Anyone up for a slugfest between a Marvel and a DC character? I want to test my build of Captain Marvel versus a heavy hitter like Thor or the Hulk, but I'm open to other match-ups as well. I would GM at least one match-up at a time, maybe more.
The point is just to have fun learning and reinforcing the rules, though I'm open to an ongoing game developing as well (the JLA v. Avengers comic was fun, after all; why not try X-Men v. the JSA or Runaways v. Teen Titans?).

Id be well up for fighting the Teen Titans as a Runaway. they might be a lil mismatched though.

Punisher vs. Batman (The way it should be done)?
Daredevil vs. Batman?
Deathstroke vs. Deadpool?
Black Mask vs. Red Skull?
Joker vs... Hell, anyone!
A million possibilities.

Punisher vs. Batman (The way it should be done)? I'm not sure quite what that way is, but I would so buy that crossover if Marvel and DC published it. Joker vs... Hell, anyone! Joker v. Arcade?

Or better yet, an Amalgam game, well... just speaking my mind. Sorry, I'm not sure what an Amalgam game is. Do you mean one where people just pick characters from DC or Marvel as they like?

I'm in: What about a REAL Hulk vs. Superman? I'd gladly do a Captain Marvel vs. Hulk. By real Hulk, though, I gather you mean one other than in the MURPG Handbook, no?

Amalgam was the name of the company that combined marvel and DC characters into one. Like Jubilee and Robin where combined to make Spaprow, the female mutant that saved Dark Claw's (Wolverine and Batman) live and then started to train with him. It might mean use thouse new characters or use the fights that happened in the prequle comics.

You're on, but I did mean the Hulk in the book, I just didn't like the ending to the Superman vs. Hulk battle. I have no particular ending in mind. I don't even care if they decide to bash each other to bits or wind up becoming friends, really---fun either way. Here's the CAD for Captain Marvel, by the way: murpg.proboards19.com/index.cgi?board=conversions&action=display&thread=1150620858

Well, there was two crossovers for Batman/Punisher, and both still smell like sh*t on my comic shelf. I swear, dude, they stink so bad that I gag when I see them. Just, terrible, terrible writing for the Punisher, and Batman is made to look like God. Let's face it, if ever there was a character who could stand toe to toe with the Batman, it'd be the character who killed the entire Marvel Universe. Or, at least, the guy who beat Daredevil, Wolverine, Spiderman, and the Hulk at the same time.
