"I see... Mind if I watch you guys play for awhile?" She said pulling up a chair, and sitting down, before kicking up her still shod feet into Meyrin's lap.
1 stone to summon a chair if none are in the area.
12 in Int to study the game, and learn how it is played.

"Of course. Have a seat, Travis-sama♥", Wendy said warmly.
Meyrin smiled, taking off her mistress' shoes one after the other, as the girls resumed playing. It was clearly a very complex game, so they likely had a few sessions of experience, with Robin helping the other girls when they weren't sure about the rules. It was very well thought of, with quite a bit of attention to detail, and a mind-blowing amount of possibilities and customization. For a necromancer, it seemed like Eleanor had astonishing skill at creating games.
Despite its complexity, Travis understood it with ease, already imagining some ways to create strong builds and potent card combinations, as well as various strategies she could use were she to play.

"Interesting." She mused her herself wiggling her feet a bit to try and cool them off a bit.

Meyrin grinned, gently stroking and playfully teasing her mistress' lovely feet. "Let's see... new girl body, new opportunity to test how sensitive you are", she said cheerfully.

"EEK!" She cried. "No fair! I'm supposed to be the mistress. You girls can't tickle me." She protested, yet doing nothing to pull her feet away or fight back.

"How would that be fair if you were the only one allowed to do this?" Meyrin pointed out, smiling. "Besides, I'm not even tickling you right now, I'm just teasing you a bit. Tickling you would be more along those lines", she said, actually tickling her soles this time.

She began to laugh and squirm in earnest. About to fall out of her chair if the other girls didn't protect her somehow.

Sure enough they caught her, and Meyrin stopped.
"See? Big difference.♥"

The silverette shuddered and wigglex her toes trying to drive the sensations away.
"I-I I didn't know I was this sensitive." She said her face flushed ad goosebumps on her bare arms
(Moving this part to PM)

Meanwhile a second Travis manifested in the lab and began working on the gear to put tge Materia in.
Putting my Regen Rate into Invention to begin work on Hiraishin.

(OOC: Regen is 34, so out of the 80 stones Hiraishin will cost, it's currently done at 42.5%.)
The other Travis/Torihime who manifested into the lab was able to begin work on her new weapon without interruption, save for a nod as a greeting from Tabane.
"Hey there, Travis-sama. Wooo, cute body you got there", she said, working on her own project.

(34... you sure?
Current Dur: 12 +20 from Infinity Gauntlet x 2 from Instant Healing factor =62, Plus (Deep Reserves at 10 +20 from Infinity Gauntlet) = 92 +10 from Power Level = 102 +5 from Mastery of Magic = 107, +32 from Green Lantern Ring. = 139 stones... So technically I should be done in a single panel)
"Thanks." The unshod silverette said with a smile as she put the finishing touches on the blade, and installed the Lightning, and Elemental Materia in it. "Also I go by Torihime in this form." She explained.

"That so? ...Torihime-sama then, huh. Okay", she said, glancing at the blade the silverette had put together in hardly any time at all. "...Nice sword."

"Thanks... Though I doubt I need it right now... Who would you recommend weild it along with these Materia in the meantime." She asked setting it on a table as she proceeded to modify her dress with Materia slots one under each arm for the two command Materia, and one between her breasts for the Magic Plus.
3 stones sup-eff in alter others to add Materia slots to my dress. (Not a permanant piece of equipment mind you... Just a way to experiment with them right now if I so desire.)
Putting the Mimic/Morph, and Magic Plus in the proper slots.

She paused, considering his question, before speaking her - rather elaborate - thoughts.
"Hm. Let's see... well, in my opinion, the most powerful members of the family share the same limitation as you do... namely, not really needing it. So they are probably the members who would least benefit from it, and the family would benefit less as well, as a whole. Then we have either the less powerful ones, and the more or less normal human ones at all ones. Should you give the blade to one of the former, you will make them a bit stronger, possibly able to take on more powerful foes than they could right now, which is good. If you give it to one of the latter, you will make one who has essentially no power at the moment a very potent weapon for them, along with a couple of mystical powers, which will make them considerably more useful than they are now proportionally speaking, albeing perhaps a little less powerful than an already powerful person wielding it."
She smiled. "All in all, I believe it depends on whether you want to maximize what power is already there, or minimize what weakness exist. Either is good, I suppose. Were it me, I would give it to an essentially powerless ally, as the end result would be more significant than in the hands of one already powerful."
As she finished speaking, Torihime had completed the changes on her dress, and easily set the materias in. OOC: The materias work as follows.
Magic Plus lvl 3: As described in Dio's rules, it adds +3 to all uses of one type of magic, decided upon setting it in your armor/clothes/accessory. It can be changed every time you re-set it in, but the bonus will only apply to that one magical action until re-set.
Morph (10 stones Atk VS Durability; May deal only up to 1w damage; If Morph deals the killing blow, the victim will die and turn into an item which the user can pick up. Stones are free from GP, but requires an Action to use.)
Mimic (Recreates the exact same effect used by the last person to use an Action/Modifier, with the same amount of stones, to be used appropriately. For example, if an enemy used an Healing Spell to cure their wounds, the user could do so as well. If an ally used a lightning spell to attack, the user could do the exact same, and so on. Stones are free from GP, but requires an Action to use.)

"I see. I think I know just the right person to give it to." She said as the weapon vanished. "Thanks dear." She said hugging Tabane her bare foot rubbing up and down the later's silk covered calf.
--------
Torihime arrived by Tenten's side, sword in hand. "I got a present for you dear."
