This is int based energy pool variant.
You have a new modifier ,Energy source, cost AN+0.
Your energy pool is 2* ES, and your recovery = Energy Source action number.
Fits for Elemental Mastery and magic characters.
Now you do not have to be ultra smart or extra durable to have a high recovery, you just need a link to null space or a nova star.
Or a fusion reactor. (small one. preferrably.)

This makes sense as yet another option for those who want more power (arh, arh, arh!) yet don't have brilliant or supertough characters.
One question though, what ideas do you have for the energy pool to diminish when they're damaged? I assume it would work similarly to INT-based energy... for each white stone lost, the max. pool size goes down by 3.

I think this is basically INT based pool without int. so damage reduces max pool. Another option reduces pool if you did not get last night.

I like the concept of it, but I have a question
Does the charachter still get energy from his durability?
If he does I think that it might be a little too cheap, because a person with 3 durability and 6 energy source would have a pool of 21 for only 7 stones, when to get that with duability it costs 18 and it's imposible to get with intelligence
