Hoots Rowlet, Janus, Bazingirl, lilithsboy, and whoever else may be interested...
Alright, so let's get this CAD making process started.
House rules are here. God-like Powers, Phoenix Force and Power Cosmic are (interestingly enough) off-limits; reason being that this is a normal human power level universe aside for the gods, so you guys are already way beyond any normal beings even with 'mere' normal powers. I'd appreciate if Magic was rare even among the gods, preferably limited to gods of (what a surprise) magic, while others use masteries or other powers, but I will not outright restrict it. I want to see what you guys come up with before anything. Major Invulnerabilities (Physical, Energy, Magical and Mental), Copy A/A/M and Steal Superpower are off limits, but Duplicate Self - my version in my house rules can be bought as the power known as 'Avatar', see below.
For the moment, let's start with 150w +20 Challenges as a stone count, along with the God template for free (see below). FYI, I want this game to truly feel godlike, so if you feel that's too much, let's agree to disagree. If you feel that's too low for your concept (hey, could happen I guess), let's discuss and see what can be done once your original draft is done.
Everyone starts with the following 'template' for free (doesn't cost stones, challenges don't count towards challenges limit, and give no stone back):
ACTIONS
Human Form: 8
-As Shapeshifting; May only transform into a human form version of themselves.
Clairvoyance: 6
(Int.bonus)
-Can perceive through time regardless of physical proximity
-May only perceive events, beings and situations related to one's specific domains/concepts.
Dominion: 5
-All deities have this Action, allowing them to form a 'Dominion' in the mortal plane, namely an area of Range on the D&R chart within which they have a strong degree of control over the landscape, the weather and the flora and fauna found in the area as per Manipulate effect of the same AN with Intelligence bonus. While within their Dominion, a deity benefits from the same advantages they would get from being in their home plane. It is possible to change one's Dominion's location; the former one will revert to normal in AN hours after the deity's departure. Establishing a new Dominion, in the same manner, requires AN hours to complete the changes.
MODIFIERS
Immortality
Self-Contained Lifeform
Divine Ground
-When found within their home plane or their Dominion, a deity gains +3 to all Actions and to their base Defense.
Healing Factor
Immunities
-Pain, Poisons, Diseases, Reality Distortion
Enhanced Vision 3
-See Auras and Magical forces, See into other dimensions
Sense Power 10
Interdimensional Travel
-To and from the Divine Planes
Translation, Universal
Reconstitute Self
-Special; under normal circumstances, a god may only die if killed by a higher ranked deity, or alternately by a deity of death of equal rank with the support of a higher ranked deity. Other exceptions may include godslayers, god-killing powers, and the like. However, under normal circumstances, a god will return to life either one hour later, or 1 minute later if the deity is killed in their own Plane or their Dominion.
CHALLENGES
-Looking non-human (-2; when revealing their true form, gods are supernaturally handsome/beautiful beings radiating power and gifted with a formidable presence, appearing terrifying to their enemies and awe-inspiring to most others. However, all gods also have the ability to appear human if they so please lowering this challenge considerably.)
-Prying Relatives/Friends/Associates (-2; the other gods.)
-Special Vulnerability (-4; to higher-ranked deities' powers.)
In other words, all gods have human forms, all gods have a certain degree of 'omniscience' (kinda-ish) related to their specialties, all of them can have homes away from home, are immortal and (technically speaking) unkillable, can understande any language, and have an easy time sensing other gods from afar. All are immune to common failures of normal humans' lives such as diseases or pain (by the way, they are not immune to the latter in the sense of not feeling it, but in the sense of 'they do feel it, it just barely bothers them'). Those are the basics. Everything else may vary wildly between one deity and another. Some are stupidly strong, others are wickedly knowledgeable, others still play music so wonderfully anything they play comes off as a masterpiece. So from there, what you make is your decision. NOTE: The challenges included in the Template cannot be removed or bought off in any way. They are, quite simply, how gods work in this game, so no removal of the Special vulnerability for 4w to claim you can't be killed by anything. There is a reason why more powerful deities are respected by other gods, and it's not just - or at all - their so-called infinite wisdom.
All of the 'common traits and challenges' above are mere suggestions, none are mandatory. Aside from what I mentioned above, almost everything else is fair play. So how about you have a look at this and give it your best shot? ^_^
I will take at most 5 players. Keep in mind that you are considered Intermediate gods, and that there are both weaker and stronger gods out there, but you are far from insignificant. Also, while gods might very well change the world by a whole lot, at the beginning of the story, the world is pretty much the same as it is in our own reality. The Second Coming of the Gods, however, is very likely to shake things up. And I wouldn't have it any other way.

Common traits found in deities (that you have to pay for to get):
-Superhuman Abilities (Few and far between are gods with less than AN 5 in one of their Ability scores.)
-Solid combat ANs (Most deities know how to defend themselves. Not all do, but certainly most.)
-Knowledge of modern day Earth (Like I said, deities in this game are not 'ancient beings out of time still living in the past and referring to cars as 'metal monsters' or similar nonsense. Gods here are not fools, and while they agreed to leave, they did not ignore the world for all this time. Most gods paid close attention to how things changed, and are familiar with things such as vehicles, modern medicine, economy and most social issues. NOTE: While technically speaking you do not have to pay for basic levels of such knowledge, you'd have to be roleplaying a stubbornly uninterested and uncaring deity to take a 'Primitive' challenge or the like.)
-Mobility powers (Most gods have at least one or two powers related to moving around, such as flight, teleportation - one of the most common ones; super-speed, and the like. If only to have some degree of claim on that 'omnipresence' deal.)
-Shapeshifting powers (Many gods take that base 'Human Form' power from the template and improve upon it, allowing themselves to assume any humanoid form, change their voice, features, traits, and so on. Removing the 'only a human form of themselves' drawback costs 8w.)
-Energy and elemental powers (Many gods have showoff-y powers related to energy manipulation and blasts, and/or control of elements. Poseidon can move and shape water around, Zeus can shoot lightning bolts at will, Ra has power over light and fire, etcetera. Few things say 'I'm a god' to mortals than bending the very elements to your will, and thus Masteries are very common.)
-Avatars (As Duplicate Self as noted in my house rules, with the following options being the usual 'package': Hive Mind, All as One, Weaker Clones, Death Shock and Permanent Duration. Naturally, this isn't an absolute in all deities, just what gods with the ability to create avatars tend to take.
-Resources (The Resources modifier can be taken to represent a god's followers/worshippers. In this game, Resources do not have Wealth as a prerequisite; merely being a god and doing godly acts is sufficient to draw in the crowds.)

Common challenges found in deities (that can be taken and will count towards your challenges total):
-Looking Non-Human (The basic -2 can be increased to -3 if the true form is really non-human like, for example if the god is a huge centaur, or has a dog's head with fur, is three stories tall, and so on.)
-Psychological, Mental Problems and the like (Deities tend to be some fairly messed up beings with a lot of eccentricities and less human mindsets. Cruelty, arrogance and the like are fairly common among gods.)
-Deadly enemies/Rivals (Some gods simply have other gods who hate their guts, or want to best them at every turn. Rivals is a lesser version worth -1 to -3, distinguished by the fact the other party doesn't want them dead. It simply wants to be better, more and so-on.)
-Covetous (All gods want something. Some want some things more badly than others.)
-Obsession (Almost all gods have one, usually related to their concepts.)
-Vengeful (A fairly recurrent theme among gods as well.)
-Loyal (Usually towards leaders of one's pantheon, friends or lovers/wives/husbands.)
-Duty (Can be towards many things, either official or self-procclaimed.)
