If you so wish, but I assure you, it absolutely isn't a power nor am I using it as such for any NPC. It's simply a means to correct a flaw in the core rules. But yeah, your call. Though yes, I'd much rather get rid of the Intelligence-Based Energy rule, which itself was an inherently flawed attempt to correct their own system. Energy Battery is a much better way to go as far as I am concerned, as you neither have to be a brick nor a genius to have Energy, as opposed to IBE. OK, in that case I'll take Deep Reserves 1 for the same effect. (Energy regeneration is back to 3) |

Little announcement; despite having been online a few times lately, GPMC has yet to answer any of my attempts to contact them, and has not posted anything in the 'Official Announce if you're leaving thread' in ages. Their latest post in either of my games dates back to December of 2018 as well. Hopefully, this will spark a reaction soon enough; otherwise, I will look for a new player in both games. No offense meant, naturally, as real life comes first; but I still think it's only fair to offer the opportunity to someone who will actually use it. I guess we'll see.  |

By the by, now that I know what my powers are, will I be having to test them to get my stats given to me? Or will it be like a 1980s music montage of me zapping my friends and changing the weather dramatically in a comical matter ruining the lives of many many farmers, but ultimately ends with me and my friends looking at each other and laughing?

I usually go with what makes the most sense given the story. ridiculousninja's character, for example, is learning of his powers one after the other with the help of an NPC, so he's learning them as his character does. You, on the other hand, are being scanned by a powers analysis device made by friggin' Forge of the X-Men, so you'll likely get extensive details all at once.
Also, still no news from GPMC. I'll start looking for a new player.
