"Hey. Johnny, wake up!" The Thing yells, shaking the Human Torch a bit. Johnny opens his eyes to look down and find orange bricks. "Wha? Ben?? Boy am I glad to see you! We need to save Alicia! And find out if Franklin is okay! And help Sue and Reed! And... let me down ya lummox!" The Human Torch added somewhat aware his dignity was another thing he could list that was not quite up to his usual fantastic standards. "What's going on? It's obviously a trap set for us, but by who? And why? And more importantly..." After Ben puts him down, Johnny stands back and cries "FLAME ON!" activating his powers and making sure everything is working. You're welcome for using me as a shield to avoid the worst of it by the way." Ben says. "Now come on. We gotta find the others. Stretch, and Suzie gotta be around close by." He pushes further down the hallway.

The tunnel leads to a ventilation grid. Looking through it, the Thing and the Human Torch see video screens showing Mr. Fantastic and the Invisible Girl battling their traps. A short, red-haired man cackles at their plight and slaps his knee in joy. Two others move calmly about the room checking readouts. Blast a warning shot at anyone who makes sudden moves or goes for weapons, intended to hit close but not incinerate anyone.

After the Thing grabs him, the short, red-haired man laughs as he explodes, along with the other man and woman in this fake HQ. Ben's orange, rocky hide and Johnny's flaming surface protect them from harm, but what a revoltin' development!

Johnny finds a couple more access ducts leading out of this room. Both are on the wall opposite the main computer console, where the Thing is having his tantrum. One is to the right and the other is on the left.

Up ahead, the Thing is first to see a large metal sphere rolling down the passage right toward him! (When Johnny hears the giant pinball rumbling toward them, he initially thinks the sound is coming from Ben's digestive track.)

"Ah crap. I really hope that is some kind of deathtrap and an improbable way to finish us off instead of a way to get back at me for beating you at cards last time." muttered Johnny.
ACTIONS
As I understand it, we are in the 'pinball alley' where a spring/loader would normally fire the pinball onto a table? That right? If so I guess only one of us can get to the ball and it sounds like Ben. If not Johnny will flame on and blast/melt the ball before it can squash them!
