(OOC: Welcome to the first thread of the BtVS game, Bazingirl .) Felicia was returning home from a day of shopping in the city, making her way to her bus stop about eight minutes from her current location. She had spent said day in the company of one of the only friends she made since arriving in England, Meryl Brooks, a surprisingly rebellious and lively daughter of a wealthy Londonian family who loved to have fun and live life to the fullest, with bright, blond hair and keen green eyes. She dressed with pretty, valuable yet (on purpose) poorly kept clothes and was about as opposite as one could be to Felicia's own social awkardness, being very sociable and outgoing, and yet not getting along with many because of her norm-defying attitude... which still landed her in the outcast category, and in turn, into Felicia's limited circle of friends so far. "So. What are you up to tomorrow? Working on that computer of yours, I imagine?" she asked, referring to the new hard drive and fan she had bought for said machine.

Felicia«Ex... exactly. I j.. just can't wait to try m... my hard drive!», said Felicia with a shy smile on her face. « It's a new technology that can transfer 2.3444 gigabytes of data at a rate speed 1,67 times faster in comparison of the old...»When she saw Meryl looking at her with a question mark printed in her forehead, she decided to stop talking. Felicia was often stuttering when she talked. Even with her family or her few friends. Except when a topic interested her particularly. It was like she was becoming another person : she talked rapidly and precisely without any problem at all, but she does that at the cost of talking like an encyclopedia wich was sometimes odd to other people. ********************************* (OOC : Thanks )

"Well, if you say it is good, then I imagine it is", she said, chuckling. "Perhaps we could hang out sometime later this week? Preferably someplace your father won't kick me out of", she joked, referring to Felicia's beloved father's antics.

«S... sure!». Then, her eyes lit like Christmas' lights. «Maybe the new library on Davidson's street?»

"Ooooh. Sure. Don't tell 'my' dad though. If he knew I'd go in a library willingly, I'd never hear the end of it", she said, smirking.
"Wait, Davidson's, you say? ...You sure you wanna go to that one specifically?" she asked, seemingly concerned about something.

Knowing how Meryl's father would effectively pay to see her daughter in a place like a librairy, Felicia laughed softly.
« Well... it's a brand n...new library so there'll be p...plenty of new books too.
But after seeing her friend's frowning lightly, a questionmark popped into her head.
« Is... is it okay with you? I... I mean did something happened there? », asked Felicia, gently.

She smiled. "They say a buncha creepy stuff happens there. Stories about a girl hanging herself in the building before it became a library... they say that to this day, she haunts it still, punishing girls happier than she was whenever they go iiiin!" she teased, chuckling.

"Yeah, well, I'd imagine not. Ghosts aren't real", she said, giggling. "I made it all up. Sure thing, Davidson's. Library. Got'cha. How about thursday?"

«G...great!», answered Felicia with a smile, happy with anticipation. For a bookworm like her, going to a new library was like a child going in a candy store.

They sure enough arrived in sight of the bus stop, which meant they parted ways there.
"Alright. Sweet. So... I'm gonna head home now. Say hi to your dad for me", she said half-jokingly.

(OOC: Given that your house is half an hour away from the city, I'm going to assume that you're riding a bus for most of the way back, and walk the rest, as it doesn't go so far as up to the house itself.)
The trip back home went without incident, and the bus left her at its last stop as usual. All it took from there was just a 10 minutes walk to the front gate... yet her father, Richard "Rick" Murray, was waiting for her in his car. Felicia knew why; she was home about 15 minutes later than usual.
"...Hey", he said when she walked up to the car. "Everything's okay?"
