Anyone want to be the recruiter to a homicidal clown/fearful inventor How about using Jim for this? Maybe he was working the case as a cop, tracking down the violent vigilante and brought him to the Guardians, seeing some potential in him. I wouldn't mind. Might be the only reason he follows your lead.

@dk - Will any other players be joining? Nope, that's everyone. Really liked everyone's posts! I'll probably start working on an update tomorrow.

Also, I think I might create an opportunity to fill in the roster of former Guardians past as something to generate LOE. (I definitely imagine some kind of "Guardian for a Day" scenario, similar to the "Defenders for a Day" issue, where a whole bunch of people join the team for one issue, and possibly some kind of future version of the team they encounter [maybe a little more like the Legion of Superheroes than the Guardians of the Galaxy].) More information as I develop that concept.

I couldn't justify fitting him in The Revolution without spending a period of time acknowledging the real historical monster, but there was definitely at least one team-up in the 90's before Onslaught between The Menace and his personal "hero" Coldsteel.

A bear riding, axe wielding, Ghost Rider?! That’s almost (Maybe more so)... as badass as the mastodon riding Ghost Rider from Avengers 1,000,000 BC

I was trying to come up with another villain for The Revolution, then I found that and scrapped whatever previous plans I had and worked around it.

Loving it, having a lot of fun making a couple of dated references that betray Shimmer's perception about the time she thinks she's in.

"The Guardians Roster Chronology Project" sounds like the world's worst Prog Rock band.

With the Guardians back home they have the potential to be an international (or intergalactic) incident to happen, knowing nothing on the current world's state at the moment.

Couple rough story ideas (phrased as increasingly incredulous questions): "What do you mean we have to register?" "What do you mean 'government run training initiative'?" "You let Norman Osborne do WHAT?!" (Follow up story: "Seriously: Norman Osborne?!") "Mikaboshi's the Chaos What now?" "How exactly does 'mutants enforce mutant laws' fit into coexisting peacefully, Charles Xavier?!" The upcoming Empyre event also looks like the kind of thing I had in mind when coming up with this concept.

"Who was a Skrull?" "Really?" "Wait, is one of us a Skrull?"

"I am an alien," Flypaper says. "Do you think I'm an alien impersonating an alien, who sometimes impersonates a human named Bugsy McFly?" Flypaper sits down, because this is making his head hurt.

I think I'm perfect for this game, being totally out of touch with current Marvel events...

I think I'm perfect for this game, being totally out of touch with current Marvel events... The more I find out the less I wish I knew, to be quite honest. There's a few bright spots, but it's a real mess.
