The southwest minotank fires toward Sue, but it's blasts are blocked by an invisible field between its area and that of the southeast minotank. The southeast minotank backs up a little to shoot Sue, but her own force field easily protects her from the attack.

She pushes the force field forward in an attempt to crush the Minotank against one of the force walls.
Do I roll agility or fighting to do so?

The minotank averts being pinned, but with the force field between it and the Invisible Girl, it can;t hurt her either. The minotank to the east also fires a shot, but it is stopped by an invisible wall between its area and the one Sue and the other minotank are in.

If she falters in her attack now, the Minotank might gain the advantage and pulverize her. If she destroys it, however, she'll be in a much better position to escape the room... assuming that Doom or the Mad Thinker or whomever doesn't have a few other nasty surprises in store.
She tries to pin and crush the tank once again.

She's not getting anywhere, and they seem to be closing in... time to cut her losses and run- maybe demolish whichever one is in her way.
If I use intuition to see where the tank in the northeast corner is, will that count as a standard action?

That does not require an action. Since the walls are invisible, it is easy for Sue to see that the two north minotanks are aiming in her direction, but are roughly in the same spaces they were in before.

Suddenly, sue hears a loud clank, coming from the north-easternmost area. Then part of the east wall melts in that area to reveal the Thing and the Human Torch are in a newly smelted hole in that wall!

The Thing tries to reach Sue, but crashes into an invisible force wall. Johnny also tries to blast the minotank north of the Invisible Woman, but his fire is stopped by the same unseen barrier that halted the Thing.
