are loyal to summoner automatically. Must pay stones equal to the beast Durability's per panel to maintain.)
-Lightning Flight (Allows to use this action's as Flight by turning one into pure lightning. Cost is the same as the Flight action, but it must be used at AN speed; slow lightning bolts do not exist.)
-Grants Electrification at AN -1
-All attacks, effects and powers of this action are useless against a user of the Gomu Gomu no Mi, except for heating up a metallic weapon.
Lightning Human
-Work as Instant Healing Factor, and Instant Reconstitute Self under most circumstances. The Goro Goro no Mi user is technically unkillable, except under specific circumstances, such as being defeated by a more powerful wielder of Busoshoku Haki than themselves (if they even have it), being defeated by the Gomu Gomu no Mi user, and possibly others, GM's call.
Electrification: 8
-Part of Goro Goro no Mi's powers

Electrification: 8
-Part of Goro Goro no Mi's powers
Baku Baku no Mi: 10
(Dur.bonus)
-Acquired from copying Wapol with my Devil Eye
-Efficient
-Eat anything: Allows user to eat any matter or drink any liquid, edible or not, including metals, blades, explosives, poison, etc; except Seastone and energy; without any ill effect or harm to their body. Other possible exceptions might exist; GM's call. Usually, user puts stones in Area and/or weight to eat objects, or VS defense to eat creatures and beings (at which point, said creatures can either be unharmed but swallowed, or swallowed and hurt in the process, losing 1w of Health in the process, and being trapped in the user's seemingly endless stomach until 24 hours pass [in which case what happens depends on the GM], until the user spits them out, or until the user is knocked out, in which case the trapped victims are spat out by reflex). On a side note, this can also be used to help others, as individuals inside the user's stomach cannot be harmed physically until they are back out. So one could 'eat' allies to protect them from an incoming attack, and let them out the panel after, for example.) As a rule, after 24 hours, items still in stomach are 'digested' and disappear.
-Manipulate Food: Once something was eaten, the user may alter it within reasonable limits while inside their stomach. For example, if the user ate a bicycle, they could spit it out piece by piece, whole, or mounted differently. User could eat a bronze statue and spit out a handful of bronze bars. Etc.
-Hammerspace: Allows use as Hammerspace at AN; user merely eats something and spits it out later to retrieve it. As Wapol seemed to be able to eat endlessly, the user is possibly capable of digesting materials before 24 hours passed if necessary to make space for more.
-Baku Baku Shock: After eating materials or objects, the user can manifest those objects from their body somehow, which works as a Metamorphosis of sorts (needs not maintain, could last for up to 24 hours, must eat appropriate materials first to achieve certain effects). The GM has the final call on what can and can't be done, but might be lenient on what can be done for simplicity's sake... or not. Once a transformation has been made, one does not need to pay the whole cost again plus the additional change, just pay the stones for the additional transformation, as long as the final value of all changes do not exceed the action's Maximum.
-Baku Baku Factory: This ability is actually one of the Baku Baku no Mi's most useful abilities. It allows the user to 'merge' two or more items they ate together for a new result. The merge could be done between two creatures (or people), one creature and an object (say, a man and a cannon to make a man with an armcannon), two objects (a chainsaw and a bicycle = a bicycle with chainsaw wheels), two materials (cloth and steel = cloth as tough as steel, but as soft as cloth), etc. If the change involves a living being, the change is usually temporary, and the 'fusion' will end within 24 hours, unless something very weird happens. In most of those cases, the results are either based on a GM's call, or the player spends the stones in this action, chooses the 'base' item, and adds stones of changes equal to stones played (as per Metamorphosis, with a Duration of 24 hours or until a renewed use of this power allows the user to separate them), with changes that make some sense based on the 'secondary' item. Same for living beings. If the items are objects or materials, then the changes are permanent and do not return to normal after 24 hours. This, for example, led to the creation of a shape-memory alloy that can be restored to its preconfigured states, called "Wapometal".
-Body Eating Adjustment: While this is technically a very strange use of the Baku Baku Shock and works essentially in the same way, it is worth mentioning on its own. The user is able to eat oneself until only one's mouth remains, alter their form by manipulating what they ate, and then pop out and reveal themselves in their alternate form. This allows the user to use the aforementioned ability also as Metamorphosis, but only at Durability (no base AN) under the same rules, but they can change their abilities/actions/modifier according to changes not related to external eatings, as opposed to simple adjustments of the body (making oneself taller, thinner, more muscular, beautiful, ugly, etc). Used in that way allows the use of Metamorphosis as per Baku Baku shock without eating anything but one's own body, allows only for mostly natural changes with a rational explanation, and still count against Baku Baku shock's limit of stones. This allows the user to use their own body as base for "Baku Baku factory" if they so wish.
-"Chewy" food like rubber are harder to eat, and impose a -3 sitmod on the action's uses.

GOMU GOMU NO MI
CHANGES TO ABILITIES
+1 to Strength and Agility
+2 to Durability
Stretching: 9
-Efficient
-Does not lose Strength when Stretching
-Can combine with Close/Ranged Combat
Stretch-Slinging: 5
(Agl.bonus)
-As Web-Slinging, using the Gomu Gomu no Mi's abilities to 'slingshot' herself across vast distances with just a bit of stretching and areas to stretch around
Gear Second: 6
-As Metamorphosis; may increase either Speed or Reflexive Dodge; Transformation occurs in the same panel
-Allows Dragonite to use her additional Speed (not the total Speed, only the AN added by Gear Second) to add to her Close Combat
-Need not Spend stones to effect, but will cause a -1 to all Actions per two stones of Effect, for a duration of 1 panel/panel of use up to AN.
-If Dragonite exceeds the AN in panels of use, she will literally fall and become helpless, hardly even able to move due to the stress put on her body, until she gets at least an hour of rest
Gear Third: 7
-As Growth
-Only increase Strength (for one of the limbs or the head, and only for the body part so used) or Durability (if the Torso is increased in size), not both
-All Physical Attacks with the increased size body part are Area Effect 4 (area can be increased with stones by spending some in this action Specifically for this.
-May only increase the size of one body part; the head, torso, one of her arms, one of her legs...
-Limited duration (Cost 1 stone to maintain on the first panel, 2 on the second, three on the third... etc. Cannot maintain beyond the ANth panel.)
-Exhaustion: The moment Dragonite drops her Gear Third, she will be exhausted and take -2 to all Abilities AND actions for a Duration of AN panels + 1 per Stone spent in the action's Effect. She turns to a Chibi version of herself for that Duration.
Gear Fourth: 8
-As Metamorphosis (to increase Speed or Ref.Dodge), defensive Busoshoku Haki (Can also use the offensive one at the same time) and Growth (Whole body increases in size, with full effects of Growth, but largest actual size is half AN meters tall, rounded up), all at once
-Allows Dragonite to use her additional Speed (not the total Speed, only the AN added by Gear Fourth) to add to her Close Combat
-All Physical Attacks are Area effect 2, but their effective Range when higher than melee is halved, rounded up.
-Need not Spend stones to maintain but will cause a -1 to all Actions per two stones of Effect, for a duration of 1 panel/panel of use up to AN.
-If Dragonite exceeds the AN in panels of use, she will literally fall and become helpless, hardly even able to move due to the stress put on her body, until she gets at least an hour of rest. She also can't use Haki at all for 10 minutes/20 panels. If she uses it again in the same 6 hours after recovering, at the end of the effect she will fall unconscious for 3 days.
-Must use in conjunction with Busoshoku Haki
-Can't stand on the ground while in use, instead constantly bounces as per Leaping +6 at the very least; Also capable of Flight at half AN while in use
Toughness +5
-No 2x damage
-Lowered by 2 VS Slashing/Piercing/Energy attacks, unless normal Toughness already exceeds 5
+1 to Ref.Dodge
Flexible Skeleton +4
Immune to Electricity

-As Telekinesis; May lift a weight of 2x stones played even beyond AN, May also affect liquids/landscape/sand/snow and whatnot, Must touch levitated objects once first; More precise manipulation is also possible, such as breaking a levitated object apart and manipulating its pieces for various purposes.
-Can be maintained at no effort from the user, allowing even massive objects to remain in the air for as long as the user pleases, regardless of Range
-Usable as Flight at 2/3 AN, rounded up
-Area effect up to AN in terms of how much landscape, water and the like at once the user can move around
-Cannot levitate living beings except oneself
-If user forcibly loses consciousness, all objects under this power which are still in the air will resume being affected by gravity and fall

-Super-Efficient
-A very powerful, versatile and deadly Paramecia Devil fruit allowing its user to freely interact with and manipulate souls, steal their owners' lifespans, infuse objects and animals with soul fragments to transform them into living beings called 'Homies', manifest the user's own soul fragments as 'Incarnations', and create special Homies from parts of the user's own soul thus providing them with great powers and making them ideal servants.
-Soul Grasp (Atk VS Durability to grab a person's soul to have it in hand. This initial 'attack' deals no damage whatsoever, but it allows the user to use the following option of this Devil Fruit power.)
-Steal Lifespan (Once Layla has gotten her hands on a soul, it is a very simple matter for her to steal away their lifespan to add it to her own, either just a little or all of it. Every stone played steals away from one second to 10 years of lifespan from the victim and adds it to the user. If the user steals more years than the victim had left, the victim will, as expected, die. There is no normal defense against this once she has the soul in hand, except as noted further below. That being said, the extraction of lifespan itself is not painful to the victim.)
-Soul Infusion (Infusing soul fragments worth about one month of lifespan of the user's into an object or an animal will transform them into a 'Homie', providing the recipients human-like intelligence, with formerly inanimate objects gaining life, the aforementioned intelligence and the ability to move. While objects usually only manifest a 'face' as the only apparent change aside from their ability to move and talk, animals will have their physique affected to varying degrees, such as being able to stand up and walk on two legs like humans. As she is using other people's soul fragments to create basic homies, she doesn't get as much say in their capabilities, so this functions similar to Summoning/Animate objects (Permanent, Summoned beings are automatically loyal to summoner, Requires target object/animal to transform into Homie) in terms of altering their abilities, though she can't give them superpowers, although they might have some anyway depending on what object/creature she uses to turn into a Homie (magical items, robots, Pokémon, etc). There seems to be no limit to the size of the target as well, as she has turned entire houses into Homies. NOTE: This power is also usable on meteorological phenomenon/sources of elemental energy, like a storm cloud, a sun, fire or a rainbow. In those cases, Big Mom only needs to be in the general area affected by the weather as opposed to next to it.)
-Special Homies Creation (The user may decide to infuse a given Homie with a piece of her own soul, allowing her to make much more powerful Homies and have a more direct say in how they turn out, even providing them with powers they might normally not have (such as Napoleon being able to sense intruders, and to turn into a huge sword). In this case, Big Mom downright receives 15 stones per stone played, added to stones from Challenges (including a -3; Loyal to Big Mom challenge, and a -3; takes 2x damage from Yomi Yomi no Mi user's attacks), to build a CAD for the special Homie, giving it pretty much any actions and modifiers she can afford to give it, although its base appearance will depend on what it was created out of. The only disadvantage to using this is that using a fragment of Big Mom's own soul leaves her fatigued for about a day (-2 to all Actions for 24 hours, and she can't create another one until she recovers).)
-Incarnations (In addition to the previously mentioned powers, the Soru Soru no Mi also allows the user to manifest fragments of their own soul into living fragments called Incarnations, which essentially look like human-sized, sark, somewhat humanoid blob possessing limited sentience, enough intelligence to be capable of human speech and understand basic orders. Unlike normal souls, they are visible to normal people, but are as intangible as any other soul (constantly phase shifted). They don't really have a body, so they don't really need physical abilities, although they move at Speed 2 and can use the Soru Soru no Mi action like their mistress at AN 10 with Int 3, usually only to collect the payment of their lifespan for the right to live on Big Mom's territory.)
-Weaknesses (Soul fragments can't be infused into another human or a corpse; the target of a Steal Lifespan attempt muse be at least a little afraid of either Big Mom herself, or of death, otherwise Big Mom can't steal their lifespan. Regular Homies will die if they experience extreme fear, and they can't attack something infused with a fragment of the user's soul, like a Special Homie. Finally, the Yomi Yomi no Mi is somewhat capable of countering some of the Soru Soru no Mi's effects, including its user being immune to lifespan stealing, able to exude the energies of their own soul to overpower and cause regular Homies to faint (but not Special Homies which are immune to it), and able to harm Special Homies when all else seems to fail.)
Enhanced Senses +5

Soul Reading
-Part of the Soru Soru no Mi's powers. Allows the user to automatically know how many years a person whose soul she is holding has left in their lifespan, thus allowing her to know how much she can steal before she kills them... or how much to steal to kill them. She could also use this ability if only to inform a person of how many years they have left, and then give their soul back to them harmlessly if she so chose.
-If a person is dead, she will not sense a lifespan at all, and if a person is immortal, she will sense it as well.

Hana Hana no Mi: 10
(Int.bonus)
-Efficient (Only when using gestures, like crossing one's arms, to help focus; otherwise normal)
-Allows user to sprout multiple body parts on any surface - except seastone - including the user's own body, other beings' bodies, and other sprouted body parts, for multiple effects and uses, namely the combined strength of many limbs at once without more effort from the user other than controlling this power, the surprise effect of a foe being attacked by limbs growing out of nowhere, and the ability to spy, listen and speak from afar with use. All body parts are fully functional as the user's original ones, can feel and experience things the same way the user can, and can feel pain the exact same way. Literally 'any' body part can be duplicated. When parts are sprouted, peach blossoms' petals are created and flown about for some unknown reason.
-Sprout Body Parts: Sprouting body parts can be done in an Area of Range 6 anywhere around her. For each stone spent in this action for whatever use, up to 100 body parts will sprout per stone spent, up to AN. Of course, the user can sprout fewer parts than this if she desires to.
-Combined Strength: If the user creates limbs, either arms or legs, to perform certain actions, using twice as many will increase the effective Strength by 1 at no additional cost in strength to the user, as each individual limb is still putting out her usual effort. So if she uses 8 arms to do an action she would normally perform with two, she gains a +2 bonus to her Strength.
-Body Constructs: As Create/Manipulate, but restricted to 'objects' or shapes which can be formed with body parts. For example, the user could create a swinging 'rope' with arms, or create a 'cape' made out of hands. Creepy, but often useful.
-Mass-Multitasking: The Hana Hana no Mi user can perform this action's AN+Intelligence different attacks/uses of any action normally performable with her additional body parts active per panel of use, or an Area attack of full Range 6 Area of effect against all hostiles and ignoring allies, with the ability to combine this action with attacks as normal. This makes the user capable of performing MANY things at once, making them very handy.
-Arms Grappling: Dozens of arms sprouting from one's body and immobilizing them is fairly impossible to dodge or defend against. As such, the user will make a grappling attack with the Combined Strength of her arms, against the Strength+Toughness of the target. Success means the enemy is immobilized.
-Surprise effect: As it is technically impossible to predict where the user's body parts are going to sprout or what they're going to do, it is nearly impossible to defend against it unless the victim can read her thoughts, sense her power's effects before they happen or through some other means. The exact effects are left to the GM, but at the very least, Reflexive Dodge does not apply, this action's AN is used for initiative as far as actions performed with it are concerned, and many standard actions can't be used for defense against it (GM's call).
-# Mano: By combining 100 arms or legs, the user create huge versions of either. Doing this adds half this action's AN in Strength, rounded up, in addition to the 'Combined Strength' bonuses. It makes attacks with them Area attacks, and 2x damage.
-Gigantesco Mano: By combining 1000 arms or legs, the user creates two gigantic versions of either. Doing this adds +AN to the resulting limbs' strength, in addition to the usual 'Combined Strength' bonuses, and can perform much larger actions, according to having two huge limbs doing the job. If appropriate, it makes attacks with them Area Attacks, and 3x damage.
-Wings: By forming at least 100 arms in such a position, the user can make herself 'wings' made of arms which allow her to fly at half AN speed, for 1/3 AN panels, rounded up.
-Can combine with Close and Ranged Combat
-Cuerpo Fleur (By spending 10 stones in this action, the user creates a perfect clone of herself with this power, complete with clothing. 1 stone to maintain per panel.)
-Immediate Surroundings Sense: The user does not need to necessarily see her additional body parts to use them effectively, as they seem to be able to react to their immediate surroundings - 1' per AN - without visual support. More than that and she would do well to sprout some eyes out.

Nikyu Nikyu no Mi: 9
(Int.bonus)
Deflection: 8
-As Force Field, Also works against Energy and Mental, Defensive stones are doubled, may defend only against up to three foes at once. If both hands are used for this, defends against all directions. Must be aware of a foe's presence to defend against that foe's attacks.
(Int.bonus)
- Pressure: Works as Telekinesis (2x damage, Ignores Hardness of objects the victim/target passes through up to AN; read further), with the Intelligence bonus and a Wpn.modifier; Special Range of Stones played, up to AN, or lower if user so wishes (In order to move objects, must actually almost touch them with one's palm(s) rather than move them from a distance. The "range" actually refers to the distance the 'pressured object' can travel in a single panel) The most basic use of this Devil Fruit, its user applies a hand onto an object, projecting it with a very powerful force at an amazing range. The user decides whether to use this as an attack (in which case, anything the victim/target will crash into will take damage as mentioned above... but not the victim/target itself!) or to simply move something away/towards something else (in which case the object is protected by this power, as is its surroundings when it lands, thanks to a force bubble in the form of a paw. Works as a Force Field of AN, also works VS Energy and Mental, defensive stones are doubled). Additionally, this technique includes a Duration of stones played, up to AN, which means how long a victim can travel before crashing/stopping (the duration can also be lessened as much as the Devil Fruit user wishes, of course). Finally, this technique can affect both tangible and intangible objects/beings, including, but not limited to, air, ghosts, and even feelings or pain (read further for the last two).
- Force Leap: Using the previous power with a small twist, users can project themselves in the same manner, traveling great distances in little time. Again, the stones played act as a Force Field (defensive stones are doubled), and the user travels a distance equal to stones played up to AN of Range on the DnR chart every panel, for a duration of Stones played, up to AN, or until they reach their destination.
- Air Pressure: By repelling the very air around them violently and at extreme speeds towards a target, users generate a blast of deadly air shattering almost anything in its path. This powerful attack is so devastating it leaves deep paw-like imprints in solid rock. It works as a Force Blast, with 2x damage, AP and Area Effect 1 (may be increased to 3 by spending stones). It is a Range 5 attack.
- Repel Feelings/Emotions: Act as Empathic Projection, but solely for the purpose of diminishing/disabling entirely an already present emotion/feeling. Cannot create feelings or emotions not already present, nor increase them. The user literally grabs a target, and using their hand, repels a given feeling or emotion away.
- Deflection: User gains "Deflection" (as Force Field, Also works against Energy and Mental, Defensive stones are doubled, may defend only against up to three foes at once. If both hands are used for this, defends against all directions. Must be aware of a foe's presence to defend against that foe's attacks.) at this action's AN -1 as a separate Action box. It rises by 1 AN every time this action improves by 1, although it cannot exceed this action's AN even by spending LoEs.
- Repel Pain: This particular use of this Fruit's power allows the user to repel the pain of a given person or being, thus healing them (as Mutant Healing at AN, may heal up to 2x AN white stones per day). That pain must then be transmitted to someone... acting as an Atk VS Durability equal to 3x the number of white stones healed, although the recipient of the pain must be within 10 ft times AN at most for the transfer to occur properly; failing which the pain returns to the initial victim. Note that if this ability was used to only restore Energy, then the pain (in this case' "exhaustion") will only cause Stun damage as well. Regardless of the success of this technique, though, although the healed person feels healthy and refreshed, the wounds are still apparent, and must fully heal normally with time.
- Pad Cannon: A stronger version of Air Pressure, this attacks is a Force Blast with an Inherent bonus of +5 dealing the same 2x damage and AP as normal, but an Area Effect line of range 7, 10' in width!
- Ursus Shock: A very powerful technique. Akin to Air Pressure and Pad Cannon, this technique combines Ranged Combat to this action, but first things first. In order to use, the Devil Fruit user must accumulate Energy in this action on the first panel, using both hands (and leaving them unable to defend using Deflection or other Nikyu Nikyu no Mi techniques). However, on the second panel (still accumulating), once the accumulation is complete, they combine those stones with a Ranged Combat action, adding all the accumulated stones, plus this action's AN as a Modifier, into a 2x damage, AP (Ignores 3 Toughness even if No AP), Area Effect of AN around point of impact, Range AN attack. This devastating power can lay waste to a whole city in a single blast... which, of course, looks like a gigantic paw when seen from the outside.
Deflection: 8
-As Force Field, Also works against Energy and Mental, Defensive stones are doubled, may defend only against up to three foes at once. If both hands are used for this, defends against all directions. Must be aware of a foe's presence to defend against that foe's attacks.
Horo Horo no Mi: 10
(Int.bonus)
-Efficient
-May be used as Fear
-Create/Manipulate Ghosts (All ghosts thus created can have various appearances, but usually look fairly simple. They are all immune to physical harm (treated as permanently phase-shifted), and are otherwise more considered as 'effects' than 'summoned creature'. Essentially, they can serve as the eyes, ears and mouth of the user, enabling their user to communicate, look and hear through them at a Range of up to AN, with a number of ghosts of up to AN as well. All such ghosts are Linked psychically to their creator, who gets the information from them instantly.
-Alternately, this action can be used as Telekinesis, as ghosts can be made semi-tangible at the user's desire; and they can then carry objects or touch things. The range works differently, though, as it is by contact with one of said Ghosts.
-Negative Ghosts (By paying for effect plus 1 stone per additional target beyond the first, the user creates Negative Ghosts, who can assault anyone within a base Range of half this action's AN (can be increased by stones up to AN), in an Attack against regular defense, but ignoring Toughness and Armor (the Ghost only needs to touch the victim). If it works, it immediately triggers an Attack of stones of Effect VS Intelligence. Success in this attack means the victim suffers heavy depression and negativism, becoming 'paralyzed from despair' for 1 panel/stone of 'damage' (it doesn't actually hurt, though), and suffering -1 to all actions/stone of damage afterwards, for 5 minutes/stone of damage. Some individuals, already very pessimistic and negative in nature, may be immune to this attack entirely, as per GM's call, but usually only if said character has a Challenge explicitly stating their negativism.)
-Mini-Hollows (Actually a misnomer, Mini-Hollows' size vary greatly. Those ghosts are actually mobile bombs which will seek out their target and explode, with their size indicating the power behind the incoming blast; the larger the Mini-Hollow, the deadlier the explosion. It functions as a Force Blast, dealing 2x damage, and Area Effect of an area of up to half this action's AN at most. The range is as far as the user's Ghosts can normally go, and the user does not need to actually see the targets herself, since her ghosts can 'see' in her stead.)
-Astral Form (This powerful effect functions as Astral Projection, with the following changes: The user merely pays for Duration (10 minutes/stone played) to create a Hollow form of themselves, basically acting like a Ghost. In this form, the user is immune to physical harm and can pass through walls (as though Phase shifted), can use all of her Ghost Mastery powers, and any of her mental/social actions and powers as long as a physical body isn't used. The Astral form cannot travel to a farther range than this action's AN in Area (but in the Range column on the D&R chart), but may move within said area at a Flight speed of up to AN, making her quite capable of very fast movement within small areas. Finally, the only way to harm the user in this state is to find her body (which is unconscious for the duration of this power) and attack it directly. The user must return to her body physically before she can begin defending herself.)
(Int.bonus)
Doku Doku no Mi: 10
(Int.bonus)
-Efficient
-As Mastery of Poison, with the poison having strong acidic qualities
-Create/Manipulate (May create most any type of poison/venom, with lots of different possible effects and results, including (but not restricted to) sleep, paralysis, enfeeblement, hallucinogenic effects, and of course, death. In most cases, the poisons are also very acidic and eat away at organic and inorganic matter with the same, deadly effectiveness. At user's choice, it is also possible to create a 'neutral' poison to only use the acidic qualities of this power.)
-Create Poison: The poisons' types can be many and varied, with various infection methods: by ingestion, mere contact (the usual), by injection or contact with bodily fluids, etc. It can also be of liquid or gaseous form. In effect, the created poison can have Effect stones of up to AN, and work as an Attack VS Durability; with free advantages of up to half this Action's AN rounded up. The user may pay for more advantages. NOTE: Even though the attack is an Attack VS Durability, it still must come in contact with the victim to work (usually via a Close or Ranged Combat attack with a poisoned weapon or body part, a direct Poison Blast (see below), breathing a poisoned cloud (created with the Area effect option), or hitting the user when their body is covered in poison. As for the effects, it is usually continuous damage (a +2 option; must be taken off the 'free advantages' as stated above), dealing 1 stone of damage/stone getting through defense (Durability, that is), for 1 panel/stone of damage, but a myriad of other effects are possible.
-Poison Blast: As an alternate way to attack, the user can also use the poison as a force blast, putting stones in this action to make a Normal Damage (unless if using Acidic, see below) blast... with the side effect of also causing the effects of the selected poison (as Create Poison, above) using the blast's stones minus 2. In effect, the user makes a Force blast attack equals to stones played (Normal damage), and any victim hit will suffer the attack of a poison made using the same amount of stones, minus 2, as per Create poison above. Certain advantages, such as Area attack, can also change the way the blast will affect victims, as usual. Normal range is 4.
-Acidic: All poisons created with this power, at user's discretion, can be acidic and burn through matter with deadly effect. If not meant as this as the main effect, it works as a separate attack of up to AN, 2x damage, AP/Ignores Hardness of objects, Automatically causes collateral damage; unless it is a gas, in which case the separate attack is only up to half this action's AN, rounded up. However, if the user fires a 'neutral' poison focusing only on the acidic effect, he can use this whole action as a direct acid effect, using the aforementioned advantages. Again, the initial poison's advantages may influence the resulting attack (Area attack, etc).
-Body of Poison (The user can coat his body in any poison he creates or uses via this power, giving him a unique Electrification-like power at AN which will affect anyone coming into physical contact with the user. It will even affect through clothes or normal armor due to the poison's acidic qualities if used as such. Even when coated so, user has enough control over this power to not affect objects and people they don't want to.)
-Mixed Poisons (Unless the user states differently, the poisons she affects others with are usually strong mixes of various poisons, and as such, coming up with an effective antidote is very difficult, if not impossible. As such, unless the user chooses not to make use of this advantage, any attempt at curing the poison through normal means (antidote, medicine, etc) will be faced with +2 in Difficulty and Resistance. Worse still, failing to provide a proper antidote in those cases usually causes chemical reactions with one or more of the various poisons used, resulting in 1 more stone of damage for the victim in the case of a failure.)
-Venom Road (Can actually be used as Flight at half AN rounded up in speed, by coating oneself in venom and then manipulating said venom to move around.)
-Doku Fugu (User can inflate their bodies with poison, rendering them surprisingly tough and resilient, in game terms acting like a skintight Force field at up to AN.)
-Poison Creatures (As summoning, but all 'summoned' creatures are simply created via the user's poison and are, as such, entirely loyal to her. All such creatures share this action except that they are literally made of poison rather than coated with it, they can't make more poison creatures, and they are all weak against Fire (2x damage on them from it). The user cannot have more than AN health stones worth of creatures active at once.)
-Venom Demon (Can use to alter one's poison-covered body into more powerful, deadly forms, usually massive. Acts as Metamorphosis; can also manipulate Size and Weight by up to half this action's AN, and activate a poison as per Create Poison at no cost, to form the body with.)
-Immunity to all Poisons
-Special weaknesses (If the poison used is liquid in form, using fire on it has neutralizing qualities making it lose half its strength, rounded down. Additionally, at GM's discretion, people surviving a poison that deals damage or kills its victims, might develop antibodies rendering them far more resistant to poison afterwards, granting them a half this action's AN Poison Defense modifier. This doesn't happen often, however, and usually requites the victim to have a Durability at least equal or superior to half this action's AN to naturally develop such strong antibodies.)

Mero Mero no Mi: 9
-Efficient
-This powerful Devil Fruit allows for powerful attacks of petrification that are nearly impossible to defend against as long as the target feels lust for the user, isn't distracted by other strong emotions such as rage or despair, and is - obviously - capable of lust in the first place. Additionally, the user can petrify inanimate objects just as easily. NOTE: Anyone who turns to stone is unaware of what is happening around them and is effectively frozen in time from their viewpoint. They will take 3x damage from Physical/Energy attacks while turned into stone, and can be easily killed as such. The duration is permanent unless turned off by the user, or some other similar strength power (GM's call).
-Mero Mero Mellow (Area attack of Range 4 VS Durability; all who are susceptible to this attack and who are hit will turn to stone entirely. It takes the form of a heart-shaped beam fired from the hands.)
-Mezameyo (Area 'attack' of Range 4; A single stone of effect is all that is needed for it to work. This technique simply negates all petrification effects of this very power, except damage dealt to the bodies of the petrified. It takes the form of a blown kiss which showers the victims in hearts which depetrify them.)
-Pistol Kiss (Adds to Ranged Combat as a Weapon Modifier up to stones played, 2x damage, Normal and Stun damage, Range 4. If any damage is dealt, it also makes a full AN attack VS Durability to petrify as above. Hancock will kiss the tip of her finger, then 'fire' a small heart by putting her fingers in the form of a gun.)
-Slave Arrow (Similar to her Pistol Kiss, but Area Attack and Can stop the momentum of any object stuck with it, causing them to fall harmlessly on the floor. Hancock creates a huge heart like the one from Pistol Gun but bigger, then 'pops' it, which causes hundreds of heart-ended arrows to pierce and petrify targets.)
-Perfume Femur (Combines with Close Combat at AN, and makes all of her attacks Normal and Stun damage, with each hit causing a Stones played attack VS Durability to turn the body part she hit to stones. NOTE: For this technique, the victim doesn't even need to feel lust for her, allowing her to target any foe with it. Also, she does not aboslutely need to use her legs for it.)
-Are immune to this power's Petrification effect (the others still apply): Blind people (or those who close their eyes not to look at Hancock and feel lust for her), People having no lust for Hancock, individuals incapable of lust, robots or constructs. With the exception of Perfume Femur's usage.
