Once created, the stones in Psi-Weapon are to be treated as a modifier. It does not count as 1 of your 2 actions per turn after the turn it was created. Psi-Weapon, or any variation of it (it suggests in the book making it of other elements) never creates a tangible weapon. You are merely creating a weapon of a desired shape. If you were using cold or ice as the energy type, I think you would have a blue/cold energy formed into whatever weapon you chose. A solid ice sword isn't going to be very effective anyway Hope that answers some questions. The first two statements are facts, supported by the game designers back when they actually answered questions for players. The third statement is my opinion, but backed by the fact that Psi-Weapon and it's variations are to be energy, not physical/solid manifestations as described by the book. But ofcourse since this is the house rules section, liberties can be taken

Well if you think of it logicaly, some psi-weapons could be applied in different ways (like a lightning sword would be energy def if its higher than mental def or force daggers could be toughness or mental)
And I guess if you say so on the fact of not taking up an action ill go with that. You are the Psi-Weapon Expert...

I have to agree, like most of general action boxes, you defind it's effect and agree with GM you have. If agree between the two of you then fine. The point is to have fun and enjoy game and have group friends / hero's / villens working together. That what I like about this game it you set your limits and decide what can happen.
