Justin Morrison had long made it an habit of sticking to the shadows and avoiding unnecessary attention ever since his troubles with the (corrupt or not) law. However, the man he was tailing was proving to be every bit as paranoid and careful as he ever was, and some more. It took every trick in the book for Justin to not lose him, and to avoid being recognized for the threat that he was. For John 'Tricks' Malone had many enemies, which was only fitting for such a heartless, selfish and cowardly criminal scumbag.
Justin had evidence that the man was playing a big role in drugs and arms dealing in Gotham City's street gangs, but why take out the worm when he could use him to catch the sharks? From his investigation, something big was happening, tonight, and that slimeball was right in the middle of it. He was going to catch him red-handed, possibly with several big names of crime all at once.
(OOC: Welcome to the game, lilithsboy! Let me know what equipment you would like Justin to have on him, within reason, and I'll stat them up for you as necessary.)

(Obviously a leather jacket for armor, some survalence equipment/ recording devices, A few knives melee and throwing, skimask for hiding face when needed)
Justin tailed him closely but not too closely watching for any ambushes which John my try to lead him into as well as ensuring he himself was not seen.
3 in Theif skills
Shadowing, Move silently, Blending in
2 in concentration in order to avoid any distractions that might come his way as well as to ensure he notices things coming.

Justin successfully managed to track him down seemingly without attracting unwanted attention, as the criminal went down into a syubway station.

Justin followed his target further down the subway station, until the man turned into a dark corridor with a 'Restricted area - Personnel access only' sign. More, and more suspicious... and more importantly, away from prying eyes.

Attempting to remain unnoticed Justin utilizes the shadows of the corridor and any reflective surface to continue tracking his mark though he also starts to listen and look for signs of other people, feeling where ever John was going he was getting close.

Justin successfully tracked down the man in the darker corridors, in what seemed like a very recent, and crude addition to the tunnels. It took a while, but he eventually saw the man disappear behind a metallic door... guarded by what could only be described as a typical criminal thug; large, muscular, mean-looking, wearing cheap but practical clothes, and barely concealing the firearm in his coat's inner pocket.

Justin beings to look for an alternate method to spy on the area behind the door thinking back to the way that they have come as well as the immediate area.

He couldn't know absolutely for sure if it would lead him to the room behind the door, but he did notice an air duct access a couple dozen yards behind that he could likely climb into, if he could open it.

Justin sneaks over and inspects the vent to insure it is not alarmed before he works on getting the grating off the vent he works it loose using his knife as a tool before sliping in pulling it closed behind him.

Getting in the vent was actually fairly easy, although maneuvering inside wasn't nearly as pleasant. It was doable, though, so he squeezed through as silently as he could given the circumstances. He maneuvered his way towards whatever was beyond that door he had seen, eventually coming across another vent opening, allowing him to observe inside fairly discretely.
As for what he saw inside the room... a tall muscular man in a dark trenchcoat with a fedora hat, with black pants and matching dress shoes, standing facing away from Justin, who was talking on a phone as four other men - three lowly thugs, from the looks of it, and another one wearing a dirty labcoat and glasses - were apparently waiting for the first man to be done talking.

"...Proceed with the plan. Let me know how it goes", the man said, before hanging up his phone. "Excellent work, doctor Hudson. History will remember you as a vital instrument of the cleansing of this nest of evil known as Gotham City", the dark figure in the trenchcoat said... before raising a revolver to the man in the labcoat's face.
"W-Wait! You can't do this. You said that if I'd cooperate, you would spare me!" the old doctor stammered as he recoiled.
"I... said no such thing. I said you would atone for your sins... that you would attain redemption. Unfortunately, you are very much part of this city's corruption. And just like it... you must be removed for it to be reborn", the man said coldly... before summarily executing the doctor with a bullet to the head! "Hush, now... doctor."
...his visage appearing under the dim light of the room to Justin's eyes... only to reveal that he was covered in bandages under his clothes, leaving only his eyes apparent.

Justin Attempts to remember the color of the man's eyes, as well as the name Dr. Hudson he should be able to figure out some of what is going on from that at the very least while staying quiet. To see what he tells the thugs to do, the only worrying part of all this really is he does not see John Malone here, which means tricks is somewhere else doing something else.

(OOC: ...Or... he's just in another room. You don't know if the door you saw earlier connects directly to this one. ^_^)
He wasn't sure from that distance and his awkward position the exact color of the man's eyes, but he knew that they were dark. As for Hudson, the name did feel like it ring a bell, but then again, it wasn't an uncommon name either. Maybe some later research would be necessary to make progress on that lead.
"The day of reckoning has come. Gotham City will be brought to its knees, and all of its evil along with it. I hope you like museums, gentlemen. It's a shame, really... its very first exhibition, and yet, it will be its last. Let's go", the bandaged man said, as he led the group outside through the door, meeting up with other men on the way out.
Justin would have to hurry if he intended to follow them.
(OOC: Just so I don't leave you too much in the dark... sometimes I don't say everything out right. Sometimes, maybe your character knows more than what I say, but they need to spend stones in Intelligence, General Knowledge or something along those lines to see if they know more. This is one such example.)
