Adrenaline
Cost- 4 White stones
With this modifer when under extreme stress the body releases adrenaline ot increase abilities of a normal human to Strength = 4 Speed = 3 Agility = 3 Durability = 3
This is kind of like the destiny force, where the charachter only has use of it under extreme circumsances I thought of it when I heard about the people who lift cars off of their trapped children and other situations like that. It would be good for a human character who wants to help out in a fight but isn't a superhuman

I like it! Reminds me of a modifier I was trying to piece together a while back... basing it around Destiny Force is a good idea. But, considering that Destiny Force is only 9 stones, for being able to do ANYTHING, I'd personally drop the cost of this to just 1 stone... maaaaybe 2. After all, it is all at GM discretion. (I'd probably have all the stats, except maybe Intelligence, be boosted up to 4... adrenaline does give extra energy, etc. too. ) -Wayne

Wayne is right. I would reduce the cost to only 2-3 White Stones at most and make it where all stats but Intelligence are increased to 4 when it is activated.

I don't like the 4 across the board personally. I think a bonus to strength and Durability WITHOUT the health benefit is most accurate. These people lift cars, they don't become olympic gymnast or sprinters. So I think a +2 Strength, and a +1 Durability (including 3 bonus stones of energy, and +1 recovery) covers it well. And instead of the rank 4 in each, this can work for characters with a 4 strength already.
Catch here.
It can only last for up to 3 panels... but each panel it stays in effect reduces all these values by 1 stone for twice as many panels afterward. Example....
Pay 2 stones for Adrenaline.
Bad mojo happens and adrenaline kicks in. Your Strength goes up 2, and durability 1, but NOT your health. If you keep this for only the one panel, you LOSE 1 stone on strength and durability for 2 panels afterward. If they keep it up for 2 panels it causes a 4 panel downtime, and 3 panels causes a 6 panel downtime.
If the 1 stone penalty is applied to a rank 1 strength or durability the character becomes unconscious for this duration. If this is the case you may want to make it cost even less for them, like 1 stone. This would be great for a normal man who gets that quick rush and then is down for the count.

Strength and durability down to -1 of original level for same number of pannels as used
+4 stones to have control over when Adrenaline is released and how long it lasts
-1 stone if characters abilities are 1
