Thought of this for a character with shape shifting. (Seems right if your a skrull or something)
Duration at will +2 to cost level
Instead of paying 1 stone/panel to maintain an action you now have to pay nothing.
Example: A random skrull poses as Wolverine while ''Wolfy'' is killing people as Death, one of Apocalypse's horsemen. Even when the Skrull dies he doesn't revert to his normal form. (It takes the help of Beast and some chemical catalyst to revert the Skrull).
Okay, this might overpower your casual Invisible Woman (Forcefield and Invisibility?) but for a metamorph or a shape shifter it would give that 2nd action back.

Sounds good. Simple, easily implemented. Just don't allow it for Phase Shifters. I wouldn't mind characters being able to stay phased for free, but duration "at will" instead of their normal "may only remain phased for a number of panels equal to their action number" would just make them far too nasty for the +2 cost.
Otherwise, overall, a nice, solid advantage, which can be applied to a wide variety of actions.
