Here's a (relatively) simple new power for anyone interested. Enjoy!
PSI-CONSTRUCTS
Cost = Action Number + 5
Description
This power is loosely based on both Psi-Weapon and the Unlimited Object Creation option for Masteries. With it, you can fashion weapons, tools, functioning machines--pretty much anything you can imagine, from psionic energy.
You may put up to your Action Number's worth of stones into the power, all at once or over time, to create one or more objects. These objects can then be immediately used, even in the same Panel. Dissipating or refashioning an object can be done at will, as long as the total number of stones comprising the object(s) doesn't exceed your Action Number.
This means you could fashion a psi-blade at half-strength, then boost it to full later. You could create several lockpicks, each giving a modifier equal to the stones used to create each one, and hand them to your teammates. Medical equipment to diagnose conditions, ropes to reach into pits, even vehicles. However, the complexity of any device you create cannot exceed your Technology/Computers/etc. level.
Any devices you create will dissipate when they get further than range 4 away from you, although you may spend stones, 1 per increase in range per object, to maintain objects large distances from you.
As with Psi-Weapon, variants of this power can be created: Ice-Constructs, Electromagnetic Constructs, Darkforce Constructs, etc.
Comments
For when Psi-Weapon isn't enough, but you don't need an entire Mastery. Pairing this power with a moderate to high level of Technology greatly increases its utility.

Example(s)
Smart Guy constructs a small personal helicopter with 6 stones so one of his teammates can fly another to a nearby hospital. Since Smart Guy's Psi-Constructs AN is 8, he can continually apply an extra 2 stones per panel to maintain the helicopter past his normal range; it then has an effective range of 6 (3 miles).
