The smell of rum and smoked cigars still lingering in the back of her head mingled with the .. lot less pleasent smell of a house block on fire.
And Angelica had the perfect idea which smell to add to the composition to lessen the burden.
She took out a dry dog biscuit and rolled to a spot with less action then the "main battlefield".
Their she lit it up (with a lighter) , and drove around a little spreading it's smell to the world(s) beyond.

"one" swarm/pack of dogs that 'll act as one unit with durability 6
1 for them to be "invisible" against magical detection
1 for fire/heat resistance
1 for smoke/toxin resistance
1 for the ability to speak human language (English, Hispanic .. what their human owners before spoke basically)
1 for "swarm"(stretching)
(+0 for animal senses ? If it's "free" because they are dogs
or reducing their durability by 1 for that if it's not)
Action 2: rolling around somewhere "close" with a little free space.
(A parking lot, backalley.. something like that)

Ooc: Not entirely sure about the rules/mechanics for the summoning, but the idea is to call a bunch of spirit's of departed dogs that died both loved by and loving humans, imbued (or imbueing) them with "urban" (human level) intellect,
And a couple of useful/necessary "powers" so they can help/save some humans from the fire.
The "magical" invisibility is so they won't get noticed as "spiritual"/magical. At least not easily.
..
So whether they'll be considered a "miracle" or "psychic construct", their "true" origin should be tough to discern, especially from a distance.
..
Counting on 1 stone "upkeep" (+action) for the following rounds.
'll want the dogs to pass spidy the message to "meet the wheelchair lady when done" in the "parking lot" later "out of prying ears".
