Once she had put sufficient distance between herself and the castle, she dropped the disguise and teleported over to the tower. 6 in Ninjutsu (Teleportation) to get there.
Also dropping my current disguise.

Keeping an eye out for trouble, she stepped inside the tower, looking around for threats, foes and traps, but also just to get a general idea of its interior. 9 in Intelligence to do so.

She paused. While she was highly resistant to poison, Arachne was also well aware of how dangerous certain substances could be, some mushrooms included. She took a moment to examine the mushrooms and try to identify them. 15 (Ef) in General Knowledge (Herbology, Occult lore) to try and identify the mushrooms and any threat they might represent.

A lot of the mushrooms are an incindiary type... once disturbed they would release a cloud of spores into the air which would rapidly exit a reactive gas that would explode on contact with air.
You also recognize a few mushrooms that could be used in ingredients for love potions.

Of course, it would not be safe to explore a tower with a bunch of explosive mushrooms right around the entrance, so she'd have to take those out before getting in for good. But before that... she carefully harvested the other mushrooms for possible latter use first. 9 (Ef) in Thieving to carefully get to the latter mushrooms without disturbing the former.
8 in Agility to harvest them with her dagger.

The useful mushrooms secured, it was time to get rid of the dangerous ones. She exitted the tower, nocked a burning arrow on her bow, drew and let loose, aiming at the volatile mushrooms, expecting all of them to burn at once. 10 (Ef) in Ninja (Torment) plus 3 from Targeting plus 4 from Torment, using a Burning Arrow. 17 stones to hit the mushroom with the attack (Sets flammable objects on fire) in order to burn them all at once to get rid of the danger so I can enter safely.

You go into the entrance, and find a platforming section of various stone pillars and platforms over a pit of some sort of strange liquid.

Curious, she manifested a wooden staff to dip it into the liquid, bringing it back up in order to examine it and attempt to identify it. 4 (Ef) in Dreamweaving (Oneiric Constructs) to create a temporary staff to dip it in the liquid.
9 in Intelligence to examine the liquid and try to identify it.

You dip the staff in and pull it out... The liquid is a mix of a powerful acid that only attacks non living matter, and a strong aphrodisiac.
