A short while later as the others finished getting ready, Yomiko Readman landed outside of the apartment on a huge paper airplane, which she then folded with her powers into a neat pile of paper in her bag, before knocking at the door.

"We sure are", Sakura said with a smile.
"Ah, yes, sorry to keep you all waiting. I got a book at the library on the way here♥", Yomiko said cheerfully.
"Question being, how do we head over there? By bus and then on foot?" Mai asked.
"I could teleport us there", Sakura suggested.
"Or I can fly us there with a huge paper plane!" Yomiko suggested.

"Teleportation would be much faster." Mikoto noted. "I'll meet you there." She said activating Kamui said taking off.

Mikoto arrived first, to a huge circular open-sky mine, with dozens of huge trucks and machinery, although most of them were immobile and few people were on location, as the mining operations were interrupted as the door was discovered.
Sakura, Yomiko and Mai manifested by her side within moments, just as a man with a hard helmet and a black beard walked up to the girls. "...Who are you girls? What are you doing here?"

"That so?" the big guy said. "...Welp, I know better than to judge supers from appearance. Come on, then. I'll show you girls the big door thing", he said, leading the way. "Name's Mike. I'm in charge today", he explained.
Soon they arrived before a huge, metallic, octogonal mass with strange, unknown symbols, seemingly acting as a door in a wall made of the same material, on the side of a cliff at the bottom of the mine.
"There it is. We've used jackhammers, dynamite, we've even smashed a tractor's shovel into it, not a damn dent. Hopefully you girls can figure out what's up."

The kunoichi successfully activated Kamui to render herself intangible in order to step through the huge metal door. She managed to pass, although not without harm... as the door was sealed with mysterious energies which caused her to experience crippling pain for several moments. (OOC: You lost 3w and 8 Energy from the protections on the door.)
Still, the pain soon gone, she made it inside, in complete darkness, the air around her stagnant, as though no one had been in there for millenia. Perhaps if she could manifest some sort of light, she could figure out how to open the door for her friends?

Mikoto screamed in pain, and collapsed to the cold floor. Laying there curled in the fetal position for a couple minutes. She had no idea that kind of damage could be done to her.
"Plusle, Minun, use Flash." She cried grabbing random Pokeballs and letting out each creature one at a time until she got the one she needed to make some light.
Letting out my Pokémon 1: to see if any of them can light up the room, and 2 to make sure none of them were hurt passing through the door as well.

After getting Oddish and Zigzagoon out first, Mikoto did manage to bring out Plusle, who was indeed able to use Flash, revealing her to be in a large entrance hallway with surprisingly smooth and featureless walls, ceiling and floor. The corridor led further away into the underground, farther than the Pokémon's light could reach.
Luckily, none of her friends were harmed by the mysterious effect. Also, it had left no external sign of the pain inflicted upon her. However, there was no obvious way of opening the door, so she would either have to try something of her own, or explore the mysterious complex alone.

Mikoto sighed and stood up slowly. "Okay. Here's the plan. Plusle, Oddish, you two stay with me while I try to get the door open. Zigzagoon. I want you to go ahead, and use your night vision, and sense of smell to scout ahead. You start to see death traps, or anything alive you come running straight back to me." Mikoto said. "Don't try to fight it on your own. Also don't stray too far that you can't see the light from Plusle." Mikoto ordered before turning back to the door. "Okay then... You won't be broken... How about being removed entirely." Mikoto said activating Kamui again, this time to send the door straight into another dimension.
10 eff in EMS To activate Kamui to teleport the door entirely rather than smashing it apart.

"Plusle!" the small Pokémon said, standing by her side alongside its friend, while Zigzagoon trotted inside.
While Mikoto felt some level of resistance from whatever powers kept the huge door closed, either whoever created it failed to take Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan eyes into account, or her eyes simply proved more powerful than the door's own protective powers. Either way, she managed to send the door into the Kamui dimension, opening the path for her friends and filling the corridor with light.
"You did it Mikoto-chan!" Mai let out cheerfully.
"You okay?" Sakura asked with concern.

"Yeah... A bit strained, but nothing a night's sleep won't fix." She said releasing her other Pokémon. "Okay guys, here's the plan. Plusle, Minun, Blitzle, and Turtwig you are coming with us." She said. "The rest of you I want to remain here and guard the entrance. Make sure nothing gets in or out without permission." She said. "Now come on. Let's see if Zigzagoon found anything." She said heading inside the complex.
Basically deploying my Pokémon for this mission.

"Something hurt you? ...Man. Whoever built this really wanted to keep people out", Yomiko noted as the group and the Pokémon either moved with them or stood guard by the door. They advanced, catching up with Zigzagoon who stood still in front of a less ridiculous yet still resilient double metallic door, with strange characters inscribed upon it.
