"Ah crud!" Ben says smashing through the wall and leaping down to the streets to make a run back to the building.
Assuming the wall is weak enough I don't have to make a strength FEAT.

"Oh no! My souffle!" Mr. Sousa exclaims to Sue and Johnny, in reaction to the loud crash from the Thing busting out through the wall upstairs.
Then just moments after Mister Fantastic and the Thing reach the street outside, a water tower falls from the top of a four story building, threatening to land directly in their path! (It has fallen down three of the four stories so far.)

With anger fueled by the image of a gloating Doom bursting through the walls of the Baxter Building with the intent of kidnapping her son racing through her mind, Sue conjures a force field in the path of the falling water tower to knock it away from hitting her, the team, or any civilians below.
"That tin-plated coward...!"

Meanwhile, the Invisible Woman knocks away a water tower, which the Thing is able to catch. But then a trap door opens on the water tower and it tries to scoop up the Thing!

Johnny is hit! And in addition to suffering 40 points of damage, he flames off and is now falling to the street below!
The Thing is captured inside the tower and subjected to am Amazing potency knock-out gas!
