-PA/MS Fighting
Acrobatics: 6
(Agl.bonus)
-Efficient
-Screw Attack (Allows use of Acrobatics as an attack, with Samus spinning in the air while her suit emits energy waves from her armor. Acts as a 2x damage attack against anyone she strikes with it.)
-Space Jump (Special upgrade to Samus' Power Suit allowing her to jump repeatedly in midair. Not the fastest means of travel, but certainly impressive and effective.)
Lifeforce/Energy Drain: 9
(Int.bonus)
-Steal Lifeforce (As Improved Energy Drain; also acts as Atk VS Durability to cause actual damage as the very lifeforce of the victim is drained. Up to 2x AN stones may be stored at once to be used for multiple purposes, either to recover Samus's own energy, power up her Suit, heal herself, or heal others, see below.)
-May also drain Energy from machines, vehicle, and power sources
-Lifeforce Healing (Alternately, the user may either heal herself, or others, by injecting them with some of the lifeforce/energy she has stolen so far, as per Mutant Healing. There is no limit per day as to how many White stones of Health Samus can heal that way, as long as she has the stolen energy to do so. She can also heal illnesses and poisons as normal with the same energy, too.)
-If killed, the victim turns greyish and cold, although no medical/scientifical cause of death can be clearly identified.
-Steal Powers (Finally, at GM's discretion, Samus can potentially steal her victims' powers along their lifeforce, copying them for herself permanently, or alternately being able to grant them to others via lifeforce injection, see above. The level at which she copies a given power or whether it can be copied via lifeforce theft at all is left to GM's discretion.)
-Requires physical contact to use
-Samus manifested this fearsome power due to her Nova Phazon enhancing her Metroid DNA and the abilities it granted her, allowing her to access the most well-known power of the apex predators of the Galaxy.
Metroid Webbing: 7
(Int.bonus)
-Efficient
-As Mastery of Webbing (Metroid webbing is a gelatinous substance yellowish-green in color which can turn into spider-like webbing, and/or solidify into durable, bio-organic, resin-like substance which can become as hard as reinforced, high-quality steel to form structures and objects.)
-Create/Manipulate
-Webbing Shot (As Force Blast; Normal and Stun damage OR Atk VS Agl+Ref.Dodge to web. D: AN, R: 3x AN)
-Web-slinging (As the action, up to Speed 5)
Nova Phazon: 10
(Int.bonus)
-Efficient
-As Mastery of Element (Nova Phazon)
-Create/Manipulate (Created objects last for up to 10 panels even without stones for duration, due to solidified Phazon being very resilient.)
-Tendril Whip (Agl.bonus, Wpn.modifier)
-Energy Source (As Accumulate Energy as M.o.M)
-Mutagenic Alteration (As Metamorphosis, Transformation occurs on same panel, Must pay 1 stone per panel to maintain, May only assume forms of teal, glowing Nova Phazon accordingly to the modifications acquired.)
-Semi-Sentience (The Nova Phazon within Samus' body, and powering her Armor, actually has some degree of sentience. And for some unknown reason, it is proving to be surprisingly perverted an organism. It has altered Samus' body, her Zero Suit and her Power Suit in various subtle - and not-so-subtle - ways to apparently have fun at her expense in exchange for the powers it grants her... sometimes going so far as extending a Phazon tendril on its own to tease her in various ways.)
PA Arm Cannon (This highly versatile weaponized system manifests at the will of its user onto her right forearm, appearing as some sort of high-tech, forearm-length and sized cannon when active. It is Samus' primary weapon, capable of firing both energy blasts and ballistics-based firearms and projectiles, altering its form to better suit its current mode. All effects requiring Energy from the Suit are considered Efficient. It has multiple possible effects, as listed below:
- Melee Strike (+2 melee weapon. Its most basic, almost unitended use is a blunt weapon, due to being made of highly resilient and hard material, making a strike with it quite painful compared to a normal punch.)
- Power beam (+2, 2x damage, Range 4 energy weapon. Samus' Arm Cannon's most basic energy attack is a rapid-fire, low-powered, yet still quite effective Energy weapon. Stones come from suit's own energy.)
- Charge Beam (The Charge Beam simply adds up to +3 to the Power Beam, Ice Beam, Spazer Beam, Light Beam, Dark Beam, Annihilator Beam, Volt Driver or Magmaul's modifiers, making it Area Attack if the beam is fully charged. The only drawback is that it lowers Samus' Initiative in the panel of the MN boost she uses. A fully charged beam unleashes a large, glowing, explosive ball of energy. Stones come from suit's energy.)
- Long Beam (+5, 2x damage, AP, Can't split stones between targets, Range 6. This high power, long distance shot is essentially a sniper-equivalent for Samus' Arm Cannon. Unlike the regular Power Beam, it cannot be charged, but is usually more than powerful enough on its own to almost ensure individual kills. Stones come from suit's energy.)
- Wide Beam (+5, 2x damage, Area attack, Range 3 energy beam. Whereas the Long Beam is a sniper rifle-equivalent, the Wide Beam is a shotgun equivalent. More powerful, widened blast causing significant collateral damage when misued, but very effective against multiple opponents in close quarters. Stones come from suit's energy.)
- Spazer Beam (+4, 2x damage, Range 5, energy weapon. Quite simply an improved version of the basic Power Beam, firing three high-velocity energy bolts. Stones come from suit's energy.)
- Wave Beam (+5, 2x damage, Limited AP, Phasing, Range 4 energy weapon. A very powerful energy weapon which has the additional ability 'Phasing', meaning it will pass through walls and inanimate objects to hit its target. Stones come from suit's energy.)
- Ice Beam (+3, Normal and Stun damage, Range 4, Cold/Ice element energy beam. Becomes Atk VS Durability to freeze solid instead when fully charged with the Charge Beam, making it one of the deadliest and most effective weapons against Metroids, who are especially weak to cold.)
- Plasma Beam (+5, 2x damage, AP, Limited Area Line 5' wide, Ignores Hardness of objects, Range 3, Plasma/Heat element energy beam. A powerful but short-range beam designed to pierce through multiple enemies and melt through most inorganic matter to destroy objects when necessary. Stones come from suit's energy.)
- Zero Beam (+6, 3x damage, AP (Ignores 3 Toughness when No AP), Area Attack, Ignores Hardness of objects, Draining, Accumulate Energy for greater effect, Range 6 energy beam. One of Samus' most powerful, most devastating weapons. Samus acquired it thanks to the sacrifice of the Baby Metroid who sacrificed itself to provide her with its lifeforce, and the means to defeat Mother Brain. For that reason, and the weapon being Mother Brain's own originally, Samus is very reluctant to use it, as it brings back painful memories. Stones come from suit's energy.)
- Nova Phazon Beam (+8, 3x damage, AP (Ignores 2 Toughness when No AP), Area Attack, Causes massive collateral damage, Range 3, energy beam. Another highly powerful weapon, this beam is the result of infusing Samus' Arm Cannon with Nova Phazon energy, causing it to glow with inner teal light and radiate power. The beams it fires are akin to tentacles of energy, spreading wildly at longer distances, making this weapon most effective at close range, but also very damaging to one's surroundings. Stones come from suit's energy.)
- Dark Beam (+4, 2x damage, 3x damage VS Light-element targets, Normal damage VS Dark-element targets, Limited AP, Range 3 Dark-element energy beam. A Luminoth weapon system integrated in Samus' suit to battle the Ing, which proved to be a mistake as they were resilient to the energy. Stones come from suit's energy.)
- Light Beam (+4, 2x damage, 3x damage VS Dark-element targets, Normal damage VS Light-element targets, Limited AP, Range 3 Light-element energy beam. An upgrade to the original Dark Beam concept which actually proved itself devastating against the Ing. Stones come from suit's energy.)
- Annihilator Beam (+5, 3x damage, +2 Homing system (As Good Luck, to hit only), AP (Ignores 2 Toughness when No AP), Ignores Hardness of objects, Range 4 Antimatter element energy beam. Combining both the Light and Dark beam allowed the Ing to create this powerful weapon, which Samus stole for herself after defeating its wielder. Stones come from suit's energy.)
- Missile Launcher (+6, 2x damage, AP or Area effect around point of impact, Range 5 Rocket launcher-like weapon. Holds up to 30 missiles at once; the Power Suit's abilities re-forming one missile every minute/2 panels by drawing upon the Nova Phazon energy in Samus' body. An effective, powerful alternative to energy beams. Stones come from GP.)
- Super Missiles (+8, 2x damage, AP or Area effect around point of impact, Range 6 Rocket-launcher weapon. Holds up to 15 missiles at once; the Power Suit will reform one missile every two minutes/4 panels. Even stronger missiles capable of a great degree of destruction. Stones come from GP.)
- Seeker Missiles (+5, 2x damage, AP or Area effect around point of impact, +3 Homing System (As Good Luck, to hit only), Range 5 Rocket launcher-like weapon. Holds up to 10 missiles at once; the power suit will reform one missile every five minutes. If a Seeker Missile misses its target on the initial panel, it will turn around and attack its target again with as many stones -2, on the next panel. If dodged again then, it will continue in a straight line and explode upon impact when it hits something. Stones come from GP.)
- Ice Missiles (+5, 2x damage, 3x damage VS Metroids, Normal and Stun damage, Range 5 Rocket launcher-like weapon of Cold/Ice element. Holds up to 5 missiles at once, the suit reforming one missile per ten minutes. A powerful concussive missile which freezes targets simultaneously as it blows them up, making this weapon especially effective against Metroids. Stones come from GP.)
- Hyper Missiles (A special upgrade, activated when Samus enters Hypermode, which infuses all of her missiles with Nova Phazon, increasing their Weapon Modifier by 3. Stones come from GP.)
- Flamethrower (+4, 2x damage, Area Attack, Sets flammable objects on fire, Range 3. Simple, effective and devastating against lightly armored target, this fonction allows Samus to use her Arm Cannon like a military-grade flamethrower. Stones come from suit's energy.)
- Minigun (+5, 2x damage, Area attack, Automatically causes collateral damage, Range 5 Firearms weapon. May fire for 16 panels before reloading, with Samus' suit reforming ammo at a rate of 1 panel of use/5 minutes. A short-barreled, very high-rate, devastating minigun for when energy weapons and missiles are not quite what it takes. Stones are free from GP.)
- Computer Uplink (Allows Samus to connect with Computers at a Range of 3, and interact with them as though her suite was directly connected to it, providing a +2 bonus to Computer-based uses of Technology for that reason.)
- Gunship Remote Control (Allows Samus to manifest an holoscreen and keypad to control her ship from afar. Doing so allows her to spend stones in Vehicle Operations via said remote control device, but naturally requires concentration and cannot be used in a combat or similarly hostile situation, also requiring both arms to use.)
- Flashlight (As Create Light AN 5. One of the Arm Cannon's simplest effects and yet an often useful one.)
PA Grapple Beam: 2
-Deals no Damage, though may be used for Grappling
-+2 to Acrobatics/Wall-crawling when used for mobility purposes
-Mounted on Left arm gauntlet
-Stones free from GP
-Fires a plasma tether allowing to attach to surfaces to facilitate climbing, support or other uses.
PA Hazard Shield: 4
-As Force Field
Pheromones: 6
-Atk VS Dur or Int, Attacker's choice
-Deals no damage; if successful, the affected victims experience a strong desire, love or simply lust for Samus.
-Duration = stones of damage; some degree of the effect may remain even when the duration is over at GM's discretion
-Area effect 2
-Power Out of control (-3; as in ENTIRELY so. Samus has no ability to activate, or deactivate for that matter, this power on her own. Rather, it seems to be entirely dependent on the whims of the semi-sentient Nova Phazon within her body, activating this effect seemingly at random... or perhaps not so much. This disadvantage cannot be removed by LoEs nor white stones; nor can it be stopped by wearing her sealed off Power Suit, since the Nova Phazon is also present in and onto the armor.)
PA Morph Ball: 6
(Agl.bonus)
-Efficient
-Movement action; Max speed is AN or Speed AN+1, whichever is lower.
-As Shrink 2; +1 to Speed and Reflexive Dodge when active
-Spring Ball (Allows Samus to jump when in Morph Ball form.)
-Boost Ball (Grants another +1 of Speed and allows this action to be used as Unstoppable at AN. Samus spins in place for a moment before launching herself forward at great speed, and impact.)
-Spider Ball (Allows Samus to climb any surface by adhering to it in Morph Ball form, as per Wall-Crawling at her (boosted) Speed AN -1. Taking damage while doing so, however, will disengage her Spider Ball upgrade and cause her to fall.)
-Hyper Ball (When in Hypermode, Samus gains +2 to this action and can use it effectively as Blasting, with a +3 Homing System (As Good Luck, only to hit) modifier. The Morph Ball essentially glows and radiates with Nova Phazon when active.)
-Unable to hold objects or use most weapons except Morph Ball-specific ones while in Morph Ball form
-When active, Samus turns into a sphere of roughly 2.6 feet in diameter as per Shrink 2, allowing her to move through narrow openings at good speed and maneuverability.
PA Bombs: 3
-2x damage, Area effect of AN, Causes heavy collateral damage. May be set to explode up to 5 minutes/10 panels after being set if user wishes.
-Dropped from Samus in Morph Ball form; may drop up to 4 in close succession, with each doubling increasing the Wpn.modifier by 1 (Up to a max of 5)
-Can hold up to 12 bombs at once; Power Suit reforms 1 bomb every 5 minutes.
Power Bombs (A more powerful version of regular Bombs; identical in effect but have a base Wpn.modifier of 5. Holds up to 6 at once, Power Suit reforms 1 Power Bomb every 10 minutes.)
-Only usable in Morph Ball form
-Samus' Power Suit is Immune to bombs' explosions; in fact, she sometimes use them to project herself in a specific direction with the blast.
-Stones are free from GP
PA E-Recovery Tanks: 6
-As Mutant Healing, but only works on the Power Suit
-Usable to repair damage faster than the Suit's usual systems can by drawing upon a slowly regenerating supply of energy.
Flight: 3
-May levitate effortlessly and constantly if she so wishes at a Flight Speed of AN 1 at no cost
-A natural ability of Metroids, awakened by Samus due to her Nova Phazon connection.
Hypermode: 3
-As Super Human
-Increase Strength, Agility, Speed, Durability, Ki Control, Zanzoken, Toughness, Reflexive Dodge and Energy-based/related attacks/weapons (including Magical Actions and Final Fantasy actions except Break, Beast Taming and Alchemy) by +1 per stone played, with +1 to Power Level every 3 stones played. Stones in between add 1 to Energy Battery.
-Stones spent remain in action box till removed.
-Heals 1w upon transforming
-Calm Hypermode: Samus is able to activate Hypermode without need for rage, only Nova Phazon.
-Mecha/PA Boost: If operating a Mecha, or wearing PA, her transformation actions effect the mecha/PA instead of her. Effect lasts until she exits the mecha/suit.
-Nova Phazon Dependency (Hypermode can only be maintained for up to her Nova Phazon action's AN in panels, after which she both takes a -2 sitmod to all actions (except Weapons) for 1 minute/2 panels due to exaustion, and takes a negative sitmod to her Nova Phazon action equal to the number of panels she remained in Hypermode, the sitmod going down by 1 every panel until she's recovered, as her Phazon levels have to regenerate.)
-Allows Samus to enter a state known as 'Hypermode', empowering her like crazy via use of the Nova Phazon in her body to power herself, her suit and/or her weapons thanks to a device known as the Phazon Enhancement Device, modified to work with her Nova Phazon.

MODIFIERS
Extended Lifespan
-From both her Chozo and Metroid DNA. It is unclear how long Samus could potentially live, although despite her age, her body is still that of an early twenties young woman. Were she to evolve using her Metroid DNA, she could theoretically live forever.
Self-Contained Lifeform/Life Support, Permanent
-Due to her Metroid DNA. Samus doesn't need to breathe, eat, sleep, drink, and can survive in outer space unprotected.
PA Modular Adaptability
-As Copy A/A/M; Only works on external technology which are permanently integrated into the suit by someone knowledgeable enough to do so, a process requiring about 5 minutes of work and Technology AN 7 or more.
-The Chozo Power Suit has the ability to easily assimilate and incorporate external technology inside its design, modifying itself accordingly to constantly improve its capabilities.
Healing Factor / Self-Repair
Energy Battery 2 / 4
Reflexive Dodge +4 / +2
Toughness +2 / +7
-No AP
-No 2x damage
PA Energy Defense +5
Flexible Skeleton +3 / +1
Mental Invulnerability
-Due to her Metroid DNA, Samus' mind is completely immune to any psychic harm or forms of telepathic control.
Immunities
-To X Parasites' Infestation, Acid
Targeting +4 / +5
Fast-Draw +3
Leaping: +2 / +5
-Shinespark (+2 to Leaping when running at Max Speed)
PA Submerged Mobility
-A Gravity Boost upgrade allows Samus to move without hindrance in water and other liquids while in her Power Suit.
PA Heads-Up Display: 7
-As Cybernetic Senses (Among multiple others, includes fonctions such as a Sense Weakeness, X-Ray Scan, Metroid Detector, Infrared, See in Darkness, and a Command fonction to work in conjunction with her Arm Cannons' Gunship Remote Control option to better pilot her ship from afar, at the cost of her regular sight for the duration.
-Displays her energy levels, suit integrity, ammo remaining, danger levels, feedback from the environment and warnings about damaged systems if appropriate.
-Visor Opacity (At Samus' discretion, she can decide whether her visor is opaque or allows other people to see part of her face, eyes included.)
Radar Senses: 8
-Due to her heightened sensitivity from Nova Phazon
Sonar Senses: 6
-Due to her Metroid DNA allowing her to perceive her surroundings without eyes
PA Local Map Projector
-May scan her surroundings with her suit's sensors, and then display it on an holographic map using a device on her Arm Cannon
Adaptive Survivability
-Samus only receives roughly half the penalties (GM's call as to what that actually means) from environmental threats if they do affect her.
-Due to her Chozo DNA
Metroid Evolution
-If she wanted to, Samus could allow her Metroid DNA to empower her and alter her body and capabilities with a solid 25 character stones to enhance herself each time, allowing her to discard a husk of her former self and come out a slightly 'more Metroid' Metroid/Human hybrid every time, up to 10 times at the end of which she would be WAY more Metroid than human. If she were to be 'killed', she could also use this method to come back, although the aforementioned alteration would happen as well.
-Naturally, Samus is VERY reluctant to use this power, as she likes herself as human as possible.
PA Removal Defense +8
-Samus' suit was never meant to be taken off her body without her consent, or even through normal means. It is extremely difficult to remove, the Federation having even had to resort to surgical removal of pieces of her suit to save her from an X Parasite infection in the past. The only exception is her helmet, which can be taken off manually, although it is usually sealed onto the armor for additional safety in hostile environments.
PA Collapsible
-Samus' Power Suit is put on and removed using an energy-to-matter, and vice-versa, process, triggered by her will. She can effectively manifest the entire suit whenever she pleases and remove it in an instant, with it being stored 'in' her body through the same process.
Limit Break
-Limit Gauge: 30
-Full-Power Shield (MN 8, Adds to Hazard Shield, Only usable in Power Suit. Redirecting all the non-essential systems into her shield, Samus manifests a force field of fantastic power, allowing her to survive extreme amounts of damage.)
Wealth: 7
-Currently has: $20,000,000
-Gains $10 million per issue/month
-Last updated: 2019-05-04
CHALLENGES
-Looking non-human (-2; while it is not very obvious at first sight - the only obvious sign being how tall Samus is for a girl - Samus' Chozo DNA altered her body in slightly inhuman manners to the knowing eye. Aside from being taller than most women, her bones and muscle mass are denser than normal, yet her body is almost superhumanly flexible and lean. She weighs more than her apparence would suggest, yet moves with near inhuman grace and agility. Her skin is also surprisingly flawless and soft to the touch.)
-Heightened Lust and Pleasure Sensitivity (-3; due to the Nova Phazon's influence on her body, Samus is considerably weakened to 'physical pleasure', being unusually sensitive and easily 'turned on' by even slight stimuli. She is also heavily embarrassed by that fact and goes to great lengths not to let it show in public.)
-Psychological (-2; straightforward and honest to a fault. While not one to say much at all, when she does speak, Samus is not afraid to speak her mind, regardless of whom she is speaking to.)
-Psychological (-2; moderate no-nonsense, workaholic. Samus is a woman on a mission, and she barely keeps time on her schedule for trivial things such as 'having fun' or 'relaxing'. She sees such things as a waste of time, although she can be convinced to snap out of it with some effort.)
-Psychological (-3; moderate selflessness. Samus very often puts the well-being and safety of others before her own, going out of her way over and over to protect people in danger and help those in need.)
-Psychological (-2; mild depression. After everything she went through, it's no surprise that Samus is left a rather melancholic, brooding individual.)
-Psychological (-1; mild PTSD. Witnessing her mother's death at Ridley's hands left her with posttraumatic disorder, causing a severe panic attack in her when she first encountered her nemesis when she was a teenager. She has since mostly coped with her trauma, having only very rarely hesitated to face her most hated enemy in battle since then, although in times of great emotional distress, it is not impossible for it to resurface.)
-Covetous (-2; mild greed. While her selflessness and compassion usually ensures that she will help either way, Samus prefers to be paid for her services, and, given her skills, capabilities and renown, to be paid handsomely. She is, after all, a Bounty Huntresss.)
-Obsession (-3; seeks revenge - if not outright the destruction of their entire species - against the Space Pirates, especially Ridley, who was personally responsible for the death of her mother before her eyes when she was a child.)
-C.T.S.U.F.U (-4; Samus is generally regarded as one of humanity's greatest heroes for her multiple accomplishments and her one-woman-war - and victories - against Space Pirates, Metroids and the X Parasites.)
-Hatred/prejudice (-3; VS Space Pirates in general, and Ridley specifically.)
-Secret (-2; the various perverted changes the Nova Phazon has subjected her, and her armor, to. Samus would very much rather keep it under wraps; she has a reputation to uphold.)
-Haunted past (-3; the loss of her parents and colony on K-2L, her mother being killed before her eyes - and possibly devoured later - by Ridley; the death of her adoptive 'son', the Baby Metroid who sacrified itself to save her from Mother Brain's attack and the subsequent destruction of planet Zebes, which she viewed as her homeworld; the death of Officer Adam Malkovich, who was essentially a father to her, and the extinction of the Chozo at the hands of Metroids. Add to that all the horrors and monstrosities she has witnessed, and Samus has seen a lot of sh*t.)
-Recurring Lewd Dreams (-1; due to the Nova Phazon's influence on her body - and as such, indirectly, on her mind... Samus frequently experiences very risqué dreams which she would much rather not share with other people if she can help it.)
-Deadly Enemies (-7; various, including the X Parasites who fear and hate her for having Metroid DNA, what few Metroids may remain for having pretty much brought them to extinction, Space Pirates who are essentially her most hated foes, and more specifically Ridley, a high-ranked Space Pirate leader resembling a skeletal dragon with glowling eyes, her archnemesis whom she hates with a passion, and whom hates her right back.)
-Nova Phazon Symbiosis (-3; Samus unique alien/human hybrid DNA has had an unexpected effect following her original Phazon infection and subsequent 'cure' of it. Rather than being purged entirely from her body, the Phazon was altered into a new form, which Federation scientists have referred to as 'Nova Phazon', a more beneficial, considerably less dangerous version which seems to work in symbiosis with her as opposed to being a threat to her sanity and existence. Incidentally, this new form of Phazon has both provided her with additional powers, allowing her to tap even further into her Metroid DNA and her ability to benefit from the Nova Phazon itself safely, and non-life-threatening, yet arguably troublesome conditions, messing with her body and Power Suit in various ways... with a surprisingly perverted, low-level sentience guiding its 'actions'. As Federation technology is unable to remove the Nova Phazon from her body due to their significantly close bond, Samus has simply gotten used to the changes and decided to 'live with it', much to the Phazon's approval. As it is originated from her body, Nova Phazon will also find its way into other suits/outfits she wears for a long while.)
EQUIPMENT
-Currently Worn: White tank-top, Black denim pants, Blue denim jacket, Black leather boots
-Dog Tag from her time as a Federation Police agent, bearing her nickname back then, 'Lady'
-Handgun (+2, 2x damage, Range 4. Kept in holster by her side)
-Combat Knife (+2)
-Holographic Communicator Watch (Acts as a communicator and portable computer providing +1 sitmod to Computer related uses of Technology. Manifests a holographic screen and keyboard which she can use outside her armor.)
RESERVE EQUIPMENT
-Zero Suit (+2 Defense, Skintight form-fitting blue bodysuit with a right thigh-strapped holster for the Paralyzer Pistol, usually - but not obligatorily - worn under Samus's Power Suit. Highly flexible and stretchable if necessary. Can be manifested or put away with but a thought by Samus. Has been altered by Nova Phazon, causing Samus to feel everything as though she was wearing nothing at all when she has only that suit on.)
-Paralyzer Pistol (+3, 2x damage, Stun damage only, Range 4 handgun. Fires paralyzing particles of energy to either disable or weaken opponents. Alternately, can launch a plasma tether of about 30' in length, providing +2 to Acrobatics and allowing her to attach to surfaces and with ease. Can be manifested or put away at will, just like her Armor or Zero Suit.)
-Chozo Ancient Powered Armorsuit (Usually kept within Samus' body in energy form, which she can manifest at will when needed. Its capabilities are described on the CAD in this color.)
-Tallon-Class Strike Gunship (Samus' main means of intergalactic transportation and home away from home. To be statted up soon.)
______________________________________________________________
STORY: Samus Aran was born on the human colony of K-2L, to Chief Rodney Aran and scientist Virginia Aran of the Galactic Federation. At the age of 3, the young girl ended up the only survivor of her colony as it fell prey to an attack by the deadly and mysterious Space Pirates. Her father was killed as he led the defense against the alien invaders... while her mother was murdered before the young girl's eyes by a monstrous, draconic leader of the Pirates, the terrifying Ridley. Samus herself was rescued in extremis by a small Chozo crew who took her away just in time to save her from becoming the last victim of the conflict, also sparing her, unbeknownst to her at the time, of the knowledge that Ridley then devoured the corpses of the colonists, her mother included (a fact Ridley would sadistically reveal to her years later).
The Chozo adopted her as one of their own, bringing her to the world of Zebes, where she was infused with their DNA and raised as a warrior according to their ancient traditions for 11 years. The young human/Chozo hybrid learned quickly, and mastered every skill she was exposed to with surprising effectiveness and efficiency. At some point in her teenage years, she once more came across Ridley, an encounter which triggered a severe episode of PTSD in the girl, leaving her unable to fight. She was able to escape with her life, however, and was eventually given her first Power Suit by the Chozo.
Later, now an adult, Samus joined the Federation Police branch of the Galactic Federation specifically for the purpose of joining the fight against the deadly Space Pirates, serving under officer Adam Malkovich, who would become a father figure for her, stern and demanding, yet fair and kind. Still, as it turned out, Samus wasn't too pleased by the rigidity of Federation rules and laws. She didn't like taking orders, especially not orders telling her not to slaughter more Pirates when she had the chance, and the skill, to do so and come back alive. She eventually left the Force in order to become a Bounty Huntress working for generally for the Federation, under her own rules and free to pursue her most hated enemy, the accursed Ridley.
Soon enough, Samus became famous for completing missions thought to be downright impossible, surviving against ridiculous odds, and achieving more than entire Galactic Federation platoons in less time. She gave the Space Pirates something to fear, something more dangerous than themselves, becoming known as 'The Hunter' among the enemy ranks, almost achieving legendary boogeyman status as she methodically and relentlessly hunted down her hated foes, eliminating them one after the other in pursuit of their evasive leader, while coming across other disturbing enemies in their own right, such as the Metroids, Mother Brain and the X Parasites.
Her adventures were marked with several fantastic accomplishments, such as her single-handed destruction of the Space Pirate base on her 'homeworld' of Zebes, effectively exterminating the Metroid species, ending the Galactic Phazon crisis brought upon by the Space Pirates, and even disobeying orders at the Biologic Space Laboratories research station orbiting SR388 to destroy the last known X Parasites rather than allow the Galactic Federation to use them, something which highly annoyed them, but then again, they needed her badly, so it's not like they could brand her a criminal.
More recently, Samus has been struggling with a new kind of 'enemy'... a less lethal, and surprisingly more lewd one. As it turned out, the Phazon infection she had suffered while eradicating the extremely dangerous superorganism had no been fully destroyed when she ended the crisis. In fact, it had survived, mutating in form, nature and purpose, in order to survive. The Nova Phazon, as it would be named by scientists who examined her after odd side effects, was more of a symbiotic organism than a lethal parasite, working mostly with her rather than against her, and providing her with considerably more power than before, as well as allowing her to draw more abilities from her Metroid DNA. In return, however, the semi-sentient superorganism altered her in various ways... surprisingly perverted various ways. As the Federation had no means to remove the Nova Phazon after such an extensive bonding between the two, Samus couldn't help but learn to live with it, and adapt... as she always had.
