He was soon enough ready to make his way to Cassandra Miller's estate to answer her invitation. Given the distance, he had various options to get there, from the more 'official' to the most practical.
Before he could decide, however, Zastin walked up to him.
"Your Imperial Majesty, if I may? I was told of your meeting, and was wondering if you would like me to accompany you as your personal guard and servant."

"Very well. Come with." He said opening a portal.
8 sup-eff in Teleportation to head to Miller's estate.

"Thank you sir. I must say, it is quite the honor to serve you, and with so many fellow servants, I relish any opportunity to do so more oft-" he began before vanishing into the portal with his lord.
The duo manifested from a portal in front of a decently large mansion, around which a solid dozen black cars with tinted windows were parked.

He ignored the man by his side and kept going into the mansion.

The door opened as he drew near, an old majordomo standing aside as he let them in. A somewhat sickly skin tone, white hair, wrinkled skin, tired yet keen eyes, the man seemed like he was a billion years old and yet somehow still stood strong and vigorous enough.
"Lord Howlet, I presume? ...Welcome to the Miller Mansion. Milady is awaiting your arrival, alongside other guests. Shall I lead you to her right away, or would you perhaps desire a refreshment of some sort?" the old man asked.

"No thanks, I am fine." He said a bit concerned by the state of the butler but saying nothing.

"Very well. This way please", he said, leading the duo to a large room with a center rectangular table with multiple armchairs, clearly a business-based room, with about a dozen people sitting around, with a couple of maids tending to the guests. Lady Miller herself, a woman with raven black, slightly wavy hair in a red evening gown with black pumps, was presiding over the meeting, a seat left empty by her side, though a few other chairs were available around the room, allowing for Zastin to sit down as well.
"Welcome to my home, Mr. Howlet", she said with a polite nod. "It is an honor to finally meet you face to face. I have heard a lot about you."
At that point, it was fairly obvious to the young master. All of the assembled guests, and their host, shared certain... characteristics he was all too familiar with for him to ignore. The room was dimly lit, yet no one seemed to mind. Everyone looked like they could use a good tanning session or three. Everyone had somewhat too long and too pointy canines. Everyone was drinking what appeared to be red wine at first sight... yet the scent was unmistakable.
Lady Miller and her guests were all fellow vampires. Not quite the same species of vampire as Travis himself was, but he knew his kind when he saw them. The servants, however, were different. It was like they were still alive, still mostly human, yet had a little something vampiric to them, although he was unfamiliar as to what.

"Ah... Suddenly it all makes sense." He said. "Zastin… Whatever you do, Do not panic... But it seems that we are among Vampires, and I doubt these are the same strain as mine." He said.
"Okay. You have my undivided attention now." Travis said. "Why have you summoned me? Are you trying to gain my support in an attempted usurpation of humanity. Do you someone believe that by devouring me or my blood you will attain godhood, or should I just file this coven under 'miscellaneous'?" He asked.

"I would never panic, your majesty. Bravery is mandatory for a Knight-Commander and Servant of the Devilukean Imperial family", Zastin said proudly, patting the sword at his side as he observed the people assembled around them.
Cassandra, however, simply chuckled.
"You seem to be holding your own species in surprisingly low regard. Is that how you see yourself? One who would only conquer, or selfishly devour anyone for power? ...I assure you, our goals are far less sinister than you suspect", she said in a thick British accent. "While it is true that our kin tends to be... shall we say, rather more predatory than most, I would dare to believe that we are a bit more civilized than that. Most of us... anyway. Tell me, Mr. Howlet... are you familiar with modern vampiric society? Have you perhaps heard of the Camarilla? ...Or perhaps of Cainites, or Kindred, as we like to call ourselves?"

He shook his head. "No... She- The one who turned me never mentioned them. So I assumed it was either non-existant or non-important." He said. "Tell me... Does the name Evangeline A.K. McDowell mean anything to you?"

"Unfortunately, yes, it does", Cassandra said with a nod. "...Your sire, 'Ice Queen' Evangeline, is a longtime... rival... of mine. We do not especially see eye to eye. To think younger vampires see us as arrogant... they have clearly yet to meet her."
She shook her head. "Whatever your relationship with her may have been, she would not have had much to say about it, having never been part of it. Kindred, or Cainites, is how we call ourselves. We feel like it is a bit less crude than 'vampire'. Specifically, Kindred is the word we use for our kind of vampires. You, on the other hand, are closer to what we call 'Mystic Vampires', namely vampires with magical abilities and powers. As for the Camarilla, it is essentially our society. I suppose you could compare it to how North-American society is a distinct one compared to, say, South-African society, except that the Camarilla is much more widely spread", she explained.

"Trust me I have neither seen or heard from her in years. That suits me just fine." He admitted. "Anyway what does your society want with me?" He asked.

"Well... even though we do are different to a certain point, a vampire essentially ruling over the planet and more could potentially open up doors precedently out of reach. Imagine... a world where mortals and vampires are openly allies, coexisting in symbiosis. Mortals willingly providing us with the blood we need to survive... and vampires protecting them from potential foes, and performing tasks too dangerous for the living", she said.
"...A vision not shared by all of our kind", an older gentleman interjected.
"Cornelius, please-", another woman by his side said nervously.
"Someone has to say it, Tamara. This man has the power of a god. In many ways, we almost do as well. Why should we settle for equal treatment when we could get so much more? ...Mr. Howlet, think about it. Have your powers not granted you the right, the power, to break the social chains that held you before? You know exactly what I mean. Power is everything! Mortals are necessary, sure, they should be allowed to live, agreed. But I believe they should be serving us. We are as gods among men, we should be respected as such!"
"Silence, Cornelius", Cassandra said, her voice shaking with cold, thinly veiled anger, which only served to make the man get up and head out of the room in rage.
"No wonder you never were able to end the threat of the Sabbat. You're far too soft", he spat out, slamming the door.
Cassandra Miller sighed, shaking her head disapprovingly. "I apologize for this... most unwelcome display, Mr. Howlet. Cornelius' little... outburst... certainly goes to show that my ideals are not universal", she admitted.

"No need to apologize. That man is hardly the first superpowered supremacist I have encountered in my life." He said. "By all rights I have half a mind to erase him now as a pre-emptive act of defense for humanity... But I will trust in you to keep him for lack of a better word, contained." He said. "Your ideals interest me. Though I am curious as to what brought this ideology on? A change like this doesn't just spring up overnight."
