I like your Inventing advantage venkelos, like you said it's a shame it's already so expensive. This is a set a new rule i've done during my spare time. Enjoy ! New generic advantages- doesn't count against 2 actions/panel limit (+1 cost level) This option is way too cheap. I'd cost it AT LEAST +2 levels Really? I had a GM say the same thing (only I think he said at least +3), but when you consider that Powered Armor get's a similar advantage for free I just don't see this one as that overpowered. I like adding it on things like social skills and mutant healing, so you don't have to suffer so much for talking or for using an oft-unused support power on a comrade. Leadership is another I like to put this advantage on. As long as you're still spending the energy, it's just not that overpowered.

Perhaps it is +1 for non-direct combat actions (ie Mutant Healing, Leadership), +2 for Combat Actions, and +3 for Magical Actions ;-)
