Anti-Healing Factor: Cost Level = Action Number + 7 levels
Action based on the power of Agent Zero. Works like "Corrosive Touch." Possibly an option for Corrosive Touch. Reverses an individual's Healing Factor for a number of panels equal to the number of stones applied to the action.
For example: Agent Zero successfully touches Wolverine and has 3 stones in his Anti-Healing Factor Action. The action always causes an initial loss of 1 white stone of health if successful. Then Wolverine will loose one white stone every other panel for 3 panels. Then his healing factor will be restored to normal and will begin to heal him again.
RULES:
-Action causes at least one stone of health loss if successful
-During effected panels, victim regenerates only half of normal energy recovery per panel. 50% instead of 150%
-Reverses Healing Factors as follows:
Natural Healing: 1 white stone of damage.
2x Natural Healing: 1 white stone of damage. 1 red stone of energy loss per panel
Healing Factor: 1 white stone of damage every hour. 2 red stones of energy loss per panel
Accelerated Healing Factor: 1 white stone of damage every 2 panels
Enhanced Healing Factor: 1 white stone of damage every panel
Instant Healing Factor: Imidiate loss of all white stones.
-After effected panels, victim begins to heal normally again.
OPTIONS:
- (+1) to Cost Level to combine with an action that does damage. Specify which action.
