This breakdown is just to compare prices for equivalent energy totals and regeneration. The price for regeneration seems about right at a (+3). It's a trade-off, you get guaranteed regeneration at a cost of white stones. Yes, you could buy both, but that would be the focus of your character.
something I would house rule immediately:
-Tireless supersedes other energy regen modifiers (ex. rapid recovery, healing factors). You still get you're natural energy regeneration, and any regeneration from actions, just not for those modifiers.
Another thing this topic brings up:
-how much would a modifier cost that grants extra white stone to health, but don't aid in regeneration or max energy.
~Thick Skin~
For each number in this Modifier you may add one white stone of health, to be kept in a separate area on the CAD. These stone function exactly as health stone, except they may not be used for calculating energy Maximum or Regeneration.

This concept being someone who isn't particularly tough or energetic, but can get beaten up, alot, before going down. Not a necessary Modifier, but figuring the cost for it, would help with the costs for Tireless. Besides as long as we're breaking Durability to pieces, we might as well go all the way.
