CL=AN+2
This is an advantage that can only be applied to Abilities which do not generate stones, aka Strength, Agility, Speed, and Intelligence if not using the Special Int rules. In a nutshell, this advantage lets you increase your ability with LoEs. Sometimes, characters just get stronger and stronger, or faster and faster, or suchlike. Note that, if applying this advantage to an ability that generates energy, such as Durability, then it requires 30 LoEs to increase, not 10 (and the extra CLs cost extra, according to the ability's cost.)

Hmm. You know, I've wondered before if there were some way to allow superhuman characters to increase their Abilities while still limiting human characters. I think this is a good step in that direction. Paying extra for it makes sense. I'd probably change the cost a little though, not because I think it's inappropriate... rather, I like the idea of "higher limits." Say, a superguy who's Strength starts at 4, but can only increase to 7. Maybe only +1 to be able to increase the Ability by up to 2 using LOEs; or perhaps +1 to be able to increase to 7, +2 to go up to 10, and +3 for unlimited increase? -Wayne

I like this Advantage. The cost seems fair to me, because when you think about it it is -2 to make an action un improvable by lines so if you want to make something improvable +2 seems fair.
I think that this could also be applied to modifers. Think a character gets tougher and tougher as they gain experience fighting, or their animal senses get sharper.

in the avengers book they have a optional rule that normals.. can increase there stats up to rating of 3 with 10 LOEs. That is great, but what about the strong guys or fast guys that do get slowly stronger though out there career... I would like to try a optional System where.. a character can increase his Stat points though LOEs up to there starting stat + 3.. so no matter who it is, they can get stronger, faster, smarter.. but only by a max of 3 points over there start... sound good?
