I did not find those time masteries do what Hyperion's time manipulation did.
I had to make mi own.
Abilities:
Basic time mastery (1+2=+3)
/me Prescience. (default power, only)
- Limited to what you see. Does not warn of attacks but as long as you are in fast time, you can predict how other's allocate stone because they move so slow.
- if power costs less than 6 stones, can only allocate to time mastery.
/me Create a field of Fast time around self +1
- replace Speed with Time Mastery.
- Create a field of Slow time around self, you move forward in time without aging.
/me Time field +2
- works as a free forcefield, stone per stone on mastery active, plus 1 stone /active stone for reflective dodge. FF is the disturbance of the reality between the time-fields.
Advanced mastery
/me Create a field of Slowtime or fast time around others +2
/me age bolts, age target as per duration chart. +1
/me age control, make self younger. +1
/me Full age control +2, move others forward or back in time. (includes age bolts and self age control)
- Ressurect, +1 with full control, can restore dead back to life but soul may have fled.
(without ressurect full age control brings dead back to health but they stay dead.)

* kind of cheap to include FF, precience, but you cannot age your self living in fast time, and making your self younger does have it's downsides, you cannot do that for ever.
* FF is defensive only and does not protect you against outer space, lava etc. that reflective dodge does not help against, but does slow those down giving you some time to save your self.
* full time mastery is not cheap anymore but good for adding lines to.
