I see that everone logged in since last night, but only Captain Marvel posted. Does that mean the rest of you are working on some incredible posts, or is there something I can do to make it easier for you to come up with your posts?

Checking the Daily Bugle from your phone? Wow that's true dedication! You are an inspiration to online proboard players eveywhere. I for one am proud to have you in my game.
That plus you voted in the online pole! I hope nonplayers here to read the Daily Bugle know that they can vote too. I was thinking about making a poll for favorite nonsuper character, but the villian pole isn't getting a lot of activity. So I'm holding off on having a popularity poll for Aunt May, Bernie Rosenberg and Alicia Masters. Maybe later.
And now with a 50% response... I'll post another turn.

Q: What happens if the comic book in my head doesn't match the one in yours?
A: I'm not perfect. I'm not a professional writer, and none of us are mind readers. Therefore, I understand if you post something that wouldn't be possible according to the comic book in my head. I'll just send you a private message, and either one or both of us wil end up modifying our posts.
In the current scenario, there is yellow police tape saying "Do not Cross" and some of those portable barriers around the Krupp building. It's been almost 2 hours since the fire started, and the authorities want to keep the civilians at a safe distance from the building.
When I read: * Ben turns and begins to make his way through the crowd.....* In the Thing players post, I had him walk away from the Krupp building toward the civilians gathered across the street.
When I read: Aunt May! He looks for her in the crowd of people! Finding her he slids down his web so softly.
I saw in the comic book of my mind, Spider-Man also going across the street into the crowd. This is out of earshot from where Captain America and Captain Marvel heard the police say there were 23 Rent-A-truck's in Manhattan. Therefore only the Captains know that.
When I wrote: her thoughts are interrupted by a woman in one shoe breaking the police line.
I meant to communicate that the civilian was away from the building, and broke the police line to run toward the Krupp building, collect her shoe, and then return to the other side of the yellow-tape where non-police, non-firepersons, non-superheroes belong.
Sorry, I wasn't more clear about everyone's position earlier.
In the future, I will just send a private message when these mix-ups happen.
Thank you,
Andrew

No worries pogmothoin. To show I'm not holding a grudge, I'll say that Alicia Masters does win the award for best side-story character. She did once save the world from being eaten by Galactus by making the Silver Surfer feel sorry for us. Though it is strange that a blind person would say the word "look" so many times in one panel.

Q: Do you prescribe to the house rule of using Energy on Social Skills?
A: No. This is relating to a house rule in other proboard Marvel Universe games that refunds stones spent on Social Skills for free every panel. I do not support this house rule.
Communicating with others IS physically draining. I know as a supervisor who goes to a lot of meetings, a training class facilitator, and a president of my company's Toastmasters Club. Therefore I use the regular rules for energy spent on Social Skills. (They need to be regenerated like any other stones of energy spent.)
It was a good question to ask though.
