This is a set a new rule i've done during my spare time.

New generic advantages
- doesn't count against 2 actions/panel limit (+1 cost level)
New generic disadvantages[/u]
- Exclusive Action: no other action can be used during the same panel (-1 cost level)
- Max level only: the character can't use intermediate levels (always growth to max level, always flight at max speed, always use force blast to its maximum ...) (-2 cost level)
- Need speed: the character can use the action only if he is moving at least at a ground speed of 7 or a flight speed of 6 (-1 cost level)
- Need great speed: the character can use the action only if he is moving at least at a ground speed of 10 or a flight speed of 8 (-2 cost level)
New Action specific advantages/disadvantages[/u]
Animal Training
- share perceptions (+1 cost level)
- telepathic control (+2 cost level)
Drain Energy
- Taboo: the character can't drain energy from a very specific kind of persons (e.g.: blue eyed people or blondes) (-1 cost level)
- Taboo, extreme: the character can't drain energy from a wide variety of persons (e.g.: women or drugs consumers). If he does so, he will takes damages equal to the amount of infected drained energy stones. (-2 cost level)
- Extatic kiss: If AN exceed target's mental defense, the target is paralysed (or enthralled) as soon as the character had started draining target's energy (+2 cost level)
Fireworks
- Explosives Enhancement: increase explosive properties of grenades, bombs, missiles, ... For every 3 red stones, the explosive weapon modifier get a +1 increase. Each explosive weapon can be improved only once. (+3 cost level)
- Accumulate Energy: as the Mastery of Elements option (+2 cost level)
Inventing
- Limited to specific kind of objects (weapon systems, vehicules, cybernetic prothesis, ...) (-2 cost level)
Invisibility
- psychic invisibility: can become invisible from human beings only. People looking at the character through technological devices will not be affected. (-1 cost level)
- camouflage: can't move while being invisible (-2 cost level)
Leadership
- Tactician: each character recieving stones from Leadership will also recieve an additional red stone from the General Pool as a positive sitmod (+2 cost level)
- Strategist: stones spent in Leadership doesn't need to be used immediatelly. The player may choose to temporary store them in the Leadership action box and to keep them for a later use during the combat. He can keep them in the Action box for a number of panels equal to AN. After that, they are lost. (+2 cost level)
Phaseshift
- gaseous/liquid form: works like standard phaseshifting but can't pass through tight sealed barriers (-1 cost level)
Psi-weapon
- either close or ranged weapons only (-1 cost level)
Shapeshifting
- illusionary shapeshifting: can fool human beings only. People looking at the character through technological devices will not be affected. (-1 cost level)
Action variants[/u]
Alchemy
Works like inventing with a modified Total Invention Factor.
A. Base Invention Factor
- existing formulla you know x3
- existing formulla you don't know x6
- never been done x12
B. Usage Factor
- 1 time: -1 cost level
- 2 times: +2 cost levels
- permanent: +8 cost levels
Alchemy's level can't be higher than Healing's level (either magical or medical healing)
Alchemy can be bought with a -1 cost level discount if bought with Mastery of Magic.
Bushido
Works like Ninja but includes:
- Ability Bonus and Weapon Modifier OR 2 Weapons Modifiers
- Close Combat
- Ranged Combat (limited to bows)
- Concentration
- Horsemanship
- Mental Defense bonus equal to AN
Wire-Fu
Works like Ninja but includes:
- Ability Bonus and Weapon Modifier OR 2 Weapons Modifiers
- Close Combat
- Ranged Combat
- Acrobatics
- Fast Draw bonus equal to AN
Velocity
Works like Ninja but includes:
- Speed Bonus and Weapon Modifier
- Close Combat
- Ranged Combat (thrown objects only)
- Acrobatics
- Swimming with the "can exceed max human speed" option
Speed of Thought
Works like Concentration but uses Speed bonus instead of Intelligence
Speedster power template
Works like Psycho-centric Power Template but related to actions that use Speed instead of Intelligence.
Mediumic Senses
Works like cybernetics senses but includes:
- Live energy
- Phased objects
- Auras
- Astral objects and people
- Psionic Waves
- Pheromones
- see spirits or dead
Switch places
Works like Transform Self but the character doesn't exactly transform himself into another form but "switch place" with someone else who otherwise spent most of his time into a "pocket dimension" where he is safe from harm. They are two seperate characters who can't manifest at the same time in the same dimension. The switched character arrives in our world with the same wounds that he get the last time he left it. The two characters are aware of what happening to the other so when a character comes from the pocket dimension and appear in our world he is not surprised and usually knows what to do (Cost as Transform Self +4w)
