OOC: I believe the EV comes from the arrows that are EV:3 in the DC Heroes Box Set. So 3 instead of 8.
What Green Arrow wouldn't give for a flame-retardant arrow right now, but that's not an option. He's now gotta see that the guys in the SUV that were trying to kill him don't die. He darts for the SUV, staying out of firing range and will drag anyone out of the vehicle who's too stunned to leave themselves. And if anyone conscious tries to give him trouble, he uses his charisma to intimidate them to drop their weapons and save their own skins or else they're likely to be cooked like skewered marshmallows over a campfire.
Move: Dart to the SUV out of the line of fire if possible. Free: Drag unconscious goons from the smashed vehicle. Dice: Convince any thugs he finds to drop their weapons and get to safety for their own good. Charisma: 8 (Intimidation) pTbZ9ozn6d126d12

OOC The men in the SUV are Opposed to Green Arrow.
Still, GA can be VERY persuasive!
Green Arrows Acting Value Total = 42 vs Infl 2 + Multi Attack (on 4) +4 + OPPOSED +10 (16) + Roll(2d12)+0: 11,2,+0 Total: 29
+5 Effect (to Influence 10, which I find staggering. Typo? No matter. 10 it is and 15 EV total) vs RV16 FAILED
The thugs level weapons and one shouts "EAT LEAD HERO!" as he sprays bullets in GA's direction!

With practically superhuman Dexterity Green Arrow dives to the side even as his attempts to persuade them to get out of the car for their own good fall on deaf ears!
OOC I've been trialling using Acrobatics automatically in my play by post game and there's a rule about when. Basically however many dice you use from skills to ATTACK with reduce the number of dice you can DEFEND with and vice versa. So if GA adds 5 dice from Weaponry it reduces the number of dice he can add to his defence in that round by the same amount (5). As his Acrobatics 8 only gives 4 dice, he can't add any dice from Acrobatics if he uses 4 or 5 dice from Weaponry. If he loses initiative and defends first he can add 4 dice from Acrobatics skill but that reduces the number of dice he can add to his Attack with weaponry down to 1 die (from 5, normally). You can juggle the dice as you see fit to attack AND defend with extra dice effectively if you do it right.
The other three are trying to 'draw a bead' on Green Arrow seemingly oblivious to the fact flames are starting to lick up around their vehicle!
"Get him! Out of the way, I need a shot! He's fast! SHOOT! SHOOT!"
They do indeed shoot and the place is all flying bullets but none come close to Green Arrow.
He has only moments to persuade or get those men out before it goes BANG! Outside the bullets and incendiary grenades are making mincemeat of the place. Also in the distance can be heard the faintest ring of sirens! About time!
OOC Green Arrow wins initiative, no question. The SUV is going to explode soon!

Rules Check: Green Arrow was using Intimidation not Persuasion, therefore the Attitude adjustment does not apply. That's why I went with Intimidation. Please let me know if this impacts the last post.

Batman would be proud as the men gaped then expressions turned from anger to abject fear!Immediately dropping their weapons they started to scramble out of the burning vehicle and stumbled towards the hole they'd made in the warehouse. There wasn't much safety outside as bullets zinged about outside and more grenades went off! Whoever these guys were they were really doing a number of Allied shipping! The enemy of my enemy ...? No time to ask right now! Green Arrow sprinted out of the warehouse... Just ... in ... TIME!!! Green Arrow stumbled away and turned back. The warehouse was a burning ruin, flames and smoke rising high into the sky! He heard sirens plainly now, and the gunshots started to die out. Fires were burning everywhere! This place was torched and smashed, perhaps time to make a sharp exit but... He saw the goons he'd threatened running towards the main entrance. Dare he risk catching up with one and questioning him or did he have enough to go on to follow this through to the conclusion - hopefully stopping anyone else from being killed!

There was a second SUV and for lack of any additional clues as to its whereabouts, Green Arrow heads for the main entrance. In addition, he keeps an eye out for anyone with a knife or any knife victims. However if the guys who just dropped their weapons are the only perpetrators Oliver spies, then he'll chase at least one of them toward where Diggle was stationed. Hopefully, he's still there.

Green Arrow hears the screeching of tyres and shots from guns but they start to fade out.
As he runs through the burning ruins of the complex he sees the futile efforts of the guards he was avoiding earlier to put the fires out with woefully inadequate fire extinguishers. It seems the attackers in SUVs had one target - destroy this place by any means and get out before the cops turned up. Speaking of which he'd have a tough time explaining what he was doing snooping about and then persuading them he had no hand in this destruction.
The sirens were getting louder so he waited till a group of there guards ran past with hand held fire extinguishers like you'd find in a car and then sprinted whilst crouched through the flickering shadows.
Near the main entrance gate he sees another figure in the shadows who is waiting for an opportunity to escape. He moves as the guards in the gatehouse run towards the flames with a pair of fire extinguishers. A glance behind reveals flames dancing high in the night sky. Those incendiary grenades certainly did the job...
Green Arrow is close behind the man who is limping now and he recognises one of those in the SUV that crashed. He's clutching an injured leg and seeking to get out of the compound...
The cops are only moments away from the main gate now.

Green Arrow tries to stay out of sight as he grabs the injured man, covering his mouth so he doesn't cry out. Then he drags the man with him into the woods and out of sight in the direction of where Diggle was hiding.
Move Action: Stealthily toward the injured man, from behind him, then with him into the woods or at least behind a big tree out of sight.
Dice Action: I'm guessing this is a Grappling Attack, maybe with added difficulty since I specifically want to cover the guy's mouth, so it's a silent grab. lx_No4z_6d126d12

"UmmfF!" grunts the man with a hand clamped over his mouth as Green Arrow drags him from the burning compound with only seconds to spare as the cops screech into the entrance.
In the cover of the bushes Green Arrow looks into the darkness and sees the gleam of flames glint from Diggles car. What he made of this whole thing GA didn't know.
He had the wounded man, now what did he intend to do with him?
