While Captain Marvel tries to recall is she just saw a beam come from the Invisible Girl or if it was a trick of the light, the Scarlet Witch fires a hex bolt and the unnatural-looking space ship. Despite her power working best on the natural world, it affects something inside it and there is a spark followed by smoke emanating from the ship.
Starfox then flies down, slamming into the Johnny Storm just as the Vision belts him. This double-team attack knocks the Human Torch into Mister Fantastic!
OOC: I'm now invoking the optional rule on page 16 that states: A flying character cannot reach maximum speed in a round unless his power specifically allows it. The character can move up to his normal ground movement during the first round of flight. Speed may be increased by that amount each round until maximum speed is reached. A flying character may halve his speed each round (rounding down). If the hero is flying no faster than the top land speed of his flying power rank, he can stop dead and land by making an Agility FEAT vs. the speed he was moving. Turning around akin to stopping, so a reasonable arc needs to be made to turn around.
I'm setting Starfox's speed at 6 areas per round right now. He can chose to reduce that to 3 if he would like or stop with a successful Agility FEAT vs. typical intensity. Alternatively, he can speed up to 9 areas away too.
